OBJECTIVE: To realize the general use of product managing software in management of drugs in modern hospital. METHOD: The softwares for import, sales and storage of pharmaceutical products in modern hospital were analyzed and compared. The type with best data transplant was found out and grafted upon the module relation. The network technology of programming tool VB was adopted to establish the sensitivity of the effective word section in the database , and the structure of the data was set up in an selective way in the procedure initializing window. RESULTS: The chaining of the system with many kinds of databases was completed. CONCLUSION: The modern programming technology combined with effective establishment of the database can be employed to transplant the complicated data, and therefore the medicine management software can be expected to be in general use.

Objective To study the correlation of serum CA125 level and differentiation of endometriosis (EMs) and pelvic pain due to Ems.Methods The clincal data of 305 EMs patients were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into I,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ four stage according to r-AFS.The relevance of preoperative serum CA125 and differentiation of Ems and pelvic pain were assessed and statistically analyzed.Results The serum CA125 level was higher in Ⅲ,Ⅳ stage (69.4 ± 5.7) U/ml,(171 ± 11.5) U/ml than that in Ⅰ,Ⅱ stage (14.8 ± 1.2) U/ml,(36.3 ±3.0) U/ml,there was statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The positive rate of CA125 increased progressively (12.1％,21.5％,40.2％,63.9％),but the difference was not statistically significant(P ＞ 0.05).The pain syndromes in the clinical features of differentiation of Ems had obvious difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The serum CA125 detecting can be used in differentiation of Ems,and it has important value in diagnosis and prognosis of EMs.

Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensing technology is a high-tech optical detection technolo-gy developed quickly in recent years, which combines biology, polymer chemistry and sensing technologies to form a rapid, sensitive, specific, portable and easy to operate detection technology. This paper outlines the mech-anism of SPR sensing technology for detection of low molecular weight analytes, the main application methods and research progress, discusses the advantages and shortages of the method, and foretastes the development prospect of this technology.

Objective To observe and compare the recent objective response rate and adverse reaction of docetaxe and irinotecan combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Sixty-five patients with advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into goup A consisted of 33 patients received docetaxe plus capecitabine and group B consisted of 32 patients received irinotecan plus capecitabine with a 21-day regimen. Two or more cycles of chemotherapy were completed in each group. Results Sixty-five patients were assessable for efficacy and toxicities. In group A, 2 patients achieved complete response, 13 patients partial response, overall response rate was 45.45 % and the median progression-free survival (PFS) was 10.1 months. In group B, 2 patients achieved complete response, 12 patients partial response, overall response rate was 43.75 %, and the median PFS was 10.2 months. The efficacy and PFS were not significantly different between the two groups(P ＞0.05). The most common adverse reactions were myelosuppression and gastrointestinal response in the two groups. The main adverse reactions is anemia in group A and diarrhoea in group B. Patients in group A experienced more anemia. On the contrary,the rate in group B was more increased. No chemotherapy-related death was observed. Conclusion The effects of docetaxe combined with cisplatin and irinotecan combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced NSCLC are comparable and equivalent, and the adverse reactions can be tolerated.

Objective:To investigate the effects of oxaliplatin (OXA) and teniposide (VM-26) on proliferation and apoptosis of gastric cancer cell line BGC-823.Methods:MTT assay was used to examine the inhibition rate of cell growth when cells were treated at various concentrations of OXA and VM-26 alone or in combination. The apoptosis was examined by flow cytometry (FCM). The protein expression of cell apoptosis associated proteins caspase-9 and livin were examined by immunocytochemistry. Results:OXA or VM-26 effectively inhibited the growth of BGC-823 gastric cancer cells in a concentration-dependent manner at certain range of concentrations. The inhibitory rate of combined treatment with OXA and VM-26 was significantly higher than that of OXA or VM-26 alone (P<0.05). The value of combination index (CI) was 0.46. The rate of apoptosis cells induced by 1.25 μg/mL OXA was 6.13%, 13.86% and 21.48% at 12, 24 and 48 h. The apoptosis rate induced by 0.625 μg/mL VM-26 was 4.60%, 10.72% and 17.07% for 12, 24 and 48 h. In combined treatment group the apoptosis rate was 11.73%, 24.14% and 44.75% at 12, 24 and 48 h, respectively. The difference was significant between combined treatment group and single drug treatment group (P<0.05). Immunnocytochemical analysis showed that the expression of caspase-9 protein was up-regulated after being exposed to OXA (1.250 μg/mL) or OXA plus VM-26 (0.750 μg/mL), while the expression rate of livin protein was down-regulated. There were significant differences among different treatment groups as well as between treatment groups and control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:OXA combined with VM-26 has synergistic effects in inhibiting the growth and inducing apoptosis of gastric cancer BGC-823 cells.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expressions of maspin gene in colorectal membrane,and their roles in the occurrence,progression,metastasis and prognosis of colorectal adenocarcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry technique was used to detect the expression of maspin in tissues of normal controls,adenoma,colorectal adenocarcinoma primary tumor,liver metastasis,lymph-node metastasis respectively.Results The expressions of maspin in normal controls,adenoma and colorectal adenocarcinoma primary tumor are down-regulated successively; the expression of maspin in colorectal adenocarcinoma with metastasis is lower than that in colorectal adenocarcinoma without metastasis(P＜0.05) ; the down-regulation of maspin expression is significantly correlated with the depth of invasion,differentiation,liver metastasis and lymph node metastasis of colorectal adenocarcinoma(P＜0.01,P＜0.05,P＜0.01,P＜0.05).Conclusion The down-regulation of expression of maspin probably plays an important role in the occurrence,progression and metastasis of colorectal adenocarcinoma.maspin is probable a predictive index for reflecting the metastasis of colorectal adenocarcinoma and provide a clue for early diagnosis of metastasis of colorectal adenocarcinoma.

The minimally invasive approach is the direction of cardiac surgery.With the development of telemanipulation and computer technology,the minimally robotic surgery has become reality.As the one of the most minimally invasive cardiac surgery,the robotic surgical system provides cardiac surgeons with less invasive manner and dexterity manipulation.Robotic cardiac surgery is an evolutionary process and has resulted in a substantial increased attention to surgeons and patients.This review is to introduce the recent clinical application of robotic technology in cardiac surgery.

Bariatric surgery began in 1950s.The rapid increase of obese patients and development of laparoseopic techniques lead to popularity of bariatric surgery all over the world in 1990s.Current mainstream of bariatric surgeries include laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding,sleeve gastrectomy,Roux-en-Y gastric bypass and biliopancreatic diversion.In this review,the efficacy of different surgical procedures was compared in the aspects of metabolic disorder remission and incidence of operation complications and mortality.Efficacy of bariatric surgery on the alleviation of metabolic disorders (including hypergycemia,hyperlipidemia,hypercholesterolemia),individual treatment and interdisciplinary cooperation should be emphasized.
