This paper discusses the main points in building the large-scale medical equipment room from such aspects as the planning,designing and construction.It provides solutions to the problems which may occur in the building,and offers some suggestions.

ObjectiveTo investigate compliance with drug, the factors influencing compliance in patients with depression, main dropout time and the characteristics. MethodsA retrospective study was carried out with a total of 154 patients with depression. The correlated factors were studied and dropout time and characteristics were explored. ResultsThe depression patients with bad compliance were 95 (61.7%). The factors influence the drug compliance was various. Different dropout reasons occur at different time. The different dropout rate of depression were 25.3%,18.2%,7.8%,5.8%,4.5% within the 1st, 1st～3rd, 3rd～6th ,6th～9th,after 9th month respectively. ConclusionBad compliance with antidepressant is popular with various reason. Dropout of antidepression is mainly in the 1st month after treatment. Deficiency of associated knowledge is the main reason to stop treating.

Objective:To explore the effects of antisense oligonucleotide(ASODN)of connective tissue growth factor (CTGF)on the apoptosis of human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts(HSF)and the related mechanisms.Methods:The hypertrophic scar fibroblasts were cultured in vitro and were divided into the following 3 groups:CTGF-ASODN-treated group, liposome control group and blank control group.The distribution of CTGF-ASODN in HSF of different phases was observed under fluorescent microscope in 3 groups.Flow cytometer was employed to detect the apoptotic rate of HSF and the expression of Fas.The expression of CTGF,Fas and bcl-2 mRNA in HSF was assessed by RT-PCR.Results:24 h after transfection,large quantity of yellow-green fluorescence was seen in the HSF cytoplasm of CTGF-ASDON group in a scattered or doted manner, but not found in that of the other 2 groups.The apoptosis rate of HSF in CTGF-ASDON group was significantly higher than those in the other 2 groups(P

Flail chest is the common chest trauma, which causes abnormal respiration and mediastinal swing affecting the respiratory and circulatory function after injury. Fixation of ribs of flail chest has been used for half a century, methods and equipment of which varied, and domestic and foreign scholars have verified its efficacy in clinical practice. This article summarizes its main great progresses.

Medical students′ professional spirit cultivation is an important content as well as a basic require-ment of the Preeminent Doctor Education and Training Plan. Currently, there are several problems in medical tal-ents′professional spirit cultivation, such as the unstandardized curriculum, the lack of subjective experience, and the ignorance of the unity of education stages, student differences and coherence. This study intends to explore thedouble teacher method, in which both clinical teaching doctors and medical ethics teachers engage in the medi-cal students′professional spirit cultivation. Its purpose is to build a bridge between medical ethics education in uni-versities and the clinical practice, and further to integrate them through doctors′ and teachers′ joint participation, which will significantly enhance medical students′practice ability of medical moral.

Objective:To explore the relationship between coronary slow flow (CSF) and vascular inflammatory fac-tors .Methods :A total of 229 inpatients with normal coronary angiography (CAG) results were selected as research object .According to CAG TIMI flow and corrected TIMI frame count ,patients were divided into CSF group (n=102 ,no obvious lesion in epicardial coronary artery but coronary flow was slow ) and normal coronary group (n=127 ,completely normal epicardial coronary artery and blood flow ) .General clinical data were collected ,vascular inflammatory factors were measured and their relationship with CSF was analyzed .Results:Compared with normal coronary group ,there were significant rise in levels of high sensitive C reactive protein [ (1.41+0.72 ) mg/L vs . (2.82+0.58) mg/L] ,interleukin 1 [ (0.18 ± 0.05)μg/L vs .(0.26 ± 0.06)μg/L] and interleukin 6 [ (0.363 ± 0.016) ng/L vs .(0.465 ± 0.015) ng/L] in CSF group , P<0.05 all .Logistic regression analysis indicated that vas-cular inflammatory factors were risk factor for CSF occurrence (OR= 1.008 , P= 0.015 ) .Conclusion:Coronary flow velocity is closely related to vascular inflammatory factors .
