Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(19):2965-2966
Objective To explore the clinical effect of agar alginate combined impression preparation of a fLxed partial denture impressions. Methods 88 cases of patients with fixed partial dentures were divided into experimental group(group A) and control group(group B).Group A of 45 patients with 93 abutments, the legal system to take an impression of agar and alginate combined impression; group B of 43 patients with 80 base, the use of alginate impression preparation of an impression. Were observed with a magnifying glass impression of the type and number of records the number of abutments, impression defects. Results 63(67.8%) of group A were ideal,30(32.2%) had defects,33(41.2%) of group B were ideal,47(58.8%) had defects, there were significant differences(x2 =19.36,19.28,all P < 0.05).At the cervical margin of bubbles, the gingival sulcus and shoulder were not clear, there was significant difference(x2 =10.46,11.25,all P < 0.05).There were no significant difference in tear or defect of the neck at the edge of the two impression. Conclusion Agar and alginate impression of the legal systemcan take an impression of reduced defects, which is worthy of clinical application

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2001;0(05):-
Primary hypophysitis includes 3 subtypes:lymphocytic, granulomatous and xanthomatous hypophysitis. The primary hypophysitis has a low morbidity and the final diagnosis is mostly determined based on the pathological findings after operation. Now it is considered as an organ specific autoimmune disease. Its clinical manifestations and imaging features are similar to hypophyseal tumor, but the endocrine and pathologic features are different.Glucocortieoid pulse therapy and surgery are the two methods of treatment.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the performance of diagnosis-related groups,Beijing version (BJ-DRGs) which were locally developed in Beijing.MethodA total of 1.3 million inpatient records from 149 hospitals in Beijing in 2008 were drawn from Beijing Public Information Center.Coefficient of variation (CV) was used to measure the performance of DRGs system.ResultsBJ-DRGs produced the best CV results for expenditure.ConclusionsUnder Beijing's medical information condition,BJ-DRGs produced good performance.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 1994;0(02):-
Objective To evaluate the utility of three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography(3D-DSA) in the diagnosis of cerebral vascular diseases. Methods Seventy-one patients suspected and diagnosed with cerebral vascular diseases underwent conventional DSA and 3D-DSA. Three-dimensional (3-D) reconstructed images were obtained at a separate advantage 4.0 workstation after the rotational images were transferred. The available visualization techniques included maximum intensity projection (MIP), shaded surface display (SSD), and virtual angioscopy (VA). Results Sixty-four aneurysms were found in 44 cases. Nineteen cases were diagnosed as cerebral arteriovenous malformation (AVM) and 8 cases of cerebral ischemia were due to cerebral vascular stenosis (internal carotid artery in 6 cases and occlusion of anterior cerebral artery in 2 cases). Conclusions 3D-DSA is reliable, fast and safe for diagnosis of cerebral vascular diseases, especially involving intracanal areurysms AVM and vascular stenosis.

Objective To study the relationship between hyperhomocysteinemia and type 2 diabetes patients with cerebral infarction and its influencing factors. Methods Serum homocysteine levels were measured by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in type 2 diabetes patients with cerebral infarction (DS group), type 2 diabetes patients without complications (DNC group) and normal control subjects. Plasma folate and VitB 12 concentrations were detected by radioimmune assay. Results The levels of homocysteine in DS group and DNC group were significantly higher than in normal control group (all P

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(04):-
In this study, we aimed to investigate the regulatory effect of troglitazone (TGZ) on aromatase activity (AA) in human ovarian granulosa cells. The granulosa cells obtained from women who underwent in vito fertilization were treated with various concentrations of TGZ and/or retinoid X receptor ligand (RXR) LG100268 (LG), for 24h, and then cellular AA and the level of P450arom mRNA were determined. The treatment of the cells with TGZ for 24 h resulted in a dramatic inhibition of AA in a dose dependent manner. While the treatment with LG alone inhibited AA, the combined treatment with both TGZ and LG caused a much more reduction in AA. The changes in AA by TGZ and/or LG were associated with comparable changes in P450arom mRNA assessed by RT PCR. These results suggested that TGZ directly inhibited AA in human granulosa cells probably via nuclear receptor system which was composed of peroxisome proliferator activated receptor ?(PPAR?):RXR heterodimer.
8. Stem cells: A new choice for diabetes therapy
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2015;40(7):515-518
The failure of pancreatic islet beta cells and insulin resistance are the main mechanism of the occurrence and development of diabetes. The current anti-diabetic drugs, which do not focus on the key pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus, can only eliminate or alleviate the symptoms, delay the progression of the disease, but can not cure the disease fundamentally. Stem cells, which have unique biological characteristics, extremely strong self-renewal ability, multi direction differentiation potential, and secretion of a variety of cytokines, have become a star in the diabetes treatment. Basic researches showed that stem cells may ameliorate hyperglycemia persistently and stably by improving the function of islet beta cells and increasing insulin sensitivity of peripheral target tissue. Some small-sample clinical trials have demonstrated its effectiveness and safety, while prospective largesample, randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trials may provide more evidence on its efficacy and safety, and pave the way for the clinical use of stem cell therapy for diabetes mellitus.

Objective To explore the quadriceps muscles function in patients with unilateral knee injury. Methods 23 unilateral knee injured patients with joint dysfuntion were assessed with isometric EMG activity of vastus lateralis (VL), vastus medialis obliques (VMO) and rectus femoris(RF) of both thighs during three 5-s maximal isometric voluntary contractions at a knee joint angle of 30° (0° - full knee extension), and the torque were recorded at same time. Results The average amplitude (AEMG), mean power frequency (MPF), and median frequency (MF) of VL, VMO and RF in affected knees were significantly lower than those in unaffected knees(P<0.01), as well as the torque(P<0.01). In the unaffected side, the AEMG, MPF of VL were higher than VMO and RF(P<0.05), and RF than VMO(P<0.05). In the affected side, the AEMG, MPF of RF are higher than VMO and VL(P<0.05), and VL than VMO(P<0.05). Conclusion sEMG can provide quantitative measurements of muscle function. The isometric strength and neuromuscular activation lever are lower in affected limb, RF may be affected less than VL and VMO in knee injured patients with knee dysfunction.

Objective Beijing plans to run a DRGs-PPS pilot. The relative height of each DRG group produced by the price of charge categories.Because of serious distortions of medical services prices,DRGs'weight must be adjusted. Methods Dividing medical service into 5 major class-medical,nursing,technique,drugs and consumables, management,a conversion with currency were established to produce the cost. Results The weight of groups involve intervention from MDCF are drop.ConclusionThe weight regulated can optimize resources allocation and reflect the ture value of medical service.
