Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensing technology is a high-tech optical detection technolo-gy developed quickly in recent years, which combines biology, polymer chemistry and sensing technologies to form a rapid, sensitive, specific, portable and easy to operate detection technology. This paper outlines the mech-anism of SPR sensing technology for detection of low molecular weight analytes, the main application methods and research progress, discusses the advantages and shortages of the method, and foretastes the development prospect of this technology.

Objective:To investigate the protection of acupuncture on damaged myelin sheath from the poinr of view of neurological functional recovery and morphological changes of the myelin sheath.Methods:Eighty-nine adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly allocated to normal (n=5),sham-operation (n=21),model (n=21),early acupuncture (n=21) and late acupancture (n=21) groups.A model of middle cerebral artery occlusion was induced by the intraluminal filament method.Acupuncture was performed at different time points after ischemia.Neurological function and morphological changes of the myelin sheath of ischemic focus were observed by using the methods of neurological deficit scores and Pal-Weigert's myelin staining.Results:Neurological deficit scores at 2.5 hours after the procedure in the model group increased significantly (P＜0.05).qhe scores decreased somewhat as the time elapsed.The internal capsule had obvious demyelination and recovered slowly.Neurological deficit scores in rats at each time point decreased faster in the acupuncture group compared with the model group,and they decreased significantly at day 3 (P＜0.05);the extent of demyelination was significantly alleviated.Neurological deficit scores decreased faster in the early acupuncture group compared with the late acupuncture group (P＜0.05);and demyelination in the early acupuncture group seemed milder at day one.Conclusions:Early acupuncture is beneficial to remyelination and neurological functional recovery after cerebral ischemia.

Objective To investigate the relationship between Clq/tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-related protein 9 (CTRP9)and coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 232 patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease(CHD)by coronary angiography at our hospital were selected as the CHD group,and 90 cases with normal coronary angiography served as the control group.The double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to determine serum CTRP9 levels.Results Serum CTRP9 levels were lower in the CHD patients than in the controls [(116.9±19.5)ng/ml vs.(142.3±17.9)ng/ml,t＝-5.404,P＝0.000].SerumCTRP91evelswere negatively correlated with body mass index,fasting plasma insulin,fasting blood glucose,insulin resistanceindex(IRI),triglyceride and TNF-α(r＝-0.230,-0.225,-0.267,-0.235,-0.230and-0.222,P＝0.017,0.011,0.002,0.010,0.011 and 0.022).Multiple logistic regression analysis revealed that uric acid,IRI,CTRP9,and TNF-α were independent influencing factors for CHD,of which CTRP9 was a protective factor for CHD occurrence(OR ＝ 0.907,95％C1:0.854～0.963,P＝ 0.001).Conclusions Decreased serum levels of CTRP9 are associated with coronary heart disease,indicating that CTRP9 may play a protective role in coronary heart disease occurrence.

Subcutaneous insulin resistance is a condition in which glucose is insensitive to insulin from the subcutaneous tissue,but sensitive to that by intravenous injection.The mechanism of subcutaneous insulin resistance is mainly associated with skin obstruction or delayed entry of insulin into blood circulation.The treatment of the problem involves Aprotinin,anticoagulant and intramuscular injection of insulin.This paper offers an overview of the advances in the researches of subcutaneous insulin resistance.

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of SCH 1000 combined with Tanreqing on chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD). Methods 96 patients with COPD were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was treated with SCH 1000 aerosol and the treatment group was treated with SCH 1000 aerosol combined with Tanreqing injection. Results The treatment group had better clinical curative effects than the control group, with (P<0.05) .Conclusion The treatment of SCH 1000 combined with Tanreqing on COPD is effective.

A kind of skin cell segregating unit based on 80C196 microcomputer is presented in this paper. The front-end controller is a single-chip microcomputer. The unit enables manipulation for 6 patients simultaneously which provides a great convenience for clinical manipulation of vitiligo. With use of serial port communication technology it's possible to monitor and control the front-end controller in a PC terminal. The involvement of computer image acquisition technology realizes synchronous acquisition of pathologic skin cell before/after the manipulation. Clinical test of the unit proves its conformity with national standards and fulfillment of designed technology goal.

AIM: To observe the efficacy and compliance of cetirizine hydrochloride and pranoprofen eye drops on children with vernal keratoconjunctivitis.
● METHODS: A total of 63 children with vernal keratoconjunctivitis, from the outpatient department in our hospital between Jan. 2014 and Dec. 2015, were randomly divided into two groups including experimental group and control group. The cases in experimental group were treated with cetirizine hydrochloride, 2 times/d, 5 drops (0. 25ml, 2. 5mg) each time (≤6 years) or 10 drops (0. 5ml, 5mg) each time (>6 years), oral or oral with beverage and food, 1g/L pranoprofen eye drops, 4 times/d, 1 drop each time. The cases in control group were only treated with cetirizine hydrochloride, 2 times /d, 5 drops (0. 25ml, 2. 5mg) each time (≤6 years) or 10 drops (0. 5ml, 5mg) each time (>6 years), oral or oral with beverage and food for 14d. All the children were detected the scores of symptom and pathology before and after treatment. Compliance and side effect of the drug were surveyed by questionnaire.
● RESULTS: The scores of symptom, pathology and overall total after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment in each group ( texperimental, symptom =10. 41, P < 0. 05; texperimental, pathology = 10. 05, P < 0. 05;texperimental, overal =10. 75, P<0. 05;tcontrol, symptom=8. 11, P<0. 05;tcontrol, pathology=8. 89, P<0. 05; tcontrol, overal =8. 41, P<0. 05). The scores of symptom, pathology and overall total in experimental group were lower than those in control group after the treatment (tsymptom=5. 27, P<0. 05; tpathology=3. 97, P<0. 05;toveral =4. 32, P<0. 05). The effective rate of experimental group ( 85%) was significantly higher than control group (60%) (χ2 =4. 92, P<0. 05). Most of the children ( 94%) had very good compliance. None of children had side effect such as sleepiness and thirst.
● CONCLUSION: Cetirizine hydrochloride and pranoprofen eye drops in combination may offer a safety and effective treatment on children with vernal keratoconjunctivitis and have good compliance.

In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine combined with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) in the treatment of tumors, especially digestive system tumors, has achieved promising results.The current research shows that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and 5-FU can enhance tumor inhibition rate, prolong survival period of patients, improve immunity and quality of life of patients, and significantly reduce side effects such as bone marrow suppression, liver and kidney toxicity and gastrointestinal reactions and so on.Therefore, traditional Chinese medicine combined with 5-FU can have synergistic and attenuated effects.

At the moment of its WTO accession, China also enters the stage of mass higher education. Mass higher education is an objective inevitability of the economic and social development. China's mass higher education lays a firm foundation for China to join the WTO and the WTO entry in turn brings considerable opportunities to it. It is expected that the WTO entry will promote the process of mass higher education of China.
