2.Understanding and consideration of potential pathogenesis theory
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(11):-
Potential pathogenesis is defined a pathology linking without corresponding symptoms, but as a part of pathogenesis which has important affects on the formation and development of main syndrome. The proposal of potential pathogenesis is a supplement of traditional pathogenesis theory, and has practical signifi cance to the improvement of syndrome pathogenesis theory and raise of the level of determination of treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and sign. Potential pathogenesis has characteristic of logicality, reality and provability. We can understand the relationship between the evaluation of modern medical laboratory and disease sydrome, the principle of batch formula and the skill of medicines compatibility with the potential pathogenesis theory. The explication of potential pathogenesis theory will promote the in-depth exploration of disease syndrome and pathogenesis.
3. Design and application of fiberoptic bronchoscopy training box
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;29(6):691-693
Objective: To design and prepare a fiberoptic bronchoscopy training box and to study its primary application. Methods: According to the length of optical fiber, the height, the length and the width of the box were set at 400 mm, 200 mm and 200 mm. The box contained 6 layers from the top to the bottom: the top-layer, layer-A, layer-B, layer-C, layer D and the bottom layer, with the area of each layer being 200 mm × 200 mm and the distance between each 2 layers was about 80 mm. According to the diameter of optical fiber, the diameter of the holes was set at 6 mm. Except for the bottom-layer, the other 5 layers had different numbers of holes: the top-layer and layer-A only had a central hole(central hole in every layer was defined as hole-0), layer B had 5 holes(hole-0 to 4), layer C had 9 holes(hole-0 to 8), layer D had 17 holes(hole-0 to 16). The training started from the top-layer. The orders were given according to the layers and the numbers of the holes and the orders were executed, then the box was open to examine the outcome of the execution. Results: We successfully designed a fiberoptic bronchoscopy training box. If the training instruction order was A0-B2-C4-D7, the trainees should manipulate the optical fiber via the central hole in top-layer and layer-A, hole-2 in layer B, hole 4 in layer-C, and hole-7 in layer-D. The results of manipulation can be examined after opening the door. Conclusion: The fiberoptic bronchoscopy training box is a easy-to-operate and practical tool for training of fiberoptic bronchoscopy manipulation.
4.Application of traditional Chinese medicine in IVF-ET.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(16):3142-3146
The factors impacting the pregnancy rate and the live birth rate mainly include ovary function disorder and low endometrial receptivity, which can cause the difficulty in embryo implantation, early miscarriage and pregnancy failure. In recent years, researchers of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) have made active efforts in assisting IVF-ET, so as to achieve a great advance in improving the ovary reaction, treating the ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), improving the follicle, embryo quality and endometrial receptivity and protecting the fetus, which had been summarized in this article.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1994;0(04):-
Objective To compare the laryngeal mask insertion conditions at different plasma target concentrations (Cp) during the induction of anesthesia with target-controlled infusion (TCI) of propofol. Methods Forty-five ASA I - II patients of both sexes aged 18-60 yr, weighing 50-80 kg undergoing minor surgery in which the use of laryngeal mask (LM) was indicated were randomly divided into 3 groups ( n = 15) according to Cp of propofol set during induction of anesthesia: 4, 6 and 8 ?g ? ml-1 . The patients were premedicated with intramuscular scopolamine 0.3 mg. Fentanyl 3 ?g?kg-1 was given i.v. . TCI of propofol was started 3 min later with Diprifusor (Graseby 3500 infusion pump). LM was inserted when the effect-site concentration (EC) of propofol reached 2.5 ?g ? ml -1 as displayed on the infusion pump. LM insertion conditions (mouth opening, gagling, coughing, head and limb movement, overall ease of insertion) were assessed. The total dose of propofol, insertion time, the time needed to reach EC 2.5 ?g?ml-1 were recorded. SP, DP, HR and BIS value were recorded at 6 time points: baseline before induction (T1 ) , at the loss of consciousness (T2), at EC 2.5 ?g ? ml-1 (T3), immediately (T4), 3 min (T5) after insertion of LM. Results The SP, DP, HR and BIS value were decreasing with increasing depth of anesthesia in the 3 groups. The decrease in BP and BIS value after insertion of LM was significantly larger in group 3 (8 ?g ?ml-1) than in group 1 and 2 (P

Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 1997;0(06):-
Objective To make molecular identification for 9 isolates of Taenia saginata from 4 provinces. Methods Genomic DNA was extracted from the segments of adult tapeworms collected from Taoyuan of Taiwan(TW1),Duyun of Guizhou(DY1,DY2),Congjiang of Guizhou(CJ1,CJ2,CJ3,CJ4),Dali of Yunnan(DL1) and Wushi of Xinjiang(XJ1) respectively.PCRs were carried out with 13 random primers.A phylogenetic tree of different geographical strains was constructed. Results 331 DNA fragments were amplified. The number of DNA fragments amplified by single primer was between 3 and 28.The average number of amplified DNA fragments by the 13 primers was 14.15.The average number of fragments from the 9 isolates of T.saginata was 14.08.Phylogenetic tree revealed that there were two branches in the tree,DY1,DY2,DL1 and TW1 occupied one branch, while CJ1,CJ2,CJ3,CJ4 and XJ1 occupied the other one. Conclusions By the RAPD analysis, the isolates DY1,DY2,DL1 and TW1 belong to Taenia saginata asiatica, and the isolates CJ1,CJ2,CJ3,CJ4 and XJ1 belong to T.saginata saginata.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
Objective To compare the consistency and accuracy of determination of peripheral blood lymphocyte(PBL)interleukin-2(IL-2)with ELISA and evaluation of the expression of PBL IL-2 mRNA with real time PCR(RT-PCR).Methods In 20 kidney recipients, the PBL IL-2 level was determined with ELISA and the mRNA expression in PBL IL-2 was evaluated by real time fluorescence quantitative PCR(RT-FQ-PCR)before operation and C0/C2 time on the 7th day after operation. The same detection and evaluation were also done in 15 chronic allograft nephropathy(CAN)patients and 5 non CAN patients. Results IL-2 and IL-2 mRNA expression showed positive correlation before operation and 1 year later after operation,R2=0.58 and 0.4 respectively, both P0.05.On the 7th day after operation,IL-2 and the inhibition rate of IL-2 mRNA expression were(16.31?9.59)% and(69.92?7.10)%,respectively.A positive correlation existed between C2 IL-2 concentration and the inhibition rate of IL-2 mRNA expression,R2=0.56,P0.05.Also,IL-2 inhibition and PBL IL-2 mRNA inhibition showed no linear correlation. Conclusions The technique of determining PBL IL-2 by ELISA can be used for evaluating immunity status and immunosuppressive tolerance in patients with renal transplantation before the operation and at stable stage after operation. However,it should not be used for assessing perioperative immunity status and evaluating effect of cyclosporine.
10.On defects of drug and its law responsibility
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
Object to define defects of drug accurately and to initially discuss its law responsibility. Method With comparative study and system thinking,we acquired few scientific recognition of drug’s defects. Result & Conclusion Defects of drug are not equal to negative drug reaction. The former one should be an unreasonable and potential risk which induces no expectant therapeutic efficacy to provide. And its law responsibility could be no-fault liability accompanied by state compensation.
