1.THE PRELIMINARY RESULT OF OSTEOID CALLUS ALLOGRAFT FOR BONE HEALING

Objective To investigate the feasibility of osteoid callus allograft as a kind of bone healing promoting materials. Methods The osteoid callus was obtained at one week after bilateral femoral fracture of a SD rat, then was kept at -196℃ for 2 weeks. The bone defect model which bone repair was in intra-membranous osteogenesis was made at bilateral tibial shaft in 5 rats, and filled with the osteoid callus in the left defect area, the right side was filled with allogenous cancellous as control group. The specimen were processed with undecalcified technique and the sections were staining with light blue and sofranin T. Results After 2 weeks ,there were cartilage and bone formation in the defect area of osteoid callus graft group(3/4), medullary cavity formation in bone tissue with cartilage arround it, fibrous tissues between new bone and host bone. While there were no cartilage or bone formation in the control group. Conclusion The allograft osteoid callus is not absorbed by immunological rejection, but changed into bone tissue through endochondral osteogenesis. It is inspiring to develop osteoid callus allograft as a kind of material for bone healing.
2.lmpact of incision position of phacoemulsification cataract exaction on corneal astigmatism

To compare the impact of different incision positions of phacoemulsification cataract exaction on corneal astigmatism.
●METHODS: Totally 412 patients ( 456 eyes) who had undergone the phacoemulsification and lOL implantation from June 2006 to June 2013 were randomly divided into two groups (each 228 eyes): observation group (incision above the middle of the limbus for the rule astigmatism, at the temporal for against the rule astigmatism, at the top of the temporal regulation on the maximum curvature of the meridian of the cornea for oblique astigmatism, at the top of the temporal for patients without astigmatism);control group ( incision at top and middle of limbus), using a 3mm cornea scleral tunnel incision without suture, 2mm from the limbus. Corneal refractive status of preoperative and postoperative at different times were detected by corneal refractive, comparing the impact of different surgical incision on postoperative corneal astigmatism.
●RESULTS:The visual acuity of 1, 3mo postoperative of observation group was significantly better than the control group ( P < 0. 05 ). The average astigmatism of 1, 3mo postoperative of observation group was significantly lower than the control group ( P < 0. 05). Corneal astigmatism 3mo postoperative of observation group was significantly lower than preoperative ( P< 0. 05). Corneal astigmatism 3mo postoperative of control group was significantly higher than preoperative (P<0. 05).
●CONCLUSlON:lncision at the corneal curvature of the largest radial could correct preoperative astigmatism and improve visual acuity to a certain extent.
3.Effect of epidural anesthesia for painless labor on birth process and newborn

Objective To investigate the effect of epidural anesthesia for painless labor on the birth process and newborn,and to provide a reference for the implementation of painless labor.Methods From January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital,102 pregnant women were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 51 cases in each group.The observation group used sufentanil combined with ropivacaine for labor analgesia,and the control group received conventional natural childbirth measures for labor.Compared the two groups of maternal analge-sia effect,duration,the rate of vaginal delivery and postpartum 2 hours the amount of bleeding,and compared the two groups of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia incidence.Results The maternal effect rate and total efficiency in the observation group were 62.75%,96.08%,which were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05).In the observation group,the first birth process was (251.82 ±93.64)min,the second stage of labor was (54.72 ±2.561)min,which were significantly less than those of the control group (P <0.05 );birth rate of the observation group was 74.51%,postpartum 2 hours bleeding (227.52 ±31.73)mL,fetal distress occurred rate was 1.96%,newborn asphyxia occurrence rate was 1.96%,and compared with the control group,the differences were not statistically significant (P >0.05).Conclusion Epidural block anesthesia of painless labor can effectively relieve the pain of delivery,reduce maternal labor and the second stage of history,and has good safety of mother to child,it is worth popularization and application.
4.Comparison of the effect of different dose human immunoglobulin for intravenous injection in the treatment of Kawasaki disease

Objective To compare the effect of different dose human immunoglobulin for intravenous injec-tion( IVIG) in the treatment of Kawasaki disease ( KD) .Methods According to different time ,55 children with KD were divided into two groups.26 patients between January 2002 and February 2006 were selected as group A,while 29 patients between October 2006 and June 2013 were selected as group B .Patients in group A were given IVIG 0.4 g· kg-1 · d-1 ×5d,while group B was given IVIG 2 g· kg-1 · d-1 ×1d.Then,the time of fever-reducing and CAL of the two groups were compared .Results The time of fever-reducing in group A was (38 ±4) h,that in group B was (34 ±3)h,there was significant difference between the two groups (t=4.15,P<0.05).The incidence rate of CAL in group A was 6.9%,which was higher than 6.1%in B group,but the difference was not statistically signifi-cant(χ2 =0.253,P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of KD with IVIG 2 g· kg-1 · d-1 ×1d is more superior than IVIG 0.4 g· kg-1 · d-1 ×5d.
5.Clinical Application of CT Simulation in Radiotherapy for Esophageal Carcinoma

Objective To evaluate method of CT simulation (CT sim) in the treatment planning setup of esophageal carcinoma. Methods From Dec.1999 to Jun.2002, 49 patients with pathologically proved esophageal carcinoma were analyzed. All patients underwent CT sim and treatment planning was configured with three symmetrical fields in the isocenter mode. A few comparisons have been made between CT sim and conventional simulation (Con sim) in the treatment planning setup. Results The difference in isocenter position were observed between CT sim and Con sim with 3~18 mm.When the esophageal lumen was taken as portal center, the 90% isodose curve in 42.8%(21/49) of patients were able to cover the whole lesion. When taking the tumor as the portal center, the whole lesion of all patients was totally covered by the 90% isodose curve. Conclusion The CT sim has an advantage in the delineation of lateral extension of esophageal tumor than the Con sim .Selection of irradiation portal should be done according to the size the silhouette of the tumor.
6.Clinical assessment of hydrogen-rich water and oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets in the treatment of malignant neuropathic pain

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of hydrogen-rich water (HRW) combined with oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets (OHCT) in the treatment of malignant neuropathic pain (MNP) patients.Methods Eighty MNP patients were randomly divided into two groups:OHCT group (group A,n =40) and HRW combined OHCT group (group B,n =40).The visual analog scale (VAS) score,frequency of pain outbreaks,pain relief rate,average dose of OHCT per day,and adverse reactions were observed.Results The VAS scores and frequency of pain outbreaks in groups A and B were significantly reduced after treatment (P <0.05).Compared to group A,the VAS scores,pain relief rate,outbreak pain and average dose of OHCT per day in group B were significantly improved after 14 and 28 days of treatment (P < 0.05),and the adverse reactions,such as constipation,nausea and vomiting,in group B were significantly less than those in group A (P < 0.05).Conclusions HRW combined with OHCT can effectively improve the MNP,and reduce average dose of OHCT per day and adverse reactions.
7.Comparison of the Drug Price Administration Models Among Different Developed Countries

OBJECTIVE:To study the drug price administration models in some developed countries,so as to provide ref?erence information for establishing drug price administration model in China.METHODS:The comparative method and crite?rion method were adopted to study the published literature.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:Although different countries have carried out different models,they still have similarity in some policies.Therefore,we should pay attention to learn the advan?tages in different drug administration models.
8.Determination of Trace Elements in Plumbago zeylanica

OBJECTIVE:To establish a determination method for trace elements of Plumbago zeylanica. METHODS:Induct- ively coupled plasma emission spectrum (ICP-AES) was used to determine seven trace elements of P. zeylanica, i.e. Cu, Zn,Fe,Ca,Mg,Mn and Sr simultaneously. Se was determined by atomic fluorescence (AFS) method. RESULTS: The RSD ranged from 0.78% to 3.01%(n=5),while the recovery was within 91.9%~105.8%. The result obtained was satisfactory. Se took a large proportion in P. zeylanica, followed by Cu,Zn,Fe,Ca,Mg,Mn,Sr.CONCLUSION: The method is brief, rapid and accurate for the determination of P. zeylanica. The study provide reference for future pharmacological study of P. zeylanica.
9.Heme oxygenase-1 and diabetic retinopathy:role of oxidative stress

Diabetic retinopathy is one of the most common and serious microvascular complications of diabetes, and it is a very complex pathological process, displaying multi-factor, multi-stage characteristic in the outcome. Recent studies have shown that the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy is closely related to oxidative stress, and antioxidant therapy can effectively improve the condition. Heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)is a widely existing antioxidant defense enzyme, which can reduce the injury caused by oxidative stress and plays an important physiological role. Studies have indicated that in retina HO-1 can be highly induced by hyperglycemia. Moreover, the expression level of HO-1 by man-made changes can accelerate or postpone the diseases progression. That means HO-1 for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic retinopathy has satisfactory applied foreground. In this article we would like to review the role of HO-1 in diabetic retinopathy.
