Objective To control study the treatment effect of functional dyspepsia of stagnation of liver-qi type treated by liver-coursing depression-resolving decoction added psychological counseling.Methods130 patients with functional dyspepsia of liver-qi stagnation type who were treated in the inpatients and outpatients in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected, to randomLy grouping.The 65 cases of the control group was given the conventional therapy, and the another 65 cases of the treatment group was given liver-coursing depression-resolving decoction added psychological counseling at the the same term based on the control.After the continue treatment for 4 weeks, to compared the clinical curative effect of them.ResultsThe treatment effective rate of the treatment group was 94%, he treatment effective rate of the control group was 78%, there was statistical significance (P<0.05).To compared with the grade of traditional Chinese medicine symptom (distending pain in the stomach, satiation, belching, inhibited defecation) and discovered that the grades of them were lower after treatment, and there has the significant improvements that compared with that before the treatment, there was statistical significance (P<0.05), and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, there was statistical significance (P<0.05).The Hp Infection and the bile regurgitation of them after treatment was significantly improved, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, there was statistical significance (P<0.05), the treatment group was significantly better than the control, there was statistical significance (P<0.05).To compared the 71% of the negative conversion ratio of Hp urease detection of the treatment group that was significantly greater than the 40% of the control group after detection, there was statistical significance (P<0.05).The gastric emptying time of them was significant improved after treatment, and compared with that before the treatment, there was statistical significance (P<0.05).For the gastric emptying time, to compared with the control group, the improvement effect of the treatment group was outstanding, there was statistical significance (P<0.05).After treatment, the grade of anxiety and depression was significantly decreased of them, and to compared with the control group after treatment, the grade of anxiety and depression of the treatment group was significantly improved, there was statistical significance (P<0.05).There was no obvious untoward effects of them, there was no statistical significance.ConclusionThat has an exact effect of functional dyspepsia of stagnation of liver-qi type treated by liver-coursing depression-resolving decoction added psychological counseling, to provide an effective way for the clinic treatment of the functional dyspepsia (stagnation of liver-qi type).Meanwhile, to provide the new theoretical foundation for the traditional chinese medicine therapy of functional dyspepsia.

Objective To investigate the inhibition and radiosensitization effects of Topotecan(TPT)on cervical cancer cell line HeLa,and make comparison with Cisplatin(DDP)and Taxol(TAX).Methods The effects of TPT,DDP and TAX on proliferation of cervical cancer cell line HeLa were evaluated by MTT assay.The radiosensitization effects of TPT,DDP and TAX on HeLa cells were detected by clone formation assay,and the sensitization enhancement ratios of TPT,DDP and TAX were calculated.Results The IC_(50) of TPT at different reaction time(24 h,48 h and 72 h)were 8.0μg/mL,2.6 μg/mL and 0.8 μg/mL,respectively,those of DDP were 2.4 μg/mL,0.7 μg/mL and 0.1μg/mL,respectively,and those of TAX were 0.3 μg/mL,0.1μg/mL and 0.0 μg/mL, respectively.The apoptosis rates of tumor cells treated by radiosensitization were significantly higher than those of tumor cells treated by single radiotherapy or single chemotherapy (P<0.05).The sensitization enhancement ratios of TPT at 24 h and 48 h were 1.167 and 1.344,respectively,those of DDP were 1.314 and 1.538,respectively,and those of TAX were 1.076 and 1.316,respectively.Conclusio TPT,DDP and TAX have significant inhibition effects on cervical cancer cell line HeLa, which are time-dependant and dose-dependant. Methods:The samples were extracted by solid phase with a Hypersil BDS C18 column and determined by an internal standard method. The mobile phase was methanol:acetonitrile:water (45 ∶45 ∶110), the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1, the column temperature was 35℃, and the detection wavelength was 254nm. Results:The linear relationship of zolpidemtartrate was within the range of 0. 511 5-4. 092 0 μg· ml-1 . The relative recovery was greater than 90%. The intra-and inter-day RSDs were all less than 10%. Conclusion:The method is quite simple, quick and accurate with little interference, which is suitable for the clinical determination of zolpidemtartrate.

Objective To analyze impact factors for resolving cases of medical disputes with people's mediation mechanism,for improvement of this mechanism.Methods This paper picked 273 cases mediated by Guangdong Medical Dispute People Meditation Committee from June 2010 to December 2011,for analysis from doctor-factors,patient-factors,mediator-factors and composite factors.Results Under such mechanism,doctor-factor has not significant difference on the mediation success ratio and mediation timeliness of the cases; the success rates of cases of death,disability,and no obvious impairment suffered by patients are 68.57％,55.81％ and 76.80％ respectively.Such results are found by chi-square test as P＜0.05,significant statistically.With cases reported via hospitals,the mediation timeliness is much better than other cases.Conclusion The mechanism is advantageous in effectively avoiding influences of case factors,yet emphasis should be placed on mediation of disability cases,and doctors should be encouraged to report the cases,contributing to higher success rate of mediation.

AIM: To explore the activation effect of calcium ionophore A23187 on unfertilized human mature oocytes after conventional in-vitro fertilization (IVF) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). METHODS: Thirty-seven unfertilized mature oocytes from IVF and 41 after ICSI were included in our experiment. They were incubated in 5 ?mol/L calcium ionophore A23187 for 5 minutes. Second polar body extrusion and pronuclear formation were recorded 12-16 hours later. The activated oocytes were cultured for another 2 days in vitro. RESULTS: Activation rate of unfertilized oocytes from conventional IVF and ICSI were 64.9%(24/37)and 73.2%(30/41), respectively. Among 41 unfertilized oocytes after ICSI treated with A23187, 30 were activated and 24 had 2 polar body (PB) and 2 pronuclear (PN). But for the unfertilized oocytes from conventional IVF only 20% activated oocytes had 2 PN and 2 PB. Objective To shorten the transfer time of critical inpatients from wards to intensive care unit (ICU). Methods From Novem-ber to December, 2015, 30 critical inpatients transferred from wards to ICU were investigated, and analyzed with Six Sigma DMAIC five-step method. There were 7 main processes and 22 sub-processes refined in transfer procedure, as well as the key quality points and the factors influencing the safety of transferring. Some improvement advice were recommended, including multifunctional transfer cart, Check-list before Transfer to Intensive Care Unit for Critical Patients, setting up transport group, training for young nurses and application of SBAR communication. Other 30 critical inpatients transferred from wards to ICU, from May to June, 2016, after the series of control pro-grams, were investigated. Results After improvement, the total transfer time from wards to ICU decreased (t=15.052, P<0.001), without the increase of human power and unsafety issues. The rescue success rate increased from 91.67%to 98.01%. Conclusion The process transfer-ring patient from wards to ICU has been reengineered based on Six Sigma DMAIC management, that reduces the time and improve the res-cue success rate.

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of chloromycetin and metronidazole in chlortalidone and metronidazole spirits. Method:The HPLC method was performed on an NOV-pak C18 (150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) column and the mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (75∶25). The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·ml-1, the detection wavelength was 297nm, the temperature of column was 30℃ and the sample size was 20 μl. Result: The calibration curve of metronidazole was linear within the range of 5-80μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 7), and the average recovery was 100. 83% with RSD of 1. 82%(n=6). The cal-ibration curve of chlortalidone was linear within the range of 50-800μg·ml-1(r=0.999 7), and the average recovery was 100.2%with RSD of 0. 55%(n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, and can be used in the quality control of chlortalidone and metronidazole spirits.

Objective To study the effect of uremic serum on the calcification and osteogenic transition of cultured human umhilical artery smooth muscle cells(HUASMC).Methods Sera from 40 healthy controls(control group),40 nondialysis uremic patients(nondialysis group)and 45 uremic patients on dialysis(dialysis group)were detected fi)r biochemical indexes concerned and used to treat the cultured HUASMC.Alizarin red S stain was applied to examined calcium deposition in the cell layer.Calcium concentration was determined calorimetrically by the Ocresolphtha]ein complexone method,and corrected by total cell proteins.The mRNA expression of bone specific alkaline phosphatase(BAP),osteopontin(OPN)and bone morphogenelic protein 2(BMP2)was estimated by realtime PCR.OPN and BMP2 protein expression was assessed by Western blotting and fluorometry method was used to check the BAP concentration. Results Serum biochemical detection revealed thai both uremic groups had higher levels of phosphate,triglyseride,iPTH,C-reactive protein(CRP)and IL-6,and lower level of fetuin-A than healthy control(P＜0.05).Furthermore,dialysis serum had higher levels of triglyseride,CRP and IL-6 than nondialysis serum(P＜0.05).Compared with control group,both uremic scra induced more cell layer calcium deposition and higher mRNA and protein expression levels of BMP2,BAP and OPN(P＜0.05).Higher mRNA and protein expression levels of above factors were found in dialysis group as compared to nondialysis group(P＜0.05). Conclusions Uremic serum can induce HUASMC calcification and osteogenic transition in vitro,which may be one of the mechanisms involved in vascular calcification of ESRD patients.Microinflammatory state may promote the osteogenic transition and vascular calcification in dialysis patients.

Objective To investigate the stroke occurrence of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and its related factors, especially the carotid atherosclerosis. Methods The data of stroke occurrence in 700 CKD patients hospitalized in Renji Hospital during 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. The incidences of stroke were compared among CKD [Ⅰ-Ⅱ, CKD Ⅲ-Ⅴ non-dialysis patients and dialysis patients. Carotid atherosclerosis of 409 CKD patients was examined by color Doppler ultrasound. The related factors were selected by Spearmnan correlation analysis and Logistic regression analysis. Results Of 700 CKD patients, 67 cases (9.57%) experienced at least one episode of stroke, which was much higher than that of general population. The related factors of stroke in CKD included GFR, age, SBP, CRP, Lpa, serum glucose, pre-albumin, HDL and carotid atherosclerosis. Logistic regression revealed that SBP (β=1.021, P=0.042), CRP (β=1.008, P=0.024) and carotid atherosclerosis (β =3.456, P=0.025) were risk factors of stroke in CKD. Incidence of carotid atherosclerosis was high (50.37%) in CKD patients, besides it was significantly higher in CKD patients with stroke history as compared to those without stroke history (80.0% vs 47.4%, P<0.01). Conclusions The incidence of stroke is quite high in CKD patients, which is closely associated with hypertension, inflammation and glyeolipid metabolism disorder. Carotid atherosclerosis is common in CKD patients with stroke, which may be helpful in screening cerebrovascular diseases in CKD patients.
