4.β-Cyclodextrin-cross-linked Polymer Coupled Ultraviolet-Visble Spectrophotometry for Separation and Analysis of p-Nitrophenol
Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2009;37(11):1691-1694
The β-cyclodextrin cross-linked polymer(β-CDCP) was used as adsorbent to pre-concentrate/separate the trace p-nitrophenol and then the determination was carried by UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Under alkaline condition, the adsorption/elution behavior of p-nitrophenol was studied. In 0. 02 mol/L NaOH solution and at room temperature for 30 min,the resin could separate and pre-concentrate the p-nitrophenol effectively. Methanol solution(1:1,V/V) was used as eluent and the β-CDCP could be used repeatedly. The linear range and detection limit was 0.5 -90.0 mg/L and 3. 10 μg/L,respectively. The proposed method has been used to determine the p-nitrophenol in synthesized sample with satisfactory results.
5.Utilization Analysis of Anti-tumor Molecular Targeted Drugs in Our Hospital During 2011-2013
China Pharmacist 2015;(6):981-983,984
Objective:To invetigate the use of targeted anticancer drugs in our hospital during 2011-2013 to provide reference for the clinical rational drug use. Methods:The utilization of anti-tumor molecular targeted drugs in our hospital during 2011-2013 was retrospectively analyzed in respect of consumption sum, DDDs and DDC. Results:The proportion of consmption sum of anti-tumor mo-lecular targeted drugs in the total consumption sum was increased year by year, and that in 2012 and 2013 was over 60%. Protease ki-nase inhibitors accounted for 41. 29%-73. 41% in the consumption sum of anti-tumor molecular targeted drugs; monoclonal antibody accounted for 19. 40%-30. 88%; the other drugs accounted for 7. 19%-27. 83%. The consumption sum and the number of receiving medication patients of rituxan and cetuximab were not synchronized well, and the patients were born the higher cost. Conclusion:The use of anti-tumor molecular targeted drugs in our hospital is increased year by year, and the oral administration of anti-tumor molecular targeted drugs is with especially wide application.

8.Advancement and perspective of NF-κB in the research of acute pancreatitis
International Journal of Surgery 2010;37(9):621-624
Acute pancreatitis is acute inflammation due to autodigestion of pancreatic tissue by trypsogen activation, can induce systemic inflammatory reaction, and deteriorate to be nonfunction and fatality. Nuclear factor kappa B seizes the coral position in the development of acute pancreatitis, regulates gene expression of inflammatory factors and immune protein. This article reviews the therapy of pancreatitis on account of NF-κB.
9.Clinical characteristics of 96 patients with advanced schistosomiasis in Yingcheng City
Chinese Journal of Schistosomiasis Control 2016;28(4):470-471
Objective To understand the clinical characteristics of patients with advanced schistosomiasis in Yingcheng City,so as to provide evidences for the assistance work of advanced schistosomiasis. Methods The clinical data of all the ad?vanced schistosomiasis patients in Yingcheng City were collected and analyzed. Results Up to December 30,2014,there were 96 advanced schistosomiasis patients in Yingcheng City, among which,68 cases(70.8%)were male,28 cases(29.2%) were female, and their average age was 64.2 years. Most of the patients(90.6%)were ascitic type, followed by splenomegaly type(5.2%),colon proliferation type(2.1%),and dwarf type(2.1%). Totally 48 cases(50.0%)were positive in immunologi?cal detections, among which 8 cases(8.3%)were positive in ELISA and 12 cases(12.5%)were positive in IHA. For all the 4 indexes of hepatic fibrosis(HA,LN,CIV and PCⅢ),only 15 cases(15.6%)were normal. Conclusions Though Yingcheng City has reached the criteria of transmission control, the hepatic fibrosis of some patients continues to progress. Therefore, the intensity of the treatment and assistance could not be weakened, especially for those of the ascitic type patients.
10.Biological effects of hypoxia on mesenchymal stem cell
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2013;36(3):184-188
Mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) resides in a relatively hypoxia niche (volume fraction 1%~7%)compared to normoxia (20%).MSC cultured in hypoxia condition shows different biological features from those in normoxia condition.Hypoxia inducible factor-1 α (HIF-1 α),as one of main transcription factors in hypoxia, participates in the regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, glycolysis and angiogenesis.Recent researches show that HIF-lα also plays an important role in regulating the survival, differentiation and migration of MSC.It turns out that hypoxia can improve survival and migration of MSC,enhance chondrogenesis but inhibit adipogenesis through HIF-lα and its downstream genes. However, whether hypoxia promotes or impedes osteogenesis remains controversial.Such differences can be caused by variances of tissue origination, oxygen concentration and culture condition. The comparison of different researches should be based on the same experiment condition. This review focuses on the influence of hypoxia on proliferation, apoptosis, differentiation and migration of MSC.
