OBJECTIVE To compare the effect of antibacterial irrigation in clinic.METHODS(JOLLYCOME~(TM)) was used to irrigate operative wounds for 17 206 patients in departments of general surgery,gynecotokology,pediatric surgery,(urology,) burn,orthopedics,cardiothoracic surgery,otorhinolaryngology and stomatology.(RESULTS) All operative incisions were with grade A healing.Rate of instantaneous sterilization of(JOLLYCOME~(TM)) on operative wound and mucocutaneous surface was 100% and it was failed to detection any bacteria on operative wound 24h after operation.CONCLUSIONS JOLLYCOME~(TM) irrigation could provide the effect of continuous sterilization on operative wound before suturing and play an important positive role in control(infection) in hospital.

Objective To investigate the eomman causes of premature delivery,the tocolytic effect and suc-cess ratio and the birth situation of premature infants. Methods 150 pregnant women with natural delivery or iatro-genie preterm labor from 28 weeks to 34 weeks who carried out tocolytic therapy because of threatened preterm labor or premature delivery after tocolytic therapy were selected. The common inducement of premature delivery, the pro-longed gestational weeks, the success ratio of tocolyis and the birth situation of premature infants were retrospectively analyzed. Results The premature rupture of membranes(PROM) ,the spontaneous uterine contraction and iatrogenic preterm labor were the main reasons of premature labor. The primiparas are the majority. The iatrogenic partus pre-maturus were prolonged, the asphyxia rate of premature infants was still high. The incidence of premature rupture of fe-tal menbranes in pregnant with tocolytic therapy beyond 1 week was 3. 3% ,and the incidence of spontaneous urerine contraction was 4. 8%. Conclusion Antenatal care and prenatal diagnosis are important to decrease the premature labor ratio as early as possible to use the D. X. M to promote the fetal lung maturity, so as not to delay the treatment.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating diabetic nephropathy with Shengqidihuang decoction combined with metformin. Methods 54 cases with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups by means of random number table. Both groups were given diabetic routine treatment. The control group was treated with metformin, 0.25 mg each time, three times a day, based on the diabetic routine treatment for 8 weeks, and the treatment group was treated with Shengqidihuang decoction, once a day, 4 weeks as a course, continuously treated for 2 courses based on the control group. 24 h urinary protein (24hUAE) , serum creatinine (SCr) , blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and fasting blood glucose (FBG) were detected before and after the treatment. The clinical effect was observed between the two groups after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 85.2% and 66.7% respectively, showing a significant difference (λ2=3.376, P<0.05). Compared with the control group, 24 hUA ,SCr, BUN and FBG in the treatment group decreased significantly (λ2=4.231, P<0.05) after the treatment.24hUAE, SCr, BUN and FBG decreased significantly after the treatment, especially in the treatment group, also showing a significant difference (λ2= 3.754, P<0.05). Conclusion The therapy of mefformin combined with Shengqidihuang decoction on diabetic nephropathy was better than metformin only.

AlM: To study the trabeculectomy clinical effect of use tunnel knife to make double - deck scleral flap and to cut off the layer scleral flap of glaucoma.METHODS: Using the random grouping method to divide 46 cases (60 eyes) of glaucoma into the treatment group of 24 cases (32 eyes) and control group of 22 cases (28 eyes). The treatment group, tunnel knife was used to make double- deck sclera flap and superficial scleral flap about the size of 5mm×5. 5mm, 1/3 scleral thickness, under the sclera flap made another one about the size of 3. 5mm× 4mm, 1/3 scleral thickness, resected the middle layer of the sclera flap, removed 2mm×2mm trabecular tissue, underwent routine peripheral iridectomy, could adjust suture the superficial scleral flap, sutured Ball fascia and bulbar conjunctiva. ln control group, routine glaucoma trabeculectomy was undergone.RESULTS:Patients were followed up for 1a, the vision in treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P< 0. 05). The postoperative intraocular pressure of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than that of the preoperative one. Postoperative 1 and 3mo, no statistical significant difference of intraocular pressure in two group(P>0. 05). But after 6 and 12mo, the intraocular pressure of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0. 05). Postopeartive 1a, the cumulative complete success rate and conditions for successful rate were 90. 63% and 96. 88% in the treatment group, and those were 75% and 89. 29% in control group. There was significant difference between two groups(P<0. 05).CONCLUSlON:The trabeculectomy have a good effect to lower the intraocular pressure by use tunnel knife to make double-deck scleral flap and to cut off the layer scleral flap. The scleral flap have uniform thickness, smooth surface, and the function of the filtering bleb maintained for a long time, less postoperative complications, suitable for various types of glaucoma, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.

Objective To explore the effects of vaseline gauze combined with brain cotton piece on eye protection during otological surgery . Methods From January to March in 2015 , 80 patients with otological surgery were set as the experiment group , where vaseline gauze and brain cotton piece were used to protect eyes . From October 2014 to December 2014 , another 80 patients with otological surgery were set as the control group , where aureomycin eye ointment was used for eye protection . The two groups were compared in terms of complications incidence . Result The complication incidence of the experiment group was significantly lower than that of control group ( P < 0 . 01 ) . Conclusion Vaseline gauze and brain cotton piece can effectively protect the eyes for patients undergoing otological surgery , lower the occurrence rate of fewer complications and improve patients′comfort .

Objective:To investigate if injury-related myofibroblast induction could occur in bronchial epithelial cells and the role of TGF-?_1(rhTGF-?_1) in epithelial-myofibroblast transdifferentiation. Methods:Cultured bronchial epithelial cells, 16HBE-14o, were exposed to poly-L-arginine(PLA). Using a immunohistochemical method, ?-smooth muscle actin (?-SMA) expression was detected in those cells after being treated with PLA . Relative activity of chloramphenicol acetyltransferase(CAT) was assessed in 16HBE-14o cells, which were transiently transfected with VSMP8 plasmid containing ?-SMA promoter linked to CAT gene, at different time points after rhTGF-?_1(10 ?g/L) treatment. Results:①?-SMA positive, spindle-shaped cells emerged among the regenerated 16HBE-14o epithelial cells following damage. The number of ?-SMA positive 16HBE-14o cells increased and cell repair was delayed under rhTGF-?_1 stimulation.② CAT activity increased significantly in VSMP8 plasmid transfected 16HBE-14o cells 24 h after TGF-?_1 stimulation. This paper introduced the researches of clinical application quality control, and showed the hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizers were being widely used in hospitals and highly recognized. According to the clinical data and the literatures of the domestic equipment in preliminary application, it could be concluded that the technology maturity of domestic hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizers was in a high level. The advantages of using domestic hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizers to do disinfection and sterilization included lower cost, safer, faster and non-toxic, etc. Also the management system should be improved and the clinical staff should master the technical essentials, obey the procedures strictly, verify periodically and offer full monitoring to upgrade the quality of sterilization.
