Objective To analyze clinical features and prognosis for the patients of primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC)complicated with interstitial lung disease(ILD).Methods Medical records of 139inpatients of PBC were retrospectively analyzed and their clinical features, biochemical parameters, spectrum of autoantibodies and Maye risk score were compared between subgroups with and without ILD.Resuits Among twenty two(16%)patients of PBC complicated with ILD,50 percent had respiratory symptoms such as chest distress, short breath, cough, and so on,and 50 percent had diffusing and obstructive ventilation impairment by pulmonmary function test.Patients of PBC complicated with ILD had a faster erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)than that in those without ILD(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in other biochemical parameters, positive rates of autoantibodies and Mayo risk score between the two subgroups (P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that odd ratios(ORs)of Raynoud's phenomenon and other connective tissue diseases(CTD)complication in patients of PBC to develop ILD were 3.54 and 2.56(P=0.03 and P=0.05),respectively,though 46 percent of PBC patients with ILD did not have other CTD complications. Conclusions Half of the patients of PBC complicated with ILD have respiratory symptoms.PBC patients with Raynoud's phenomenon and other CTD complications are more likely to develop ILD,but those without complications can also do.

Objective To investigate the effect of mesenchymal stem cell(MSC) on the balance of Th1/ Th2 with different stimulations. Methods To inoculate MSC in 24-well tissue culture plates.after 3 days, added T lymphocytes co-stimulated by PMA and Ionomycin,or the MSC were added to the two-way mixed lymphocyte culture according to different proportion. The subsets and cytokines of T lymphocytes were analyzed by flow cytomety. Results Differentiation into Th1 of T lymphocytes activated by co-stimulation can be inhibited MSC;In MLC,CD8~+T cell subsets and Th1 were evidently decreased. But Th2 cells were slightly increased. Conclusion MSC can significantly suppress CD8~(+)T cell,Th1,increase Th2.MSC has potentialities of alleviating acute graft-versus-host disease(aGVHD) and maintaining graft versus leukemia(GVL).

OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for determining the contents of protocatechuic acid, rutin, gallic acid and kaempferol in Uygur medicine Capparis spinosa. METHODS:HPLC was performed on the column of Agilent C18 with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(7∶93,V/V)at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 327 nm,column temperature was 30 ℃ and volume was 10 μl. RESULTS:The linear range was 0.260 0-50.0 μg for protocatechuic ac-id(r=0.995 6),3.109 0-102.0 μg for rutin(r=0.999 9),1.018 0-40.0 μg for gallic acid (r=0.998 9) and 0.063 0-36.0 μg for kaempferol(r=0.998 8);RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were all no more than 1.20%;average recoveries were respectively 101.51%(RSD=1.85%,n=6),99.70%(RSD=1.23%,n=6),98.28%(RSD=1.86%,n=6) and 100.97%(RSD=1.74%,n=6). CONCLUSIONS:The method is specific, and can fast and accurately determine the contents of protocate-chuic acid, rutin, gallic acid and kaempferol in Uygur medicine C. spinosa.

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of intradermal needle therapy for urinary retention after cervical cancer surgery. Methods: A total of 100 patients with urinary retention after cervical cancer surgery were randomized into a control group and an observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with basic nursing only, and the observation group was treated with additional intradermal needle therapy. Both groups were treated for 2 courses of treatment. The main symptom scores and residual urine volume of the two groups were observed before and after treatment, and the inpatient time, catheter indwelling time and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 96.0% in the observation group and 88.0% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the main symptom scores and residual urine volume in both groups decreased significantly (all P<0.05), and the scores and residual urine volume in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P<0.05). The inpatient time and catheter indwelling time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (both P<0.05). Conclusion: Intradermal needle therapy has an obvious effect in improving symptoms of urinary retention after cervical cancer surgery, and the effect is significantly more persistent than that of simple basic nursing.

Objective To investigate the changes of fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FENO)) and their relation with lung function in bronchial asthma. Methods FENO and forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1) were measured during the periods of acute onset, chronic persistence and paracmasis in 54 patients with asthma and 19 healthy persons. Results There were significant differences in the levels of FENO and FEV1 among the course of acute onset [(57.59 ± 32.24) ppb and (1.72± 0.33) L],chronic persistent course [(40.02 ± 15.68) ppb and (2.41 ± 0.23) L],paracmasis [(26.71±6.07) ppb and (2.82±0.29 )L]and control[(14.74±3.42 ) ppb and (2.93±0.13)L] (F=19.555,163.096,P<0.01) except for the levels of FEV1 between paracmasis and control group(P>0.05).The negative correlation between FENO and FEV1 was found in the course of acute onset(r=- 0.666,P =0.005 ),but not in the chronic persistent course ( r =- 0.288,P =0.176) and paracmasis(r=-0.246,P=0.457).Conclusions The level of FENO is increased and may be useful to evaluate control degree in patients with asthma.
