1.Consumer acceptance of Traditional Chinese Medicine based on social learning with SEM im-provements

Traditional Chinese Medicine ( TCM) is an important part of primary health care services with the advantages of simplicity, convenience, low costs, and effective examinations. Under the influence of Western Medi-cine, improving the enterprise advantages of TCM becomes an imminent issue to resolve. With the perspective of be-havioral and social sciences, the paper systematically reviews the factors which impact the consumer acceptance of TCM in primary healthcare services and constructs the corresponding structural equation model based on the social learning theory. Meanwhile, AMOS17. 0 and SPSS were used to process empirical data. The paper presents the fol-lowing important conclusions: service encounter quality, emotional well-being and the influence degree are signifi-cantly correlated with the consumer acceptance of TCM;there is no significant relationship between individual-cogni-tion and consumer acceptance of TCM;consumer trust is not related to consumer acceptance of TCM;TCM technolo-gy acceptance is the major source of consumer acceptance of TCM. Finally, this paper introduces the policy recom-mendations of improving and promoting the service quality of TCM.
2.Effects of two methods on phlebitis induced by peripherally intravenously infused dopamine

Objective To explore the effect of two methods on phlebitis induced by peripherally intravenously infused dopamine. Methods One hundred and ninety-five patients with phlebitis caused by peripherally intravenously infused dopamine were randomly divided into experiment group and control group according to the parity of hospitalization number in our department during September 2013 to December 2014. Ninety-eighty cases were assigned in the experiment group and 97 in the control group. In the control group, the venous infusion was done with 24G common intravenous detaining needle and general micro pump infusion extension tube. In the experiment group, it was done with 24G safety intravenous detaining needle, disposable connecting pipe with precision filter and DuoDERM attached to the needle wing of puncture site and its upper skin. The two groups were compared in terms of the incidence and occurrence time of phlebitis. Results The incidence of phlebitis in the experiment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and its severity significantly lower than that of the control group. In addition, the occurrence time was significantly longer than that in the control group. Conclusion Venous infusing with 24G safety intravenous detaining needle, disposable connecting pipe with precision filter, and DuoDERM attached to the needle wing of puncture site and its upper skin can effectively reduce the incidence and occurrence time of phlebitis caused by dopamine.

OBJECTIVE:To study the stability of omeprazole in micro-pump by continuous administration.METHODS:RP-HPLC were used to determine the concentrations of omeprazole at different times in micro-pump after administrcotion24h by simulating the dose mode in clinical.RESULTS:Omeprazole for injection was stable in6h after administration.CON?CLUSIONS:The time of taking omeprazole via micro-pump should be controled in6h.
4.Discussion on the Supervision Problems and Suggestions in the Case of Shandong Vaccine

OBJECTIVE:To provide ideas for strengthening the supervision of vaccine. METHODS:According to the regulato-ry defects exposed in the case of Shandong vaccine,combined with own supervision and practice,the problems existing in vaccine regulation were analyzed to put forward suggestions to solve the problem. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:There are problems such as supervision system is not perfect;supervision laws and regulations were not perfect;supervision mode is not scientific and so on. It is suggested to perfect regulatory system,improve the regulatory legal system and innovative regulatory approach to ensure reasonable and effective supervision of the vaccine,and improve the quality and safety of the vaccine.
8.Simultaneous determination of five sesquiterpene lactones in Carpesium abrotanoides by HPLC.

An HPLC method was established to simultaneously determine the five sesquiterpene lactones, carabrone, carabrol, 2-desoxy-4-epi-pulchellin, telekinand 11(13)-dehydroivaxillin in Carpesium abrotanoides. Samples were analyzed on a kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 µm); mobile phase: A was acetonitrile, B was water, with gradient elution; flow speed: 1.0 mL · min(-1); detection was carried out using a photodiode array detector at 211 nm; temperatureof column: 30 °C. The five sesquiterpene lactones were well separated with good linear correlations in the range of 0.270-2.700 (r = 0.999 7 ), 1.336-13.360 (r = 0.999 6), 0.258-2.580 (r = 0.999 7), 0.238-2.380 (r = 0.999 9), 0.490-4.900 µg (r = 0.999 9) for carabrone, carabrol, 2-desoxy-4-epi-pulchellin, telekin and 11 (13) -dehydroivaxillin. The average recoveries of these five sesquiterpene lactoneswere 96.78%-98.41% (RSD 1.3%-2.9%). The method was simple, repeatable and stable, which could be used for quality control of C. abrotanoide.
