1.Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Essential Medicine Distribution Actuality in Primary Health Care Institutions of Qinghai Province
China Pharmacy 2016;27(15):2017-2019
OBJECTIVE:To improve the distribution rate of essential medicines,to meet the medication needs in primary health care institutions. METHODS:The in essential medicine distribution in primary health care institutions was analyzed, and combined with the current essential medicine policy regulations, problems existed in the bidding work program of distribution enterprises that made by health departments were summarized, and countermeasures were put forward. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Resources in medicament circulation industry get further integration, the industrial structure is optimized and upgraded, and the distribution rate is comprehensively improved after the implementation of national essential medicine system in Qinghai province. But there are still some problems, including serious monopolies in wholesale and sales enterprises, insufficient supply of some biding drugs, low distribution rate, inadequate supervision of relevant authorities, unreasonable regional distribution of drug retail stores and low qual-ity of distribution companies. For above-mentioned problems, relevant government departments should strengthen supervision and propaganda of relevant laws, regulations and policies for medicine distribution, intensity to supervise medical institutions,intro-duce competition mechanism, establish advanced pharmaceutical distribution and increase capital investment in drug sales in remote areas to effectively improve distribution rate of essential medicines and meet the needs of primary medical institutions.

4.Protective effect of gynostemma on myocardium in diabetes associated with hyperlipemia and its mechanism
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2016;36(11):134-137
Objective To investigate the protective effect of gynostemma on myocardium and its mechanism in patients with diabetes associated with hyperlipemia. Methods 178 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia from the department of endocrinology in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups, 89 cases in the control group treated with basic treatment of diabetes+atorvastatin, 89 cases in the experiment group received gynostemma on the basis of the control group, myocardial injury index, blood glucose level, blood lipid level, serum cytokine levels and serum oxidative stress response indexes were detected and compared after the treatment. Results Compared with the control group, serum levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST), creatine kinase(CK), CK-MB, lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)were lower in the experiment group after treatment, fasting plasma glucose(FPG), 2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG), HbA1c level were lower after treatment, serum levels of total cholesterol(TC), triglycerides( TG ) , low-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C ) were lower, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C ) level was higher after treatment, serum level of adiponectin(ADPN) was higher, tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-18(IL-18) levels were lower after treatment, serum levels of malondialdehyde(MDA), reactive oxygen species(ROS) were lower, glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px), superoxide dismutase(SOD) levels were higher after treatment, with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Gynostemma can significantly reduce the cardiac muscle damage of patients with diabetes associated with hyperlipemia , plays a role in myocardial protection, the mechanism may be to reduce blood glucose and blood lipid levels, inhibit the inflammatory reaction caused by inflammatory cytokines, improve the antioxidant capacity of the body and reduce oxidative stress damage.
5.Recognition of Russell bodies and Mott cells
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2013;(5):472-474
There are not yet uniform for the recognition and morphological description of Russell bodies and Mott cells. Some difficulties for the learner in clinical diagnosis were encountered. The characteristics of name and morphology of Russell bodies and Mott cells were described in this paper combined with many years of experience in clinical practice according to new point of view of (2008) World Health Organization classification of tumours of haematopoietic and lymphoid tissues and European Leukemia Net Morphology Faculty.
6.Relationship between coronary heart disease and depression
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(05):-
Coronary heart disease and depression have a close relationship.Depression is common in patients with coronary artery disease and its presence is a strong independent risk factor for the development and adverse prognosis of coronary heart disease. The present review has summarized current knowledge of depression in patients with coronary artery disease regarding epidemiology, pathophysiologic pathways and treatment.
7.Current situation and research directions for cell morphology of Chediak-Higashi syndrome
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2000;0(06):-
Based on the current situation of cell morphology of Chediak-Higashi syndrome (CHS) and the reasons for missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis of CHS,the microscopic examination on peripheral blood smear should be emphasized. Some suggestions was proposed for improving staff′s understanding of CHS,unifying the standard of morphological diagnosis of CHS and performing further researches.
9.Prolongation of human polymorphonuclear leukocyte function by IL-1?
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
AIM Interleukin 1?(IL-1?), which is a pivotal cytokine in inflammatory response, can inhibit human polymorphonuclear leukocyte (PMN) apoptosis, which can enhance PMN-mediated cytoxicity. Therefore we research the effect of IL-1? on the change of PMN functions was studied. METHODS Functional capacity of PMN was assessed by spreading, polarization (shape change), superoxide anion production and phagocytosis. RESULTS IL-1? can prolong PMN function by the inhibition of PMN apoptosis. CONCLUSION IL-1? inhibits PMN apoptosis, resulting in a larger population of surviving PMN with a greater capacity for phagocytosis and superoxide production. The later potentially facilitates PMN mediated tissue injury and may be one of mechanisms by which IL-1? contributes to organ dysfunction.
10.Effect of Colored Noise on Circadian Oscillation and Internal Signal Stochastic Resonance in Biological Clock System
Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(01):-
The effect of colored noise on circadian oscillation and internal signal stochastic resonance(ISSR) has been studied in a Neurospora circadian clock system. The result shows that the correlation time of colored noise can affect strongly the strength of ISSR. For the case of no external signal(ES), the correlation time of colored noise plays a suppressive role for ISSR, and the suppressive role is increased with the increment of correlation time of colored noise. When the ES is injected to the system, with the increasing of the correlation time of colored noise, not only its suppressive role for ISSR is increased, but also the single peak ISSR can be transformed as internal single stochastic bi-resonance (ISSBR). There exists an optimal frequency of ES for the ISSR information amplification, while the ISSR is suppressed for another frequency of ES. In contrast to external colored noise, internal colored noise is more efficient to sustain and amplify the ISSR information. Furthermore, there exists a critical noise intensity for destroying the difference between white and colored noises.
