The paper described the conception and forms of risks for public hospitals financing,proposing the risk avoidance strategy, loss control strategy, and risk transfer strategy against these risks. In addition, it is proposed to take proactive measures to build the financing risk management system for public hospitals, and construct an effective financing risk prewaming mechanism, raise the scientific standard of financial decision-making, and develop a clear-cut economic responsibility system for the hospital leaders during their term, for the purpose of effectively minimizing the risks.

Objective To investigate the clinical features of children's acute appendicitis in order to reduce the misdiagnose rate.Method Collect and retrospective analyse 77 cases clinical data of children's acute appendicitis from January 2008 to December 2011 in our hospital.Results There are 77 cases abdominal pain,61 cases fever,48 cases vomiting in 77 children,22 cases(28.57％) misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis in total.17 cases with appendix perforation,the perforation rate is 22.07％.49 cases receive surgery,28 cases receive conservative treatment.All are improved and cured and discharged.Conclusions The main clinical features of children's acute appendicitis is abdominal pain,fever and vomiting.When clinical features is not classic,there is higher rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,especially for infants.Stress that for children with unreasonable abdominal pain and fever,it is necessary to check leukocyte,CRP and type-B ultrasonic,observe the abdominal sign continually,in order to diagnose and treat early.

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Liuwei Nengxiao capsules combined with acupoint application for functional constipation. Methods According to the order of treatment, 105 patients with functional constipation were divided into combined treatment group, Liuwei Nengxiao group and acupoint application group with random number table, 35 cases in each group. Combined treatment group was treated with both Liuwei Nengxiao capsules orally taking and Tongbian Fang acupoint application in Shenque. Liuwei Nengxiao group was treated with Liuwei Nengxiao capsules alone, and acupoint application group was treated with Tongbian Fang acupoint application in Shenque alone. The course of treatment lasted for 10 days. The symptom scores were assessed before and after treatment, to evaluate the efficacy. Results The symptom scores of the three groups all decreased after treatment (P<0.05). The total effective rates of combined treatment group, Liuwei Nengxiao group and acupoint application group were 100%(35/35), 94.3% (33/35) and 88.6% (31/35), respectively, and the clinical effect of combined treatment group was better than that of other two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion The clinical effect of Liuwei Nengxiao capsules combined with acupoint application in treating functional constipation is superior to that of separate applications.

Objective To explore the rule of etiopathogenisis disposition and tendency.Methods Bronchoscopic test was performed in these 899 patients.The differences among different periods,age groups and smoking status groups were compared.Results In recent 15 years,the ratio of old patients raised obviously.The causes were unspecialized inflammation(76.6%),tumor(12.9%),and tuberculosis(8.2%).Unspecialized inflammation cause was significantly more in young group than middle age group and old age group(P400 cigarette-years group than non-smoker group(P400 cigarette-years,should be alert for tumor,and take bronchoscopic test timely.Young patients should pay more attention to tuberculosis cause.

[Objective]To explore the relationship between Pglycoprotein,survivin expression and chemotherapy outcome.[Method]The expressions of P-glycoprotein,and of survivin were examined by the immunohistochemistry in 38 specimens of preoperation biopsy of osteosarecomas.[Result]The response rate of the P-glycoprotein positive group was lower than that of P-glycoprotein negative group.The response rate of the survivin overexpression group was significant lower than survivin was found to be more valuable in predicting chemotherapy results.[Conclusion]The expressions of P-glycoprotein,and of survivin are clearly associated with osteosarcomas response to chemotherapy in osteosarecoma and survivin is a more valuable parameter.
