Objective To know the efficacy of oral nursing by visible electric toothbrushes among patients with peroral endotracheal intuabtion. Methods Divided 108 trauma patients with peroral endo-tracheal intubation and clear consciousness into the research group and the control group randomly, there were 54 cases in each group. Routine oral nursing cares were used in the control group, while the visible electric toothbrushes was used in the research group. Compared the efficacy of oral nursing between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of mouth odor, plaque index and oral infection in the research group were better than those of in the control group. Conclusions Using visible electric toothbrushes for trau-ma patients with oral endotracheal tube is a kind of effective and feasibility method, which should be devel-oped in the clinical field.

To develop optimal shift systems for an improvement of work schedule satisfaction, health and work productivity, the effects of the direction of the rotational work shifting on the circadian rhythm and adaptation of physiological components and work mistakes were investigated in nursing students. Two groups of seven volunteers participated as experimental subjects, apd seven to twenty nursing students participated as a control group. The directions of rotation work shift were as follows CW(clockwise)-shift system rotation in the direction of day shift(3 days), evening shift(3 days), off duty(l day) and night shift(5 days), and CCW (counterclockwise) -shift system rotation in the reverse direction. Urinary Na, K, and Cl levels were measured with ion-selective electrodes. The levels of performance were measured by a questionnaire to determine the number of mistakes in 12 specific items during duty. The disturbance of Na the circadian rhythm was seen on day and night shifts, especially in the CCW-rotation shift system, and the magnitude of the daily variation was greatest in the CCW-rotation system. The daily rhythms of K and Cl shifted to the right on the evening shift, and the rhythms were reversed on the night shift, which suggests that they adapted to the altered shift work. However, the levels of Cl were higher in day and night shift workers, especially in CCW-shift system. In the ease of urine salts, it seems that the students in CW-shift system more easily adapted to the altered shift. The incidence of mistakes during work were more frequent on the CCW shift than in the CW shift. These data indicate that the direction of rotation effects the worker's health and work performance. These results indicate that the CCW rotation of shift work makes it more difficult for the workers to adapt to the shift on a physiological level, and has many more negative effects on the shift workers' health when compared with the CW rotation. Thus, a clockwise rotating shift system seems to be more desirable for the optimal health and performance of nurses.

This paper introduced the measurement methods of heat and moisture exchanger during tracheotomy with two main parameters (water loss and pressure drop) and proposed more heat and moisture exchanger evaluation indicators such as the death chamber, the heat exchange rate, as well as those parameters can be used to evaluate the reasonableness of the heat and moisture exchanger performance.

Objective To explore the clinical significance of heart rate turbulence (HRT) in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods Thirty CHF patients(CHF group) and 28 non-organic heart disease persons (control group) were examined by 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG).According to the NYHA grading of the cardiac function,CHF group were divided into low-degree heart failure (LdHF) sub-group (NYHA Ⅰ -Ⅱ,16 cases) and high-degree heart failure (HdHF) sub-group (NYHA Ⅲ-Ⅳ,14 cases).In CHF group,ischemic heart disease (IHD) patients were 18 cases and non-ischemic heart disease (NIHD) patients were 12 cases.Two indexes of HRT including turbulence onset (TO) and turbulence slope (TS) were measured and analyzed.Results The TO value in CHF group [(0.43 ±0.83)%] was significantly higher than that in control group [( - 1.49 ± 1.00)%] (P ＜0.05),and the TS value in CHF group[( 2.67 ± 0.66) ms/RRI] was significantly lower than that in control group [( 8.52 ± 2.09)ms/RRI] (P ＜0.05).The TO value in the HdHF sub-group [(0.79 ± 0.67)%] was significantly higher than that in LdHF sub-group[(0.12 ± 0.86)%] (P = 0.026),and the TS value in the HdHF sub-group [(2.88 ±0.79) ms/RRI] was significantly higher than that in LdHF sub-group [(2.40 ± 0.35) ms/RRI] (P= 0.045).The TO and TS values had no significant difference between the IHD and the NIHD patients (P＞0.05).In CHF group,53.3%(16/30) patients' TO and TS values were both abnormal (TO ≥ 0,TS ≤ 2.5 ms/RRI),and 40.0% (12/30) patients had only TO or TS value abnormal,93.3% (28/30) patients had abnormal HRT.Conclusion The phenomenon of HRT in the patients with CHF obviously decrease,and the HRT can be used to evaluate the severity of heart failure and predict the prognosis of the heart failure.

2-(3-benzoylphenyl)propionitrile which is an important intermediate of ketoprofen was synthesized through phase-transfer catalytic by four steps, involving Friedel-crafts reaction, bromination and cyanation. Pure compound was obtained, and the content of crystal was about 98%.AIM　The content of 2-(3-benzoylphenyl)propionitrile was improved. METHODS　Phase-transfer catalytic methylation and suitable method of aftertreatment were used. RESULTS　The yield and content was both improved. CONCLUSION　Phase-transfer catalytic methylation was the best method, and suitable method of aftertreatment was essential.

Objective To explore the change characteristics of platelet derived growth factor BB (PDGF-BB),transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-beta 1),and alkaline fibroblast factor (bFGF) of the wound exudates after the hysteroscopy adhesion separation technique.Methods Thirty two cases of intrauterine adhesions patients were selected who received the hysteroscopy adhesion separation technique from June 2014-June 2015 as the observation group,and 24 cases of hysteroscopy septum resection patients during the same period as the control group.PDGF-BB,TGF-beta 1,and bFGF of the wound exudates were measured with enzyme-linked immunosobent assay (ELISA) method at the postoperative 3,6,9,12,24,48,72 h.Results At the postoperative 3,6,9 and 12 h:PDGF-BB level of the observation group was (2.73 ± 0.72) ng/ml,(3.69 ± 0.74) ng/ml,(5.78 ± 0.82) ng/ml,and (5.94 ± 0.85) ng/ml,respectively;TGF-β1 level was (3.63 ±0.57) ng/ml,(9.89 ±0.95) ng/ml,(8.24 ±0.82) ng/ml,and (7.64 ±0.75) ng/ml,respectively;bFGF level was (20.23 ± 2.35) ng/ml,(92.46 ± 23.96) ng/ml,(387.84 ±76.63)ng/ml,and (1178.53 ± 127.95)ng/ml,respectively.PDGF-BB level of the control group was (2.52 ± 0.53) ng/ml,(2.63 ± 0.55) ng/ml,(4.72 ± 0.67) ng/ml,and (4.52 ± 0.61) ng/ml,respectively;TGF-β1 level was (3.07 ±0.59)ng/ml,(7.43 ±0.67) ng/ml,(5.43 ±0.57) ng/ml,and (4.68 ±O.77)ng/ml,respectively;bFGF level was (18.25 ±2.46) ng/ml,(81.49 ±20.18) ng/ml,(237.06 ±53.97) ng/ml,and (747.02 ± 107.73) ng/ml,respectively.The PDGF-BB,TGF-beta 1,and bFGF levels of two groups at the postoperative 3,6,9 h were risen quickly,and continued to the 72 h after surgery,the peak concentration of three indices of the observation group were higher than the control group,the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The levels of PDGF-BB,TGF-beta 1,and bFGF of the wound exudates were obviously increased after the hysteroscopy adhesion separation technique.

Acupoint name has rich TCM meaning and cultural connotation and its nomenclature originates from ancient Chinese. In order to clearly explore the significance of acupoint name, the exegetics is used in this study. It is found that the study on acupoint name contributed to determining the controversial acupoint locations and revealing the cultural connotation and the basic TCM theory behind the acupoint. Additionally, it helps us to understand the effect mechanisms of acupoints [Tianshu (ST 25) is either for constipation or diarrhea as an example], dig the clinical effects of acupoints, discover and rectify the mistakes in nomenclatures such as pronunciation and glyph. All of these study results benefit the accurate and comprehensive recognition on the acupoints.

Objective With the case of 9 county hospitals in Wenzhou region of Zhejiang Province,this paper made a research into the classification method of basic medical services,in order to round up basic medical services and make sure of basic medical needs of the people.Methods The methods of priority ranking,opinion focused and group-based evaluation were called into play to clarify the medical services of the hospitals,with an empirical research of the results of classification.Results The results indicated that among the 3847 medical services of Zhejiang Province,1325 were county hospital's basic medical services.Among them,201 or 95.78％,were used in high frequency,which rank as services deserving priority.Conclusion The study of the classification method of basic medical services could be used for clear division of the basic medical services in need of priority and attention.It provides the government with an optimal means to make better use of limited medical resources.
