1.Efficacy of Capecitabine Combined with Cisplatin in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer and Effect on Invasion and Metastasis of Gastric Cancer
China Pharmacy 2016;27(18):2494-2496
OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy of capecitabine combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer and its effect on invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. METHODS:94 patients with advanced gastric cancer were ran-domly divided into control group(47 cases)and observation group(47 cases). Control group received 65-75 mg/m2 Docetaxel injec-tion,d1,continuous intravenous infusion of 2 h+15-20 mg/m2 Cisplatin for injection,d1-5,continuous intravenous infusion of 2 h in the dark. Observation group received 1 000 mg/m2 Capecitabine tablet, orally, twice a day+Cisplatin for injection(the same us-age and dosage with control group). 3-week was regarded as a treatment course, and it lasted 3 courses. Clinical efficacy, matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and MMP-9 levels were observed,6 and 12 months survival rate and incidence of adverse reactions were followed-up. RESULTS:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate in 2 groups(P>0.05). Grade 1-2 liver dysfunction, thrombocytopenia, and the incidence of nausea and vomiting in observation group were significantly lower than con-trol group,6 and 12 months survival rates were significantly higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment,There was no significant difference in MMP-2 and MMP-9 levels in 2 groups(P>0.05). After treat-ment,MMP-2 and MMP-9 levels in 2 groups were significantly lower than before, and observation group was lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of capecitabine combined with cispla-tin is similar to docetaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer, but docetaxel combined with cisplat-in is superior in terms of reducing MMP-2 and MMP-9 and safety.
2.Lupus nephritis patients complicated with infection during the therapy
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(06):-
Infection is a major complication in lupus nephritis patients, and also remains a major cause of morbidity and mortality in LN.The most common infected sites are respiratory tract, skin soft tissue, urinary system,et al.Immunological abnormity, use of glucocorticoid and immunosuppressive agents, renal insufficiency and hypoproteinemia are involved in the susceptibility of LN patients' infections.A wide variety of infectious pathogens are recognized in LN and bacterial infection is the most.Virus, fungi and tubercle bacillus also can be identified. The clinical manifestations of the infections are atypical, including fever, cough, headache, twitch, abnormity of spirit and action,et al and often confused with the multiplicity clinical manifestations of SLE activity. It is necessary to carry out clinical observation and pathogeny examination for diagnosis. All patients must receive effective anti-infective therapy in time, and adjust their glucocorticoid and immunosuppressive dosage. In order to avoid infection,it is necessary to strictly control the indication and dosage of glucocorticoid and immunosuppressers.
3.Experience of ApplyingHuoxue Tongfu Therapy in Ancillary Treatment of Severe Traumatic Brain Injury Combined with Pulmonary Contusion Syndrome
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(7):118-120
Severe traumatic brain injury is a common clinical emergency, which is often combined with pulmonary contusion syndrome, and the treatment will be more difficult. This article started from the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and adoptedHuoxue Tongfu therapy by targeting the key pathogenesis qi stagnation and blood stasis of the disease, which achieved satisfactory efficay.
4.Exploration of designed experiment in bioanalytical chemistry
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(12):-
Designed experiment can improve the students'study interest and train their scientific research ability in bioanalytical chemistry experiment teaching. This article probes into the devise of designed experiment, the selectivity of the contents and the detailed process of the experiments.
5.Experience in Treating Elderly Patients with Drug-resistant Bacteria Pulmonary Infection with Fuzheng Qinghua Therapy
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(6):121-122
Drug-resistant bacteria pulmonary infection in the elderly is increasing, which brings difficulties to the selection of antibiotics. Based on the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, targeting the key to the pathogenesis of the drug-resistant bacteria pulmonary infection deficiency of vital energy, phlegm and dampness, the author adopted Fuzheng Qinghua therapy to obtain satisfactory efficacy.

Objective To investigate the feature of distribution of vesicular monoamine transporter(VMAT2) in human embryonic brains and their relationships with Parkinson disease. Methods The distribution of VMAT2 and tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) in substantia nigra pars compacta(SNC), ventral tegmental ares(VTA) and locus coeruleus(LC) were examined by immunohistochemical staining and Western blot in human spontaneous abortion embryonic brains of different gestational age. Results The distribution of VMAT2 in SNc was less than that in both VTA and LC(all P

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(1):225-228
Artificial bone replacement has made an important contribution to safeguard human health and improve the quality of life. The application requirements of rapid prototyping technology based on reverse engineering in individualized artificial bone with individual differences are particularly urgent. This paper reviewed the current research and applications of rapid prototyping and reverse engineering in artificial bone. The research developments and the outlook of bone kinematics and dynamics simulation are also introduced.

Chinese Journal of Clinical and Experimental Pathology 2014;(4):419-422
Purpose To investigate clinicopathological features, immunohistochemical findings and differential diagnosis of papillary glioneuronal tumor ( PGNT) . Methods The clinical features, imaging, histological and immunohistochemical findings were analyzed in three cases of PGNT, along with review of the related literatures. Results Two patients were female adults, and the other was male adults. One presented with dizziness, and the other exhibited intractable seizures. Magnetic resonance imaging ( MRI) revealed a cyst-ic space-occupying mass in brain parenchyma of left temporal lobe or right parietal lobe. Microscopically, it was characterized by pseu-dopapillary structures composed of hyalinized vessels rimmed by cuboidal glial cells, oligodendrocyte-like cells and the proliferation of neuronal cells. On immunohistochemical staining, the perivascular cuboidal cells were GFAP-positive, the oligodendrocyte-like cells were Olig-2-positive, and the neuronal cells were synaptophysin-and nuclear protein-positive. Conclusion PGNT is a rare and new variant of mixed neuronal-glial neoplasm, the natural evolution of this tumor is one of low malignant potential and it has a good progno-sis. The distinctive pathologic features help to differentiate this entity from other neoplasm of the central nervous system which has pa-pillary structures.
