1.Antineoplastic agents-induced pulmonary toxicity
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(8):584-587
Antineoplastic agents-induced pulmonary toxicity is one of important reasons causing respiratory failure, which clinical manifestations are pulmonary inflammation, allergic reaction, vascular permeability reaction and pulmonary vascular disease. All of these may be caused by drug toxicity, immune response and increased capillary permeability and so on.Because of the nonspecific performance,it is important to exclude the other lung diseases.Once the diagnosis is clear, the antineoplastic gents should be immediately stopped and the patients should be timely administered high-dose eorticosteroid therapy. How to reduce the pulmonary toxicity induced by antineoplastic agents is becoming one of the future focuses about antineoplastic agents research.
2.Consumer acceptance of Traditional Chinese Medicine based on social learning with SEM im-provements
Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2014;(11):64-70
Traditional Chinese Medicine ( TCM) is an important part of primary health care services with the advantages of simplicity, convenience, low costs, and effective examinations. Under the influence of Western Medi-cine, improving the enterprise advantages of TCM becomes an imminent issue to resolve. With the perspective of be-havioral and social sciences, the paper systematically reviews the factors which impact the consumer acceptance of TCM in primary healthcare services and constructs the corresponding structural equation model based on the social learning theory. Meanwhile, AMOS17. 0 and SPSS were used to process empirical data. The paper presents the fol-lowing important conclusions: service encounter quality, emotional well-being and the influence degree are signifi-cantly correlated with the consumer acceptance of TCM;there is no significant relationship between individual-cogni-tion and consumer acceptance of TCM;consumer trust is not related to consumer acceptance of TCM;TCM technolo-gy acceptance is the major source of consumer acceptance of TCM. Finally, this paper introduces the policy recom-mendations of improving and promoting the service quality of TCM.
3.Clinical distribution and antimicrobial resistance of Acinetobacter bau-mannii isolated from patients in consecutive three years
Chinese Journal of Infection Control 2015;(1):42-44
Objective To analyze the clinical distribution and antimicrobial resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii (A.baumannii)from a hospital,so as to guide the rational use of antimicrobial agents and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of healthcare-associated infection(HAI).Methods Distribution and antimicrobial susceptibility testing results of A.baumannii isolated from patients between January 2011 and December 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results A total of 339 A.baumannii isolates were isolated within three years,291 iso-lates (85.84%)were from sputum, followed by urine (n=29,8.55%),secretion(n=12,3.54%)and blood (n=3,0.89%).The main distribution departments were intensive care unit(ICU,n=149,43.95%),department of re-spiratory medicine (n=46,13.57%),department of pediatrics (n =32,9.44%)and oncology (n =22,6.49%). The resistant rate of A.baumannii to tobramycin and imipenem were 11 .11 %-49.47%,the resistant rates to the other antimicrobial agents were relatively high;antimicrobial resistant rate of 2012 and 2013 were obviously lower than 2011 .Conclusion A.baumannii from this hospital are mainly from sputum specimens, and mainly distribute in ICU and department of respiratory medicine, antimicrobial resistant rate is high, but there is a decreasing tenden-cy in recent years.
4.The clinical analysis of fulminant Wilson's disease in patients with hepatitis B virus infection: a report of 13 cases
Chinese Journal of Internal Medicine 2016;55(8):628-630
To analyze the clinical features and prognosis of fulminant Wilson's disease (FWD) in patients with hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection.Twenty-seven patients were enrolled in Guangzhou Eighth People's Hospital from 2005 to 2015,including 13 FWD patients with HBV infection and 14 FWD patients without HBV infection.Clinical efficacy and survival rate were evaluated.Baseline biochemical data in two groups were comparable(P > 0.05),including total bilirubin, prothrombin activity, serum albumin, alpha fetal protein, alanine transaminase, ceruloplasmin and 24 hours urine copper.Treatment in FWD group with HBV infection was ineffective, including 9(9/13) deaths and 4(4/13) patients receiveing liver transplants.However,7 (7/14) cases in the other group did not response to the treatment, including 6 (6/14) deaths and 1 (1/14)patient receiving liver transplant. The prognosis in the two groups is significantly different(P =0.006),which is much worse in FWD patients with HBV infection.
6.Nitric oxide and endotnelin-1 concentrations of venous cord blood and its relationship with umbilical arteries blood flow velocity in pregnant women with diabetes mellitus
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the changes of venous cord blood nitric oxide(NO) and endotnelin-1(ET-1) levels and to find out its relationship with umbilical arteries blood flow velocities in the pregnant women with diabetes mellitus. Methods 66 cases of the pregnant women with diabetes mellitus(DM) were selected at random, including 30 diabetes mellitus complicated with pregnancies(DMP) and 36 gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).36 cases of the normal pregnant(NP) women were selected as the control group.Venous cord blood samples were collected from all the subjects after delivery.Cord blood NO and ET-1 levels were detected by Griess assay and radioimmuno-assay respectively, and umbilical arteries blood flow velocities(S/D) were measured just before delivery. Results Compared with the control group, cord blood NO levels decreased and ET-1 levels increased and S/D increased in the DMP group significantly(P0.05).Conclusion Umbilical blood NO and ET-1 levels are abnormal in DMP,which induces the high resistance of fetal-placental circulation, and finally might cause adverse pregnancy outcomes.
7.Relationship Between Change in Tolllike Receptor Expression and Prognosis of Severe Viral Hapatitis
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(12):-
OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between the change in Toll-like receptor expression and prognosis of severe viral hapatitsis.METHODS The peripheral blood mononuclear cells were separated and the expression of TLR2 and TLR4 mRNA was observed by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).The level of serum endotoxin was measured by chromogenic substrate Limulus amebocyte lysate assay. The data were analyzed by SPSS 11.5 software.RESULTS The expression of TLR2 and TLR4 mRNA and the level of serum endotoxin of death group before therapy were lightly higher than that of survival group, but after therapy that of death group is higher than survival group(P

9.Mental therapy of women perimenopausal period syndrome
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2004;10(7):430-431
Objective To observe curative effect of mental therapy on women perimenopausal period syndrome. Methods 100 patients with perimenopausal period syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group. Patients of the treatment group were treated by Cryzanolam, Surazepam, etc,and mental therapy was given simultaneously twice one week. Patients of the control group were treated only by drugs. The period of treatment was four weeks. The curative effect was assessed by SCL-90 symptom self evaluation scales. Results Several factors and total average points of two groups' SCL-90 all dropped, and there was significant difference between two groups after therapy (P<0.01). For patients of the treatment group, clinic symptoms were markedly abated after treatment (P<0.05), and average scores of several factors were not significantly different from normal adults (P>0.05). Conclusion The mental therapy can remit symptoms of women perimenopausal period syndrome effectively and improve their healthy.
