Objective To get the message of master, attitudes and clinical implementation of ICU nurses about clearing the secretion on airbag in patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods Using the method of questionnaires and simple sampling, 85 questionnaires were issued to ICU nurses of four general hospitals in our city.and survey results were analyzed. Results The score had significant difference among ICU nurses with different ages,titles and departments,but no difference among nursing staff with different educational background,There were not enough knowledge and not positive attitudes and atmosphere in nurses about clearing the secretion on airbag for patients with mechanical ventilation. Conclusions Knowledge of management of clearing the secretion on airbag should be popularized, standardized training to nurses should be strengthened,these are the important methods to increase the cognitive degree on secretion on airbag. The accreditation of ICU nurses should be practicedjiurses should work with certificates and quality of care for artificial airway should be ensured. A unified,scientific nursing practice standard and process to clear the secretion on airbag should be established.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yixinkangtai capsule on coronary heart diseases(CHD) complicated with heart failure(HF). METHODS: A total of 196 CHD patients complicated with HF were divided into two groups: the control group received conventional anti-HF therapy alone, while the treatment group received conventional anti-HF therapy plus Yixinkangtai capsule 1.0 g tid for 4 wk. RESULTS: As compared with the control group, the treatment group had a much better improvement in symptoms, 6MWT and the incidence of cardiovascular event. CONCLUSION: Yixinkangtai capsule has a good therapeutic efficacy for patients with CHD complicate with HF.

Objective To develop a medicated trachea cannnla pad which can keep the skin around incision of trachea desiccant, prevent and treat infection of incisional wound effectively. Methods Ac-cording to the manufacture and feature of 3L paste dressing,high-grade wadding,cloth,abeorbent cotton anddrug were made into medicated trachea eannnla pad and used in clinic. 72 conscious patients underwenttracheotomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (36 cases in eachgroup). The disposable medicated trachea cannula pad was used in the observation group. In the controlgroup, sheared asepsis gauze was used only. Bacterial culture from the incision of trachea region and localincision was inspected on the third day,the sixth day and the tenth day after tracheotomy.Furthermore thesatisfaction degree of patients was also compared. Results The positive rate of bacterial culture in theobservation group was significantly lower than that in the control group; the local infection in the observa-tion group was significantly reduced than that in the control group; compared with the control group, thesatisfaction degree in the observation group was also more high (P < 0.01). Conclusions The methodprotecting the incision of trachea with the disposable medicated trachea cannnla pad can be operated easily.It not only can keep the skin around incision of trachea desiccant, improve patients" comfort, but also canprotect and treat infection of incisional wound effectively, reduce infection, promote rehabilitation, decreaselength of hospital stay and expense. So it deserves to be generalized in clinic.

Objective To find out certain physical therapy about chest nursing, and then avoid certain postoperative complications for patients with thoractomy. Methods Selected 112 patients af-ter thoractomy from October 2007 to January 2008, divided them into the observation group and the control group randomly, there were 56 cases in the each group. Traditional back knocking was used in the con-trol group, while a kind of reformative back knocking method was used in the observation group. Compared the incidence rate of lung-associated complications between the two groups. Results There were signifi-cant difference between the two groups about incidence rate of lung-associated complications and com-pliance of back knocking. Conclusions Chest physical therapy with new back knocking can effective promote expectoration, reduce the incidence rate of pulmonary complications, and then make patients feeling comfort.

Objective To know the efficacy of oral nursing by visible electric toothbrushes among patients with peroral endotracheal intuabtion. Methods Divided 108 trauma patients with peroral endo-tracheal intubation and clear consciousness into the research group and the control group randomly, there were 54 cases in each group. Routine oral nursing cares were used in the control group, while the visible electric toothbrushes was used in the research group. Compared the efficacy of oral nursing between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of mouth odor, plaque index and oral infection in the research group were better than those of in the control group. Conclusions Using visible electric toothbrushes for trau-ma patients with oral endotracheal tube is a kind of effective and feasibility method, which should be devel-oped in the clinical field.

Based on the viewpoint of six meridians separately varying with the pathogenesis of exterior-interior and cold-heat,which is separately dominated by different meridians,this article systematically analyzes and generalizes the connotation of the treatment based on differentiation of various syndromes of cold-heat complication involved in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases.By delimiting which meridian the cold-heat complication syndrome belong to in six meridians and what the pathogenesis is,the article further promotes the signifi cance of six-meridian theory guiding the treatment based on differentiation of miscellaneous diseases.
