1.An update on pathogenesis and treatment of Glanzmann thrombasthenia
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2015;33(5):486-489
Glanzmann thrombasthenia (GT) is an inherited disease of platelet function disorders characterized by mucocutaneous bleeding due to platelets failed to aggregate in response to physiologic stimuli. GT is a rare inherited disease and caused by quantitative or qualitative deifciencies of an integrin receptor GPⅡb/Ⅲa for adhesive proteins. There is no uniifed treatment strategy available so far for GT. This review summarizes the update of pathogenesis treatment progresses in GT.

3.The Relationship Between the Time Before Diagnosis and Clinic in Children's Acute Leukemia (An Analysis of 72 Cases)
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(05):-
Objective To search for the relationship between the time before diagnosis and clinic in children'sacute Leukemia. Design Clinical cases analysis. Patients 72 Child patients with acute leukemia, 39 male and 33 female. The range of age is from6 months to 15 years old. First treated patients are 44 and the second treated patients are 28. Rebults and Conclusions The average time before diagnosis (19. 14wk) in children's acute leukemiaof10 years old group(6.94wk), The diagnosis time of infiltration symptom(10.30wk) is the longest and hemorrhage symptem isthe shortest among all the symptom of first break out. The time before diagnosis have not significantdifference among all the types of ALL. The time before diagnosis of ANLL (5.24wk) is shorter thanthat of ALL (7.74wk).
4.Progress in vascular smooth muscle ATP-sensitive potassium channel
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(08):-
ATP sensitive potassium channel(K ATP has been indentified in a variety of tissues and recognized as an important drug target.K ATP channels is composed with a 4∶4 stoichiometry of an inwardly rectifying K + channel(Kir) subunit plus a sulfonylurea receptor(SUR).The characteristics for the SUB2B/Kir 6 1 in vascular are small condutance,ATP insensitivity and activation by added NDP.Therefore,it is refered as NDP dependent K + channel(K NDP ).A lot of endogenous and exogenous vasodilators seem to act through a common pathway by opening K ATP in vascular, which is involved in protein kinase A and C signal transduction pathway.Vascular shows different sensitivity to potassium channel openers(KCO),and the mechanism remains to be determined. In this review,a summary of K ATP in vascular is presented with molecular structure,KCO selectivity to tissue, signal pathway, electrophysiological and pharmacological properties.
5.Progress in Research on Therapeutic Regimen for Helicobacter pylori Eradication
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2016;21(10):623-625
Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is one of the most frequently seen pathogenic bacteria in human beings. Hp infection is closely related to the occurrence and development of chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer and gastric cancer. Therefore, eradication of Hp is very important for the prevention and treatment of such diseases. This article reviewed the progress in research on therapeutic regimen for Hp eradication.
6.Influence of Ulcer Stage on Helicobacter pylori Eradication Rate
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2017;22(4):238-240
Background: Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection is associated with a variety of gastrointestinal diseases.Studies have shown that Hp eradication rate may be affected by the disease type and stage of disease progression.Aims: To investigate the influence of endoscopic ulcer stage on Hp eradication rate. Methods: A total of 423 peptic ulcer (PU) patients with Hp infection from January 2015 to July 2016 at the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were enrolled.Of them,133 were gastric ulcer (GU) and 255 were duodenal ulcer (DU).A 14-day bismuth quadruple therapy was given for Hp eradication, and the eradication rates were analyzed with the endoscopic ulcer stage.Univariate analysis was conducted to identify factors influencing the eradication rate. Results: There was no significant difference in Hp eradication rates between GU and DU groups (82.7% vs.83.9%,P>0.05).The eradication rates according to endoscopic ulcer stage were significantly different in GU group (active stage vs.inactive stage: 89.0% vs.75.0%,P<0.05);but in DU group, the eradication rate in active stage was similar to that in inactive stage (85.6% vs.83.0%,P>0.05).Univariate analysis revealed that ulcer stage was correlated with the success rate of eradication;the eradication rate in active stage was significantly higher than that in inactive stage (87.8% vs.80.3%,P<0.05).Conclusions: Endoscopic ulcer stage is correlated with the Hp eradication rate in PU,especially GU patients.Hp eradication therapy performed in patients with active PU could yield a higher eradication rate.
7.Clinical value of Holter monitor for clinical diagnosis and treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;22(2):207-209
Objective To investigate the clinical value of Holter monitor(DCG) in the diagnosis and treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM).Methods According to NT-proBNP > 2 000pg/mL,left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) ≤40%,New York Heart Association (NYHA) rated Ⅲ-Ⅳ,67 patients with DCM were divided into the high risk group and nonhigh risk group. All kinds of arrhythmia patients proportion was compared between the two groups,in order to understand the risk factors of DCM and arrhythmias. Results In high risk group,18 cases had ventricular tachycardia, the incidence rate was 66.7%,which was significantly higher than that of non high risk group (2 cases,5.0%) (x2 =29.271,P < 0.01).While other arrhythmia, atrial premature beats, single premature ventricular contraction, atrial fibrillation and so on,had no statistical difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion The DCM patients with various types of arrhythmia, ventricular tachycardia in patients directly influence the severity and prognosis,Holter monitor has an irreplaceable role.

The authors through the analysis on the state food and drug administration for clinical drug agency qualification , the ethics committee to run the problem:ethics committee incomplete management system and SOP;Familiar with work system and review process to be;Track review is not standard;Pilot project information manage-ment confusion;Ethics committee hardware substandard housing .And puts forward the following measures to solve these problems , reasonable adjustment of organization structure , strengthen the system construction , standard re-view process , establish 3 levels training model and improve office conditions .
9.Advances in fundamental research and clinical application of Thulium fiber laser lithotripsy
Chinese Journal of Urology 2021;42(1):75-78
Thulium fiber laser is a novel laser of good potential in lithotripsy, which gained the attention of urology society in recent years. This article aimed to discuss Thulium fiber laser referring to lithotripsy mechanism, ablation efficiency, laser safety, clinical application and so on. Thulium fiber laser shares a similarity of lithotripsy mechanism with Holmium laser, whereas Thulium fiber laser has a higher ablation rate, thinner fragments, and smaller retropulsion compared to Holmium laser. Thulium laser may bring revolution in the field of laser lithotripsy.
