Poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride)(PDDA) was chosen to disperse multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) to prepare the stable PDDA-MWCNTs aqueous dispersion. Then, the positively charged PDDA-MWCNTs composite and negatively charged choline oxidase(ChOx) were employed to fabricate multilayer films on platinum(Pt) electrodes by layer-by-layer self-assembly technique, the anti-interferential film of Nafion was dropped at the end of the last multilayer films. The results showed that MWCNTs were evenly dispersed within the PDDA films and the multilayer films of (PDDA-MWCNTs)_n could improve the catalytic current response to choline significantly with the increased number of the multilayer films. The optimum assembly number was 6. The choline biosensor fabricated showed good linear correlation from 5×10~(-6)-2.5×10~(-4) mol/L with a detection limit of 2×10~(-6) mol/L(S/N=3), and the sensitivity was 21.97 mA/mol with a response time of 6.6 s, the RSD was less than 5%(n=3). Moreover, the biosensor exhibited an excellent anti-interferential property and a good stability.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the incipient serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and clinicopathologic features in anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody associated vasculitis (AAV).Methods Data of 138 consecutive AAV patients were collected.According to their serum CRP levels, patients were divided into group 1 with normal CRP,group 2 with slightly increased CRP and group 3 with severely increased CRP.Clinical features of AAV and histopathologic features of the kidney injury were compared among groups. Results CRP levels increased in 77.53% AAV patients on admission.Patients in the group of severely increased CRP had the highest levels of BVAS,serum C3,serum ANCA titer, leukocyte counts and the lowest levels of hemoglobin and albumin among the 3 groups (all P < 0.05).The mortality during the stage of therapy was highest in patients with severely increased CRP (P < 0.05).The focal kidney damage was more obvious in patients with severely increased CRP.There was no significant difference in renal prognosis among patients with different CRP levels. Conclusion The levels of incipient serum C-reactive protein of AAV vary in different patients and are positively correlated with patients' inflammation status as well as the disease activity, but are not correlated with the severity of kidney injury.

Objective:To explore the relationship between the expression of angiopoietin 1 (ANGPT1) and Smadhomolog 9 (Smad9) genes in cancer tissues and tumor metastasis, invasion behavior and prognosis in patients with lung adenocarcinoma. Methods:Sixty patients with lung adenocarcinoma in Chengwu Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University from October 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. The expressions of ANGPT1 and Smad9 mRNA in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were compared, as well as the expressions of ANGPT1 and Smad9 mRNA in cancer tissues of patients with different tumor metastasis and invasion behaviors. The relationship between ANGPT1 and Smad9 mRNA expression and tumor metastasis and invasion behavior of lung adenocarcinoma were analyzed, and the 1-year survival rate of patients with lung adenocarcinoma was calculated. The 1-year survival rate of patients with different ANGPT1 and SMAD9 mRNA expression levels were compared. Results:The relative expression of ANGPT1 mRNA and Smad9 mRNA in cancer tissues were lower than those in adjacent tissues: 2.45 ± 0.26 vs. 11.18 ± 0.93, 4.23 ± 0.31 vs. 7.58 ± 0.65, the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). There were significant differences in the relative gene expression of ANGPT1 and Smad9 mRNA in different clinical stages, tumor diameter, degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and pleural invasion ( P<0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression of ANGPT1 and Smad9 mRNA were negatively correlated with clinical stage, tumor diameter, lymph node metastasis and pleural invasion ( r = - 0.517, - 0.539, - 0.606, - 0.679, P<0.05), and positively correlated with the degree of differentiation ( r = 0.628, P<0.05). The 1-year survival rate of 58 patients was 72.41%. Kaplan-Meier curve analysis showed that the 1-year survival rate of patients with low expression of ANGPT1 and Smad9 mRNA in cancer tissues were were lower than those in patients with high expression ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Down-regulation of ANGPT1 and Smad9 genes in cancer tissues will accelerate the metastasis and invasion behavior of lung adenocarcinoma. Up-regulating the expression of both genes can be a potential way to improve survival.
