Objective: To analyze the current situation and effect of vertical integrated of rural health services in Dafeng County. Method: Policy documents and data are collected and interviews are implemented for studying the integrated situation. Results: The vertical integration in Dafeng County is virtual joint form with forming 6 city-level medical volunteer service teams and 52 health management teams. With the imple-mentation of fully integrated management, signing service with rural doctor mode is carried out, which pro-mote the establishment of rural unified service standards and regulations. Using health card of residents which promote the regional shared of treatment information. Conclusions: Vertically integrated mode had connection in health management teams, supported by fully integration, developed by signing service with rural doctor and carried by residents’ health card, which could provide reference for implementing vertical integration of rural health service. But strategies needed to be strengthened in improving health services’ ability of township hospitals, clarifying interest relationship as well as integrating health service regulations and strengthen the health information system for sharing and docking.

Aim To investigate the changes of serum metabolism after the treatment of DOA and DOO on myocardial ischemia reperfusion ( MI/R ) injury in rats, and to explore the pathogenesis of MI/R injury and drug action mechanism. Method The serum samples of Sham group, Model group, DOA group and DOO group of rats were acquired, gas phase time of flight mass spectrometry ( GC-TOF-MS) was applied to analyze the metabolic profiles of the samples. After da-ta preprocessing, they were processed into SIMCA 14. 1 software for multivariate statistical analysis. Results By principal components analysis ( PCA ) , partial least squares analysis ( PLS-DA) and orthogonal partial least squares analysis ( OPLS-DA ) , the Model group and Sham group were obviously separated, the drug in-tervention group and Model group were separated and close to Sham group. The therapeutic effect of DOO and DOA on MI/R injury in rats was proved. The ex-perimental results identified 13 endogenous biomark-ers, which were related to the glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism and amino acid metabolism pathway. Con-clusion DOA and DOO may protect the MI/R injured rats by regulating the glucose metabolism, lipid metab-olism and amino acid metabolism pathway.

Objective:To investigate the feasibility of mandibular angle osteotomy combined with high-density polyethylene (MEDPOR) prosthesis implantation for one-time lower facial contouring of the protuberance and related surgical precautions. Methods:A total of 18 patients who were treated in the oral and maxillofacial surgery of Yangzhou First People's Hospital from June 2010 to August 2016 were selected to complete the mandibular angle osteotomy combined with MEDPOR prosthesis implantation in the lower part of the prosthetic plane. The patients were followed up regularly and the effect of surgery was observed. Results:All 18 patients were operated successfully with an average time of 2 hours. The effect of operation was satisfactory. Except for one patient whose hematoma caused local bruise to subside completely in 2 weeks, all the others were discharged smoothly in one week after operation. After 2 months to 3 years of follow-up, the effect was satisfactory. Conclusions:Mandibular angle osteotomy combined with MEDPOR prosthesis is safe and effective.

Objective To evaluate the methodological quality and measurement characteristics of health literacy assessment tools for diabetic patients and to provide references for medical staff to select the best assessment tools. Methods The PubMed,Embase,CINAHL,Web of Science,CNKI,VIP database,Wanfang Data, and Chinese Biomedical Database were searched from inception to December 31,2022.Data were screened and extracted independently by 2 researchers. The consensus-based standards for the selection of health measurement instruments(COSMIN)system evaluation guidelines were spontaneously used to evaluate the included assessment tools. Finally, recommendations were made. Results A total of 15 studies were included, involving 12 health literacy assessment tools for diabetic patients.Among them,KHLS-DM and DNT-15 have satisfactory content validity and internal consistency and are recommended as Grade A.HLSQ-3 has high-quality evidence to suggest that its internal consistency is"inadequate"and recommended as Grade C,while the other 9 scales are recommended as Grade B for content validity or internal consistency of uncertain/inadequate evidence at or above the intermediate level. Conclusion KHLS-DM can evaluate written literacy, numeracy, and critical literacy of patients, and each measurement characteristic has been comprehensively evaluated with high reliability and validity,so it is recommended to be applied first.DNT-15 focuses on evaluating the numeracy of patients, which can be used in combination with other scales to evaluate health literacy of patients more comprehensively.

【Objective】 To explore the relationship between changes in the entorhinal cortex (EC) of traumatic brain injury (TBI) and cognitive function based on structural magnetic resonance imaging. 【Methods】 MRI was performed in 26 patients with clinically confirmed TBI after admission, and the Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) was followed up 6 months later. The TBI patients were classified as mild TBI and moderate to severe TBI according to the post-traumatic Glasgow coma scale (GCS). We compared the differences in age, gender, education level, hypertension, diabetes, TBI operation history, and follow-up MMSE between the two groups. Then the morphology, surface area, volume and thickness of the patient’s EC were evaluated using the visual score and Freesurfer software, and finally the correlation between EC parameters and MMSE was analyzed. 【Results】 The study included 12 cases of mild TBI and 14 cases of moderate to severe TBI. There were no statistical differences in age, gender, years of education, hypertension, diabetes or TBI operation history. However, the two groups differed significantly in follow-up MMSE. Visual evaluation showed statistical difference in the left EC scores. Structural MRI showed that the volume and thickness of left EC were statistically different between the two groups. The correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the thickness of left EC and MMSE (r=0.430, P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Entorhinal cortex atrophy after TBI is related to the severity of trauma, and it can reflect the long-term cognitive level of patients, which can be used as a noninvasive and reliable imaging marker for evaluating cognitive impairment after TBI.
