After the information technology infrastructure library ( ITIL ) was briefed, the service management process of ITIL and its application in Affiliated Beijing Maternity Hospital of Capital Medical University were described in terms of its operation management, events management, tasks management, problems management followed by an assessment of its application effects with suggestions put forward for the solution of its problems.

After a description of Beijing Mother and Child Health Care Information System and its characteristics , the needs of its users were analyzed, its problems were summarized, its functions were verified, and suggestions were proposed for its future development .

Liver biopsy plays an important role in the diagnosis of autoimmune liver diseases,particularly in patients without specific clinical manifestations or negative for autoantibodies.The histological features of several autoimmune liver diseases are reviewed.The characteristic features of autoimmune hepatitis in histology include interface hepatitis with lymphoplasmacytic infiltration,hepatic rosette formation,and emperipolesis,while chronic nonsuppurative destructive cholangitis and epithelioid granuloma are frequently found in primary biliary cirrho-sis.Primary sclerosing cholangitis is characterized by onion skin-like periductal fibrosis,while storiform fibrosis with IgG4-positive plas-ma cell infiltration often indicates IgG4 -related sclerosing cholangitis.Enhanced communication between clinicians and pathologists can help improve the diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune liver diseoses.

Objective To investigate the improvement and safety of the conventional treatment combined with Deanxit in the treatment of digestive adverse (FD) of gastrointestinal symptoms and sleep efficacy.Methods Ninety cases of patients with FD were randomly divided into the control group (pantoprazole capsule and Mosapride will + Capsule associated with sleep disorders with estazolam tablets) and observation group (pantoprazole capsule and Mosapride will + capsule with sleep disorders and estazolam tablets plus Deanxit).Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.After the course of treatment,the improvement degree and adverse reaction of digestive tract symptoms and sleep were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment in the observation group with gastrointestinal symptoms were improved and the total effective rate was 86.7％,higher than that of the control group (66.7％).The difference was statistically gigmificart (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate of was sleep disorders improvement 83.3％,higher than that of control group (61.9％),but the difference was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).Adverse reaction rates were not significantly different between the two groups.Conclusion On the basis of conventional therapy,treatment of functional dyspepsia (FD) with Deanxit can significantly alleviate gastrointestinal symptoms.Medication after 3-7 days can relieve the symptoms.After 4 weeks,the total efficiency is the highest with fewer adverse reactions.Clinical application is recommended.

Objective To observe the protective effects of the mixture of ferulic acid (AF) and paeoniflorin on PC12 cells injury by FeSO4/H2O2 in vitro, and explorer its mechanism. Methods The cell injury model was established with FeSO4/H2O2 for 24 h. The process of the growth and morphology of the cells were observed under phase contrast microscope in vitro. The survival rate of the cells was determined by MTT method. The content of MDA and SOD activity was measured respectively by thiobarbituric acid and xanthine oxidase method. Results Compared with FeSO4/H2O2, the mixture of ferulic acid (AF) and paeoniflorin enhanced the PC12 cells survival rate and viability, reduced MDA content and increased SOD activity. Conclusion The mixture of 5～50 ?mol/L AF and 1～10 ?mol/L paeoniflorin exerted protective effects on PC12 cells injury induced by FeSO4/H2O2, which maybe related to free radical scavenging activity and lipid peroxidation process being inhibited.

Objective:To observe the effect of Schisandra Chinensis Baill distilled by ethanol on energy metabolism in brain of repeated cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model mice.Method:The mice were randomly divided into six groups,respectively irrigating the groups of Nimodipine suspension,ginkgo leaf suspension,and large and small doses of Schisandra Chinensis Baill distilled by ethanol,sham group(blank) and the model group for the same volume of saline,once a day,15 days for delivery.Model mice of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was established by bilateral common carotid artery blocking.48 hours after operation,the rats were decapitated,weight half of the brain and put 9 times saline into it,then the level of LD,vitality of LDH,AchE and ATP were measured.Results:Compared with model group,small doses of Schisandra Chinensis Baill distilled by ethanol could markedly reduce the content of LD of mice of repeated cerebral ischemia-reperfusion,large doses of Schisandra Chinensis Baill distilled by ethanol could notably improve the vitality of LDH;large and small doses of Schisandra Chinensis Baill distilled by ethanol could both notably improve the vitality of AchE,large doses of Schisandra Chinensis Baill distilled by ethanol could notably improve the vitality of Na+-K+-ATP、Ca2+-ATP.Conclusion:Schisandra Chinensis Baill distilled by ethanol could markedly improve the energy metabolism of the model of repeated cerebral ischemia-reperfusion of mice.

Objective To investigate the cause of postoperative colorectal cancer anastomotic fistula,the treatment and prevention measures.Methods 2007 -2014,The department of General surgery in Qingdao Municipal hospitals for abdominal colorectal cancer resection(Dixon surgery)were 208 cases,including 13 cases of anastomotic leakage occurred.Retrospective summarized the cause,treatment and preventive measures of abdominal colorectal cancer anastomotic fistula.Results All of 13 patients were discharged,and had no adhesions obstruction,anastomotic stricture,pelvic abscess and other symptoms following -up 6 months after discharge.Conclusion Grasping preopera-tive risk factors of abdominal colorectal cancer for anastomotic fistula,actively preoperative preparation,and master of fine anatomical and surgical point are the main points of the prevention of anastomotic leakage.

Objective To assess the health-related quality of life in elderly patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods The patients were collected from the outpatient department,a tertiary hospital in ShaanXi Province.The demographic characteristics such as age,gender,weight and height were collected.Spirometry was performed for every patient after salbutamol 400 μg was inhaled.6-minute walk test was done according to the guidelines which developed by American Thoracic Society in 2002.Four questionnaires,including COPD Assessment Test (CAT),Clinical COPD Questionnaire-week Version (CCQ),St George's Respiratory Questionnaire for COPD Patients (SGRQ-C) and Chronic Respiratory Questionnaire-Self Administered Standardized Activities-First Administration Version (CRQ-SAS),were answered by every participant.Results Totally 90 participants were enrolled between September 2013 and September 2014.75 cases(83.3％) were male and 70 cases (77.8％) were smokers or ex-smokers,the mean age was (67.8±9.7)years,and the mean educational history was (8.9±3.0)years.The mean body mass index was (23.3 ± 3.6) kg/m2,and the mean post-brochodilator FEV1 was (51.2 ± 18.7) ％ predicted.The average 6-minute walk distance was (424.5 ± 99.1) meters.The average scores of CAT and CCQ were(20.4±6.9) and (2.4±0.8),respectively.The mean SGRQ-C score was (38.5 ± 16.2).The symptoms,activity and impacts average scores of SGRQ-C were (64.3± 18.8),(45.1 ±21.3) and (25.7 ± 16.1).For CRQ-SAS,the average scores of dyspnea,fatigue,emotional function and mastery were (2.9±1.3),(2.9±1.1),(3.0±1.1) and (2.9±1.1),respectively.There was a weak correlation between FEV1 and each questionnaire scores.There was a moderate correlation between 6-minute walk distance and SGRQ-C,CCQ and CRQ-SAS.However,there was a weak correlation between CAT and 6-minute walk distance.For 6-minute walk distance,activity score of SGRQ-C,impacts score of SGRQ-C and history of coronary artery disease were independent influencing factors.For BODE index,activity and impacts score of SGRQ-C were independent influencing factors.Conclusions CAT,CCQ,SGRQ-C and CRQ-SAS are suitable to assess health-related quality of life for elderly patients with stable COPD,among four questionnaires,SGRQ-C is the best one.

[Objective]To analyze the causes of perioperative periprothetic fracture with hip arthroplasty and discuss the prevention and treatment of the fracture.[Method]18 of 640 THR cases occurred femoral fracture from July 1995 to August 2006,11 with intraoperative fracture and 7 with postoperative fracture,12 were and 6 female,the mean age 68 years(range:51 to 79 years).According to AAOS'standard,18 cases were divided into 6 types:1 of I type,6 of II type,4 of III type,4 of IVa type,2 of IVb type,1 of V type and 2 of VI type.10 of 11 cases of intraoprative fracture were operated immediately with internal fixation,and one of II type was treated with conservative method.4 of 7 cases of postoperative fracture were operated with open reduction and internal fixation in two weeks,2 cases with loosen stem were operated by revision hip,and one of V type was treated with conservative method because of other disease.[Result]The mean followed up perioid were 15.2 months(rang:6 to 42 months),15 fractures united,2 delayed united and 1 dead after 8 months postoperatively.The average scores were 80 according to Harris'standard(range:67 to 92).[Conclusion]Violence、abnormal of femur cannal、osteoprosis and bigger prothesis are the main causes of intraoperatively peri-prothetic femur fracture after THA,and loosening、 osteoperosis and outside injury are the main causes of postoperatively periprothetic femoral fracture,different treatment should be used according to the different types.

Objective: To confirm the cognitive rationale of Guilty Knowledge Test (GKT) with a polygraph lie-detection test,explore the merits of GKT's variation as narrowing unclear range of guilty knowledge, and to discuss the problems of the commonly used scoring method which was introduced by Lykken initially in order to obtain more scientific scoring method in accordance with the cognitive rationale. Methods:40 college students were chosen as participants.The study was designed under non-motivational instructions and neutral materials of meaningless letter strings. Results: The lie detection accuracy of this research was 73% under standard GKT paradigm (namely, the tester knowing the guilty knowledge clearly) with the scoring method introduced by Lykken, which confirmed the cognitive rationale of GKT. The accuracy of reducing guilty knowledge range from 5 to 2 was 78.4% in the condition of unclear-clue GKT (namely, the tester only knowing the guilty knowledge in the range of five items) with the scoring method of height and vicinity.Conclusion: The accuracy of lie detection with standard GKT in this study is similar to top accuracies of foreign studies with the same pattern and verified the rationale of cognition for GKT. The innovative scoring method suggested in this paper bears merits in application and is worth further studying.
