Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;35(10):90-92
Objective To investigate the effect of glutamine on the serum carcino embryonie antigen (CEA) , alpha fetal protein (AFP) and T cell immune function in postoperative patients with gastric cancer. Methods 52 postoperative patients with gastric cancer from Yiwu Central Hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimenal group, 26 cases in each group. The control group received routine nutritional therapy, and experimental group received alanyl -glutamine injection on the basis of control group. The serum nutritional parameters, CEA, AFP, CD4 +T, CD8 +T levels were compared post-treatment.Results Compared with control group post-treatment, the serum albumin (ALB) and pre-albumin (PA) levels were higher (P<0.05), the CEA and AFP levels were lower (P<0.05),the serum levels of CD4 +T and CD4 +T/CD8 +T were higher (P<0.05),CD8 +T level were lower (P<0.05).Conclusion Glutamine could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with gastric cancer after surgery, and it is speculated that the mechanism may be the increase of serum ALB, PA levels, the decrease of CEA, AFP levels and the improvement of immune function.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(02):-
Objective:To explore the change of attentive characteristics and subjective evaluation of mental fatigue un-der the condition of driving simulation.Methods:16 healthy taxi drivers(all males) were involved in this research. The change of attentive characteristics and the self-rating scale for subjective fatigue symptoms were both recorded before and after six-hour driving simulation.Because of the own control design, the drivers' attentive characteristics and self-rating scales were measured again in their off days. Results:There was significant difference in the changes of attentive charac-teristics in the experimental group, but no significant difference in the control group. And there was no significant differ-ence of subjective evaluation either in the experimental group or control group. Conclusion:Under the condition of driv-ing simulation, the attentive characteristics of drivers were changed, say, they were impaired, even though they did not per-ceive the feelings of fatigue.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(25):-
Injectable bone substitutes can repair bone defect via percutaneous injection, including organic bone graft materials and inorganic bone graft materials. Furthermore, some materials considered as vector can composite with cells to generate tissue engineering materials, which are injected into bone graft to improve fusion rate. The development of injectable bone substitutes provides a new way to treat some relative diseases. Here, the article was divided three parts to introduce biological characteristics and clinical application of organic bone substitute materials, inorganic bone substitute materials, and bone tissue engineering vector materials. Although bone tissue engineering research achieves some effects initially, there are still a lot of problems, such as collection and preparation of extracellular matrix materials, composite and transplantation of cell and vector; all of them need to be further studied.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(08):-
Objective: To develop the continuous adding test for Nationwide Conscription.Method: The computer-based continuous adding test was developed and was administered to 24019 recruited young people among China and 1900 new recruits. When the 3-month-depot training finished, the 228 supervisors of the soldiers were investigated on the soldiers' working performance based on intelligence. Through the data, the test mode and cut-off scores were developed, and the reliability and validity was analyzed. Results: the cut-off scores were that finishing 26 items successfully in 120 seconds and the correct rate was higher than 30%. The retest reliability was 0.78 and the academic statues and the predicting congruence rate of the test was 94.7%.Conclusion:The continuous adding test was applicable as one of enlistee's primary qualification test.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(06):-
ObjectiveTo find out about changes in expenses and the orientation of the insured to medical services and analyze the causes of expense growth and the result of containment so as to offer suggestions for policy formulation. MethodsA statistical analysis was made of the actual data on the medical insurance of retired and working personnel in Nantong City from 2000 through 2002 using SPSS and Excel. Results①The mode of payment via "plate" management and total quantity and mean value control resulted in fairly good expense containment, especially outpatient expense containment while the growth of hospitalization expenses was on the rise. ②Third-tier hospitals were most popular to people seeking hospitalized services while for outpatient services people were increasingly turning to clinics and designated drugstores where the average expenses per visit were low. Conclusion①The managing party of medical insurance should step up research on expense containment strategies, steer the patients towards rational splitflow, try to contain expenses in a scientific way, and improve the efficiency of fund utilization. ②Medical institutions confronted with opportunities and crises should enhance quality construction and deliver standard and reliable services. ③It is imperative to strengthen regional health planning and raise the efficiency of health resources utilization.

Objective To compare the cognitive difference of subjects'responses to the same visual stimuli under two different priming conditions, and to discuss the influence of inversion effect and configural changes upon facial recognition. Methods Priming pattern was employed, and subjects were induced to recognize the same stimuli as schematic faces or three English letters under different priming conditions. The participants'accuracy and reaction times were compared in two priming conditions. Results Participants'accuracy of the comparison stimuli in facial priming condition decreased significantly by inversion effect((79.03±10.53)%vs(89.43±9.98)%,P<0.01);reaction times of priming stimuli and comparison stimuli were delayed by inversion effect significantly((3720.40±607.71)ms vs(2998.33±544.02)ms,(3521.80±1038.20)ms vs(2750.87±867.13)ms,P<0.01),and there was no influence of inversion effect upon the reaction times of English letter stimuli(P>0.05).Correlations of accuracy to reaction times reached no significant difference under two conditions. Conclusion Priming effect make sense in the cognition, and there was a priming stage before the facial configuration.Inversion effect shows up in the face priming condition, and vanish in the English letter priming condition, which demonstrate the importance of configuration and inversion effect in the facial cognition. What's more, such effect can't be explained by the changes of cognitive difficulty.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2013;22(4):197-201
Objective To analyze the molecular cytogenetic abnormalities and pathogenesis of pediatric Burkitt lymphoma (BL) by array comparative genomic hybridization (aCGH).Methods First, immunophenotype, molecular genetics and EB virus (EBV) infection status were detected using immunohistochemistry and fluorescence in situ hybridization in 21 pediatric BL patients.Second,in addition to detecting genome-wide genetic gain/deletion status,aCGH results with EBV infection status were also correlated. Results aCGH results showed genetic alterations in 19 cases (90.5 %).Generally, frequency of chromosomal gain was higher than chromosomal deletion. The regions of frequently-occurring small DNA genomic fragment gains (≥40 % cases) were 3q21.1,5p13.2,19q13.32,12q23.1,14q32.33,6q27,20p13 and 20p11.21.Large DNA fragment gains and deletions could be detected in 42.9 % (9/21) cases in the 14q24.2 and 14q32.33 regions. There was no significant difference in genetic alterations between EBV (+) and EBV (-) BL cases (P≥0.05).Conclusion aCGH results show that BL cases have complex genetic alterations, which have no significant difference between EBV(+) and EBV(-) cases. Most BL cases show large DNA segment deletion or acquisition of 14q,indicating that 14q gene alteration plays an important role in the pathogenesis of BL.
