Objective To evaluate the veracity and consistency of the results obtained from three automated hematology an-alyzers. Methods The reproducibility tests were used to assess the precision,the verification tests were exerted to evaluate the accuracy and consistency of test parameters(WBC,RBC,Hb,Hct and Plt) of the three hematology analyzers. According to the 1/2 standard of American Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendment (CLIA,88),the relative bias of the reference analyzer and other assessed analyzers were determined. Results The results obtained from the three analyzers showed ex-cellent precision and stability,the coefficients of variation (CV) were all less than 5%; compared with the results of LH750,the results of Gens 5diff and ACT-5diff showed excellent correlation,all coefficients of correlation(?) exceeded 0.975. The results of both RBC and Hct obtained from Gens 5diff and ACT-5diff exceeded allowable error; the results of WBC,Hb and Plt were in the allowable error range. Conclusion In the condition of the excellent precision and stability,system errors existed in the analyzer can be found by verification on time. Through being adjusted and calibrated,the hematology ana-lyzers can meet the requirements and these results are consistent.

Normal human blood pressure has a unique "dipper type" rhythm, but various pathological factors will lead to abnormal nighttime blood pressure decline, seriously damage the target organs such as the heart, brain and kidneys, and significantly increase the incidence of cardiovascular events. Therefore, it is necessary to pay sufficient attention to rhythm disorder of blood pressure and intervene early. Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) mostly understands the changes of rhythm of blood pressure from the view of the unity of nature and man, yin-yang theory and the theory of meridian flow, and study the syndrome distribution and TCM constitution law of rhythm disorder of blood pressure by combining TCM syndrome differentiation method and TCM constitution theory. TCM treatment can restore blood pressure rhythm and improve clinical symptoms and sleep quality of patients.

Objective To analyze Professor Zhang Binghou's medication experience in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease using data mining methods;To screen the core medicinal pairs and medicinal groups.Methods Prescriptions of diabetic kidney disease of Professor Zhang Binghou from the outpatient department of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Capital Medical University were selected from January 2014 to December 2021.TCM Inheritance Platform System 2.5,SPSS Modeler 18 and SPSS Statistics 21 software were used for association rules,clustering analysis and factor analysis to summarize the medication frequency,properties and tastes and meridians,and medicinal pairs and combinations.Results A total of 161 prescriptions were included,involving 188 kinds of Chinese materia medica,with a total frequency of 2 220 time.The kinds of Chinese materia medica with higher frequency were Rehmannize Radix et Praeparata,Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum,Astragali Radix,Rehmannine Radix,etc.The main properties were cold and warm,the main tastes were sweet and bitter,and the main meridians were kidney,liver and spleen meridians.A total of 14 drug pair association rules were obtained,with 27 commonly used drug combinations.Clustering analysis extracted 10 combinations based on the spectrum,and factor analysis extracted 14 common factors.Conclusion Professor Zhang Binghou's treatment for diabetic kidney disease takes nourishing the true yin and clearing away damp-heat as the main treatment method,and at the same time,it pays attention to tonifying kidney,consolidating essence,nourishing yin and containing yang,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,etc.,which embodies Professor Zhang Binghou's unique academic thought of treating diabetic kidney disease.

OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of Xuesaitong soft capsule on the complement-inflammatory receptor system in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy. METHODS A total of 92 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method ，with 46 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given basic treatment programs （including low-salt and low-protein diet ，quitting smoking and alcohol ，appropriate exercise ， lowering blood pressure ，blood sugar and lipid ，etc.）. The patients in the observation group took Xuesaitong soft capsules orally on the basis of the treatment of the control group ，0.55 g each time ，3 times a day. The treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks. Compare the renal function of the two groups of patients [24 h urine protein quantification ，serum creatinine （Scr），blood urea nitrogen，glomerular filtration rate （GFR）]，fasting blood glucose ，glycosylated hemoglobin ，complement factors [C3，C5， complement factor H （CFH），C5b-9]，inflammatory factors [interleukin 1（IL-1），tumor necrosis factor α（TNF-α），IL-6，monocyte chemoattractant protein- 1（MCP-1）]，renal tubular injury markers [β2-microglobulin（β2-MG），retinol binding protein 4（RBP4）， neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocalin] levels；correlation between renal tubular damage and complement-inflammatory receptor system was analyzed in the observation group before and after treatment. RESULTS Compared with before treatment ，24 h urine protein quantity ，Scr，C3，IL-1，TNF-α，MCP-1，β2-MG and RBP 4 of 2 groups were reduced significantly after treatment ，while GFR and CFH were significantly increased ；except for C 3，the observation group was significantly better than the control group （P＜ 0.05）. C 5 of the observation group was significantly decreased after treatment and was significantly lower than the control group （P＜0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Xuesaitong soft capsule can reduce renal tubular damage in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy and improve renal function by acting on the complement system and reducing inflammation.
