Objective To observe the impacts of Kechuanning on expression of signal transducer and activator of transcription 6 (STAT 6) in CD4+, CD8+T lymphocytes of athma rats induced by virus, and analyze the mechanism of Kechuanning in treating asthma induced by RSV. Methods The PBMC was isolated from the peripheral blood, CD4+T, CD8+T lymphocyte was separated by immunomagnetic beads. The purity and activity of CD4+T and CD8+T lymphocytes were measured by using flow cytometry, trypan-blue dye exclusion test. The protein expression of STAT6 was detected by fluorescence-activated cell sorting. Results The descending progress of the trial were supported by the purity and activity of CD4+T, CD8+T lymphocyte. CD4+T lymphocyte in the asthma model group were increased (P<0.01), however the increase of CD8+T lymphocyte were not significant (P>0.05). The expression of the protein of STAT6 in the treated group with Kechuanning decoction were decreased than that in the model group (P<0.01). Compared with Dexamethasone and Salbutamol group, there were no significant differences (P>0.05). Conclusion Kechuanning decoction could decrease the protein of STAT6 in CD4+, CD8+T lymphocyte, thereby it could regulate the disorder of Th1/Th2, thus prevent and treat the asthmatic attack induced by virus.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2020;41(4):498-501
Objective:
To explore the relationships between the characteristics of childhood sexual abuse and non-suicidal self-injury in nursing female college students.
Methods:
Two medical colleges and junior colleges were selected in Anhui province. A total of 2 549 female nursing students in grade 1 to 3 were asked to fill a questionnaire regarding sociodemographic information, childhood sexual abuse and non-suicidal self-injury.
Results:
The reported rate of non-suicidal self-injury among female nursing students in the past six months was 8.2%. Sexual abuse at any time during childhood (primary school or earlier, middle school and high school) increased the risk of non-suicidal self-injury among female nursing students (P<0.05). Exposure to sexual abuse in all three periods was associated with 5.04(95%CI=1.73-14.62) times odds ratio than that of those who not exposed to sexual abuse (P<0.01). Only contact sexual abuse and both contact and non-contact sexual abuse in childhood were correlated with nonsuicidal selfinjury among female nursing students [OR(95%CI)=2.21(1.48-3.29), 3.56(2.13-5.96)] (P<0.05). Two patterns of sexual abuse experiences were identified, including persistent sexual abuse (3.1%) and the other group is occasional sexual (96.9%). Persistent sexual abuse in childhood was correlated to higher risk of non-suicidal self-injury compared with occasional sexual abuse (OR=2.61,95%CI=1.35-5.05,P<0.01).
Conclusion
The occurrence periods, types and patterns of sexual abuse in childhood are closely related to non-suicidal self-injury in female nursing students.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 2024;40(11):2322-2329
Objective:Although Wu Hu Tang has the effect of treating cough variant asthma(CVA),its specific mechanism of action remains unclear. Methods:Predicted targets, autophagy genes, cough variant asthma genes and differentially expressed genes(DEGs)of CVA of Wu Hu Tang were obtained and mined from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systematic Pharmacology Data-base and Analysis Platform(TCMSP),Bioinformatics Analysis Tool for Molecular Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine(BAT-MAN-TCM)and TCM Integrated Pharmacology Research Platform v2.0(TCMIP),PubChem,Chemspider,Swiss Target Prediction,GEO,GeneCards and other databases. The intersection tool of line Venn diagram was used to obtain the key genes.Using Cyto-scape3.8.0 software build active ingredient-key network;Wu Hu Tang intervention CVA autophagy targets with autophagy genes corre-lation analysis;Use the STRING database,Cytohubba plug-in build protein interaction network and core gene screening.GO and KEGG enrichment analysis of key targets were performed using R Biomanager and ClusterProfiler package, and finally molecular dock-ing was performed. Results:A total of 42 active ingredients,536 potential action targets,7 236 autophagy-related genes,1 987 CVA genes and 460 DEGs of Wu Hu Tang Tang were collected and screened.Thirteen key targets were obtained after taking the intersec-tion,and 12 genes were found to be statistically significant by validated used wilcoxon non-parametric test. The results of the enrich-ment analysis showed that these target genes mainly functioned in cellular autophagy through the VEGF signaling pathway, and some amino acid metabolic pathways. Conclusion:Wu Hu Tang is capable of multi-component,multi-level and multi-target involvement in autophagy-related processes to achieve intervention in CVA,which promotes the development of the idea of combining Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of CVA and provides a new idea for the development of new clinical drugs.

Objective:To explore the application effect of four-track teaching mode (LBL: lecture-based learning; CBL: case-based learning; PBL: problem-based learning) in pediatric teaching of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.Methods:175 integrated traditional Chinese and Western medical students in seven-year program were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was taught by four-track teaching mode, while students in the control group. Were applied with traditional teaching method ("LBL+CBL").Results:Students in the experimental group highly rated the four-track teaching mode and were better than those in the control group in the following aspects: satisfaction with teaching methods, interest in learning, the ability of creative thinking, the thinking ability of clinical diagnosis and treatment, and memorization ( P<0.05). And students' mid-term, final and comprehensive scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with traditional teaching methods, the four-track teaching mode can improve the quality of pediatric teaching of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medical students, which should be further integrated and perfected in the teaching practice.

Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and prognosis of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients with positive TLS-ERG fusion gene. Methods:The clinical data of 9 AML patients with positive TLS-ERG fusion gene in the First Hospital of Jilin University from June 2013 to August 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and the relevant literature was reviewed. Results:Among 9 patients with positive TLS-ERG fusion gene, there were 5 males and 4 females, with a median age of 16 years old (6-40 years old). Five patients received chemotherapy alone, 3 patients received allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT), and 1 patient did not receive systematic treatment. Among 8 patients with systematic treatment, 1 patient had complete remission after the first induction chemotherapy and 5 patients had complete remission after induction therapy. The median overall survival time of 5 patients with chemotherapy alone was 1.5 months (1-11 months), of which 3 patients did not respond to the first course of treatment and died of infection, and 2 patients died after relapse. The median overall survival time of 3 patients with allo-HSCT was 16 months (13-17 months), of which 2 patients died after relapse and 1 patient had sustained molecular complete remission by the end of follow-up.Conclusions:AML with positive TLS-ERG fusion gene has low incidence rate and poor induction efficacy. Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation may partially improve the survival prognosis of patients, but it cannot overcome the adverse effect of positive TLS-ERG fusion gene on prognosis.
