Objective]The paper summarizes the clinical experience of Professor Lu Su for treating menopausal syndrome.[Methods] By learning from Professor Lu Su, sum up the knowledge of etiology and pathogenesis, treatment characteristics and analyze cases. [Results]Professor Lu Su thought that the main etiological and pathogenesis of menopausal syndrome was that deficiency of the kidney-yin and hyperactivity of heart and liver fire. The kidney water cannot aid heart, the occurrence of heart(including liver) fire too strong, the heart is not calm, leading to hot flashes sweating, upset insomnia and other symptoms of menopausal syndrome. Therefore, she made a total therapeutic principle of invigoration of the kidney and nourishment of Yin, purging heart fire and soothing the nerves. Besides, the article introduces prescribing characteristics of other lesions relating to menopausal syndrome, such as blood stasis, phlegm, yang deficiency and disharmony between spleen and stomach. In treatment, Lu Su is good at syndrome differentiation and treatment, prescribing refinedly and simply, combining medication with psychotherapy. [Conclusion]Therapies of Professor Lu Su on treating menopausal syndrome have significant effect.

Objective To study the visual attention of mild cognitive impairment patients (MCI)by eyes movement training. Meathods 48 mild cognitive impairment patients were divided into eye movement training group,finger training group and untreated control group by single-blind randomized block method. Then they were trained respectively three months. Event-related potentials (ERPs) were used to measure the face recognition of them before and after training. The amplitude and latency of P3b elicited by target stimuli and P3a elicited by new stimuli of the three said groups were compared and contrasted. Results After training,the amplitude of P1 elicted by novelty stimulus were larger in eye movement training group( (6.78 ± 1.55 ) μV) and in finger training group ( ( 5.43 ± 1.47 ) μV) than untreated control group ( ( 3.09 ± 0.98 ) μV) significantly, especially in the frontal area. The amplitude of P1 elicted by target stimulus were larger in eye movement training group( (6.75 ±2.01 ) μV)than in finger training group( (4.12 ± 1.33 )μV)and untreated control group( (3.45 ± 1.01 )μV)significantly, especially in the frontal area. The amplitude of P3a were larger in eye movement training group( ( 10. 19 ± 3.09)μV ) than in finger training group ( ( 7.57 ± 2.66 ) μV ) and untreated control group ( ( 6.06 ± 2.03 ) μV ) (P ＜ 0.05,P＜0.05) significantly,especially in the frontal area. The latency of P3a were earlier in eye movement training group( (390.67 ±55.03 ) ms) compared to finger training group( (428.55 ± 48.68 ) ms) and untreated control group( (435.89 ± 59.21 )ms)significantly, especially in the frontal region and central parietal area. Conclusion Eyes movement can improve the MCI patients' non-selective attention function, especially in frontal area.The finger execrises have no significant effect on visual attention.

Objective To evaluate the rationale of lowering the cutoff value of impaired fasting glucose(IFG)by studying the extent and severity of angiographic coronary artery disease(CAD)and the cardiovascular risk factors in subjects with different fasting plasma glucose(FPG)levels. Methods A total of 911 consecutive patients who had undergone coronary angiography were selected according to inclusion criteria. The subjects were studied in view of the extent and severity of angiographic CAD and the cardiovascular risk factors with different FPG levels. Results (1) Compared with the group of FPG<5.6mmol/L, the numbers of diseased vessels in the group with FPG 5.6-6.0mmol/L were significantly increased(P<0.05)after adjustment of age, sex and other influencing factors; the group with FPG 6.1-6.9mmol/L had both raised number of diseased vessels and the CAD Gensini cumulative index(P<0.01). (2) The prevalences of overweight, hypertension, hypertriglyceridemia, metabolic syndrome were progressively increasing with graded FPG levels. The prevalence of hypertriglyceridemia was significantly increased with FPG level at 5.0-5.6mmol/L(P<0.05),and the prevalences of metabolic syndrome and other components were significantly elevated with FPG level at 5.6-6.0mmol/L(P<0.05). Conclusion (1) The extent and severity of angiographic CAD were increased with increased FPG even in prediabetic period. The risk of angiographic CAD became increased significantly with FPG at 5.6-6.0mmol/L level. (2) The cardiovascular disease(CVD)risk was also increased with increasing FPG even in prediabetic period. The phenomenon of clustering of CVD risk factors was found at FPG 5.6mmol/L.

Objective To evaluate the effects of psychological nursing process on the quality of life and its related factors in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods Ninety maintenance hemodialysis patients from September 2013 to September 2014 were selected as research object,and they were divided into control group 45 cases and observation group 45 cases by random digits table method.The patients in control group received routine psychological intervention,while the patients in observation group received psychological intervention with nursing process.The two groups were evaluated and compared with Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire score (SF-36), Self-Efficacy for Managing Chronic Disease(SEMCD) and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS) before and after the intervention at 6th and 12th month.The score changes of each scale were analyzed by repeated-measures analysis of variance and multivariate analysis of variance.Results The number of patients that had completed the whole intervention process was 42 in control group and 44 in observation group.The SF-36 scores of two groups were all increased gradually with the extension of intervention time (time effect, all P＜0.01), but compared with control group, observation group had a trend towards better SF-36 score except for the dimension of physical functioning(interactive effect, all P＜0.01).In all dimensions of SF-36, the scores of physical role,general health,vitality and social function in observation group as a whole were higher than those in control group (group effect, all P＜0.05).Similarly, the SEMCD and PSSS scores of two groups were all increased gradually with the extension of intervention time (time effect, all P＜0.01), but the increasing trend of observation group was more obvious than control group (interactive effect, all P＜0.01).Conclusions The application of psychological nursing process can effectively improve the life quality of maintenance hemodialysis patients, and have a satisfied long-term effect,which may be related to the continuous improvement of psychological nursing process on the self-efficacy and perceived social support of the patients.

Objective To explore the visual attention of mild cognitive impairment patients.Methods Basic cognitive ability test and oddball task event-related potentials(ERPs) were used to measure the visual attention of 16 mild cognitive impairment subjects( MCI group)and 17 health older adults(control group).Results came from Basic cognitive ability test, data of ERPs beheavior and the amplitude and latency of P3a( related to nonvoluntary attention )and P3b (related to voluntary attention)of the two said groups were compared and contrasted.Result The resuits of meaningless figures recognition and two-word recogniton of MCI group were lower than NC group significantly ( P < 0.05 ).The correct rate of MCI group was were lower than control group significantly( P < 0.01 ).The reaction time of MCI group was were longer than control group significantly( P < 0.01 ).The amplitude of P3a was lower than the health control( P < 0.01 )significantly.The latency of P3b was significantly prolonged compared to the control (P < 0.01 ).The correct number of meaningless figures recognition of MCI group and control group were respectively corrected with the amplitude of P3a of the groups ( MCI group R = 0.83, P < 0.01 ; control group R = 0.86, P <0.01 ).Conclusions The mild cognitive impairment patients had deficit on non-selective attention function.The selectiv attention function of MCI group was slower compared to conntrols.

Objective To investigate the changes in the expression of GABAAα1, receptors in medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC) in a rat model of neuropathic pain. Methods Nine male Wistar rats weighing 200-210 g were randomly divided into 3 groups ( n = 3 each): control group (group C) , sham operation group (group S) and neuropathic pain group (group P). Neuropathic pain was induced by chronic constrictive injury. The right sciatic nerve was exposed and 4 loose ligatures were placed on the sciatic nerve at 1 mm intervals with 3-0 chromic catgut. In group S, the right sciatic nerve was exposed but not ligated. The thermal and mechanical pain threshold was measured at 1 d before and 1,4,7, 10 and 14 d after operation. The animals were then sacrificed and the mPFC was removed. The expression of GABAAα1, receptors in mPFC was determined by Western blot. Results Compared with C and S groups, thermal and mechanical pain threshold were significantly decreased and the expression of GABAAα1, receptors was up-regulated in group P ( P ＜ 0.01) . There was no significant difference was in the thermal and mechanical pain threshold and expression of GABAAα1 receptors between C and S groups (P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion Up-regulation of GABAAα1 receptor expression in mPFC may be involved in the development and maintenance of neuropathic pain in rats.

Objective To observe the all-cause and cardiocerebrovascular disease(CCVD)-related mortalities in the senile male population and the relationship of them with fasting plasma glucose (FPG) level.Methods A survey was performed among 1 572 male subjects aged 60-90.All the subjects were groups were calculated by Kaplan-Meier method and the log-rank test was used to compare the survival rates of the 4 groups.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the correlation factors of all-cause mortality and CCVD-related regression model analysis showed that age was related with the all-cause mortality.Among all these factors, age, body mass index, FPG and the history of CCVD had the relationships with the mortality of CCVD.Conclusion In the older male population, CCVD are considered as one of the main causes of death.With the increased levels of FPG, the all-cause mortality and CCVD mortality of senile male population are increased.

Objective To investigate pathological characteristics and differential diagnosis of desmoplastic melanocytic nevus.Methods Four cases of desmoplastic melanocytic nevus were analyzed based on the clinical manifestations and histological,immunohistochemical and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) features.Results Of the 4 cases,2 were male and 2 were female.Their age ranged from 19 to 30 years with the average age being 26.5 years.The skin lesions were located on the extremities in 3 cases,on the vulva in 1 case.Histologically,the lesions were bilaterally symmetrical intradermal nevus.Nevus cells appeared epithelioid and/or fusiform,some were clustered or scattered in the proliferative fibrous tissue.None of lymphocyte aggregation,necrosis or ulceration was observed.Immunohistochemical examination showed positive staining for S100 and Melan A in 3 cases,positive staining for P16 in 2 cases,Ki-67-1abeling index less than 5％ in all the 4 cases,and negative staining for factor XⅢ (FXⅢ) and CD34 in 2 cases.FISH assay showed no copy-number variations in gene loci 6p25 (RREB1),6q23 (MYB),6p11.1-q11.1 (Cep6) and 11q13 (CCND1) in desmoplastic nelanocytic nevus.Conclusion Desmoplastic melanocytic nevus is a kind of histologically unique,benign melanocytic nevus,and immunohistochemical staining for Ki-67,S-100,Melan A and FXmand FISH assay on melanoma can be helpful for the differential diagnosis between cutaneous fibrous histiocytoma and melanoma.

Objective To explore the long-term outcomes and complications of patients with hematological malignancies (HM) after haploidentical donor transplantation (HDT) or siblingidentical donor transplantation (SDT).Methods From June,2011 to July,2016,89 patients with HM receiving allo-HSCT were retrospectively analyzed,including 57 patients undergoing HDT and 32 cases undergoing SDT.Results The median time to achieve neutrophil engraftment was 2 days shorter after HDT than SDT,whereas that of platelet engraftment was 3 days longer after HDT than SDT.The cumulative incidence for 3 to 4 grade acute graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) was not obviously different between HDT and SDT (8.77％ versus 12.5％ respectively;x2 =0.313,P =0.576).The cumulative incidence for chronic GVHD was not significantly different between HDT and SDT (45.6％ versus 37.5％;~ =0.551,P =0.458).Cytomegalovirus (CMV) reactivity was significantly higher in patients after HDT (77.19％) than those after SDT (21.88％) (x2 =25.633,P＜0.001).The occurrence of hemorrhagic cystitis was also obviously higher in patients after HDT (26.32％)than those after SDT (3.85％) (x2 =5.340,P =0.021).The 1-,2-,and 3-year relapse-free survival rate of patients receiving HDT and SDT was 63.9％,55.4％,44.3％ and 71.2％,58.3％,51.8％,respectively (P =0.541).The 1-,2-,and 3-year overall survival rate of patients receiving HDT and SDT was 75.3％,65.3％,52.3％ and 76.9％,62.9％,62.9％,respectively (P =0.777).Conclusion Considering similar incidence of severe GVHD and long-term outcomes,haploidentical donors should be recommended as a potential alternative donor source when an identical donor is lacking for patients with HM.

Objective:To understand the research hotspots and development trends of oncology nurses at home and abroad from 2011 to 2020, so as to provide reference for related research.Methods:The articles related to oncology nurses at home and abroad from 2011 to 2020 were retrieved through China National Knowledge Infrastructure database, Web of Science database and PUBMED database, and the included literatures′ published journals, institutions and keywords were analyzed by using the online analysis of Statistical Analysis Toolkit for Informetrics3.2 and the software CiteSpace5.7.R1.Results:A total of 588 domestic and 738 foreign articles were included. Keywords analysis showed that domestic oncology nurse related research hotspots were occupational evaluation, hospice care, psychology and occupational protection. Oncology nurse at home and abroad research hotspots had both similarities and differences, different in fertility preservation, communication and so on.Conclusions:The domestic core journal forums of oncology nurse research are still too scattered, and there is a certain gap in the number of articles published between our country and other countries. China still needs to increase the research efforts in this field.
