1.Clinical effect of aluminum phosphate gel combined with omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer

Objective To study curative efficacy of aluminum phosphate gel combined with omeprazole in treatment of peptic ulcer and its effects on Gas, TGF-αlevels.Methods 80 patients of peptic ulcer who received therapy from April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital were selected as research objects.According to random number table, those patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, 49 patients in each group.the control group was treated with omeprazole, while the observation group was treated with aluminum phosphate gel combined on the basis of control group.Then Transforming growth factor, adverse reaction and curative effect were compared.Results After treatment, the serum levels of Gas and TGF-αin both groups were improved (P<0.05); Two weeks after treatment,the level of GAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), TGF-αlevel was higher than that in control group(P<0.05); The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05); The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Combined use of aluminum phosphate gel and omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer can effectively improve the patient-related serum markers, improve the quality of ulcer healing, significant efficacy, high safety and low incidence of adverse reactions.
2.Effects of dexmedetomidine continuous intravenous infusion on the hemodynamic response of ephedrine and the recovery process of patients undergoing neck surgery under general anesthesia

Objective To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine continuous intravenous infusion on the hemodynamic response of ephedrine and the recovery process of patients undergoing neck surgery under general anesthesia.Methods Select elective fitting line surgery under general anesthesia of 100 patients with cervical disease from January 2015 to December 2015 in the First People's Hospital of Yongkang,randomly divided into low dose group and high dose group, 50 cases in each group, before induction of anesthesia, patients received continuous intravenous pumping of dexmedetomidine 0.4μg/kg in low dose group or 0.8μg/kg in high dose group,after ten mins 0.4μg/kg prior to anesthesia induction,until the end of operation withdrawal;5 min after laryngeal mask insertion, ephedrine 0.1 mg/kg were intravenous administered in two groups.Observe the following indicators:the after entering the operation room ( T0 ) , anesthesia before induction ( T1 ) , after induction ( T2 ) , administration of ephedrine ( T3 ) , the maximum value time(TBP,THR) of heart rate and blood pressure in 10 minutes.Increased of HR,SBP,DBP,recovery related indicators.Results HR, SBP and DBP levels compared no significant difference of T0 with two groups,T1, T2 and T3,HR,SBP, DBP were lower than T0 with two groups(P<0.05),high dose group were lower than low dose group of HR, SBP, DBP(P <0.05);TBP and THR no significant difference of two groups,high dose group were higher than low dose group of Increased of HR,SBP,DBP(P<0.05);high dose group were lower than low dose group of after extubation cough score and sedation agitation score(P<0.05).Spontaneous breathing recovery time and extubation time, called the open time, orientation recovery time,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant.Conclusion 0.8μg/kg dexmedetomidine continuous intravenous injection of ephedrine in patients with neck pressor effect stronger than the 0.4μg/kg,0.8μg/kg compared with 0.4μg/kg can reduce the recovery period of cough and restlessness,different doses had no effect on recovery.
3.Application of cluster nursing intervention in prevention of central venous catheter-related infection in emergency department

Objective To study the application of cluster nursing intervention in the prevention of central venous catheter-related infection in emergency department and its effect on reducing the incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infection (CRBSI).Methods A total of 140 emergency department patients receiving PICC in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.All the patients were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 70 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the study group were given cluster nursing interventions based on routine care.The negative emotions before and after nursing care,CRBSI infection rate and infection time were observed and compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in negative emotions between the two groups before the implementation of nursing care (P > 0.05).After nursing,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than nursing before,and the study group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05).The control group had 8 (11.4%) patients infected with CRBSI,while the study group had 1 (1.4%).The infection rate of CRBSI in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05).The study group had longer catheter indwelling time and shorter ICU stay(P < 0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing intervention can effectively reduce negative emotions such as anxiety,depression,reduce central venous catheter infection,reduce the incidence of CRBSI,so it is worthy of application and promotion.

5.Influence of combined anesthesia of propofol and fentanyl or remifentanil on revival time and cognitive function of senile patients treated with gen-eral anesthesia

Objective To discuss influence of combined anesthesia of propofol and fentanyl or remifentanil on revival time and cognitive function of senile patients treated with general anesthesia. Methods A total of 72 cases of senile patients were selected and divided into observation group(n=36 cases)and control group(n=36 cases) by table of ran-dom number. The patients in observation group were given propofol and remifentanil, while the patients in control group were given combined anesthesia of propofol and fentanyl. The changes of revival time and cognitive function of patients in two groups after the anesthesia were observed and compared. Results The spontaneous breathing recovery time,eyes-open time,time of extubation and orientation recovery time of patients in observation group after the anes-thesia were all much shorter than those in control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). After comparing the MMSE scores of pa-tients in two groups before anesthesia, no statistical differences appeared (P>0.05). The MMSE scores at 6 and 12 hours after the anesthesia obviously declined than before(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the declining rate of patients in ob-servation group was much lower than that in observation group (P<0.05). The MMSE score at 24 hours after the anes-thesia came back to the same level as that before anesthesia(P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with combined anesthesia of propofol and fentanyl, the revival time, tracheal intubation time and postoperative recovery monitoring time of pa-tients,who are given the combined anesthesia of propofol and remifentanil,are all much shorter,and the influence on cognitive function after anesthesia is much smaller for senile patients.
6.Protective effects of total flavonoid from Mori folium on renalfibrosis in type 1 diabetic mice and specific mechanisms of these effects

Aim To observe the effect of total flavonoid from Mori folium(TFMF) on renal interstitial fibrosis in type 1 diabetic mice and its possible mechanism.Methods Diabetic mice were induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ) dissolved in 0.01 mol·L-1 citrate buffer(pH 4.5) at 150 mg·kg-1 body weight after 12 h of food deprivation.Forty model mice were divided randomly into four groups: model group, and low-(0.25 g·kg-1), moderate-(0.5 g·kg-1), high-dose groups(1 g·kg-1) fed with TFMF once daily.In addition, eight normal mice were used as normal group.After 12 weeks, the fasting blood glucose(FBG), serum creatinine(Cr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and microalbuminuria(mAlb) were measured.Masson staining, Sirius red staining and collagen type Ⅳ immunohistochemical staining were used to detect the expression of collagen protein in the cortex, while laminin staining to assess the degree of glomerular and renal tubular basement membrane thickening.The protein expressions related to epithelial-mesenchymal transition and PI3K/Akt/mTOR in the renal cortex of mice were detected by Western blot.Results The moderate and high dose of TFMF could significantly decrease the levels of FBG, Cr, BUN and mAlb in diabetic mice, meanwhile decreasing the expression of α-SMA protein by inhibiting the activation of PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway, which led to the amelioration of the pathological alterations of renal tissue.Conclusions The moderate and high dose of TFMF can reduce the level of renal interstitial fibrosis in type 1 diabetic mice, and its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of activation of PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway.
7.Clinical value of serum VILIP-1 and Hepc25 in predicting prognosis of patients with acute ischemic stroke after intravenous thrombolysis

Objective The clinical value of serum VILIP-1 and Hepc25 in predicting the prognosis of patients with Acute ischemic stroke(AIS)from intravenous thrombolysis was analyzed.Methods A total of 225 patients with acute ischemic stroke diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected.According to Rankin Scale(mRS)grouping study,97 patients with mRS≥3 were divided into poor prognosis group and 128 patients with mRS<3 were divided into good prognosis group.The serum levels of VILIP-1 and Hepc25 were compared and their prognostic value for intravenous thrombolysis.Results After logistic regres-sion analysis,age,admission blood glucose,LYM,NIHSS score,PLT,WBC,VILIP-1,and Hepc25 were all factors affecting the prognosis of AIS patients(P<0.05);VILIP-1 and Hepc25 levels increased in patients with moderate and severe defects compared with mild defects.VILIP-1 and Hepc25 levels were higher in patients with severe defects than those with moderate defects.Compared with the poor prognosis group,the VILIP-1 and Hepc25 levels in the good prognosis group were decreased,with statistical difference(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that single diagnosis of VILIP-1 and Hepc25 was lower than combined diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion The elevated levels of VILIP-1 and Hepc25 participate in the process of intravenous thrombolysis and affect the prognosis of patients,and can be used as clinical indicators for the prognosis of AIS patients.
8.Establishment of reference interval for detection indicators of thyroid function in children aged 0-15 years in Nanning area of China

Objective To establish the reference intervals for test indicators of thyroid function,namely thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),free thyroxine(FT4),and free triiodothyronine(FT3),in the children aged 0 to 15 years old in Nanning,China.Methods A total of 1 289 healthy children aged 0 to 15 years old who attended the Guangxi International Zhuang Medicine Hospital Affiliated with Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to August 2023 were selected.The concentrations in serum TSH,FT4,and FT3 were measured by chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay(CMIA).According to the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI)EP28-A3c guideline,the nonparametric percentile method was used to establish the reference intervals for TSH,FT4,and FT3 in the children aged 0 to 15 years old in Nanning area.Results The established reference intervals were as follows:TSH(male):0 to<1 month:0.88-7.81 μIU/mL,1 month to 15 years:0.59-5.06 μIU/mL;TSH(female):0 to<1 month:0.93-8.42μIU/mL,1 month to 15 years:0.60-4.30 μIU/mL.FT4(male):0 to<1 month:0.99-1.92 pg/mL,1 month to 15 years:0.86-1.33 pg/mL;FT4(female):0 to<1 month:1.05-2.06 pg/mL,1 month to 15 years:0.85-1.37 pg/mL;FT3:0 to<1 month:2.16-4.24 pmol/L,1 month to<11 years:2.75-4.49 pmol/L,11 to 15 years:2.45-4.34 pmol/L.Significant differences were observed among different gender and age groups for TSH,FT4,and FT3 levels(P<0.05).Conclusion This study successfully established the refer-ence intervals of TSH,FT4,and FT3 in the children aged 0 to 15 years old in Nanning area,which were significantly different among various gender and age groups.
9.Role and mechanism of RhoF-mediated Th17 polarization in development of acute pancreatitis

Objective To investigate the role and mechanism of Rho-related GTP-binding protein F(RhoF)-mediated Th17 polarization in the development of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods RhoF transgenic mice were randomly divided into control group(n = 10),SAP group(n = 10)and SAP+Y-27632 group(n = 10),and WT mice were randomly divided into control group(n = 10),SAP group(n = 10)and SAP+Y-27632 group(n = 10).SAP models were established in all groups except the control group.The SAP+Y-27632 group was infused with Y-27632 via tail vein after model establishment.T cells in mouse blood samples were isolated for RhoF,p-MYPT1 protein detection and ROCK activity determination,and the percentage of lymphoid CD4+T cells producing IL-17 was analyzed by flow cytometry.Results The expression of RhoF and p-MYPT1 was increased in T cells in the SAP group compared with that in the control group(P<0.01),and the level of RhoF was closely correlated with that of p-MYPT1(P = 0.018).The expression of RhoF protein level in T cells of mice in the RhoF group increased by approximately 30%compared to that in the WT group,and the level of spontaneous IL-17 production by CD4+ T cells was significantly increased(P = 0.003).Compared with WT mice,the histological score of pancreatic injury,the expression of RhoF and p-MYPT1 in T cells,the number of IL-17+ T cells and serum IL-17 level in RhoF transgenic mice were significantly increased(P<0.05).The histological score,RhoF and p-MYPT1 expression of T cells,IL-17+ T cell numbers and serum IL-17 level were significantly lower in the SAP+Y-27632 group than those in the SAP group(P<0.05).Conclusion RhoF/ROCK signaling pathway-mediated polarization of Th17 cells is involved in the pathogenesis of SAP.
10.The neuroprotective mechanism of RKIP signaling pathway expression on microglial polarization in cere-bral hemorrhage rat

Objective This study aimed to investigate the neuroprotective effect of microglia polarization mediated by Raf kinase inhibitor protein(RKIP)intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)model.Methods Forty-eight adult male Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided into three groups:the Sham+Vector group,the ICH+Vector group,and the ICH+RKIP group,with 16 rats in each group.The collagenase ICH model was established in ICH+Vector group and ICH+RKIP group.Before operation and 1,3,5,and 7 days after operation,8 animals in each group were tested for behavior.Apoptosis of neurons was detected by flow cytometry.Seven days after ICH,the expressions of RKIP,p-p65,and TRAF6 around hematoma were analyzed by protein blot.Results Compared with ICH+Vector group,rats in ICH+RKIP group need less time to find the platform,spend longer time in the target quadrant,and significantly reduce the times of crossing the platform(P<0.05).The number of Nissl corpuscles in ICH+RKIP group was significantly higher than that in ICH+Vector group(P<0.05).In addition,the number of neuronal apoptosis in ICH+RKIP group was significantly lower than that in ICH+Vector group(P<0.05).Compared with Sham group,rats receiving ICH showed a gradual decrease in RKIP expression,and reached the lowest value on the 7th day(P<0.05).Seven days after ICH,the expression of RKIP protein in hematoma of rats in ICH+RKIP group was significantly higher than that in ICH+Vector group(P<0.05),and the expression of p-p65 and TRAF6 protein was significantly lower than that in ICH+Vector group(P<0.05).Compared with ICH+Vector group,the number of iNOS+Ibal1+cells in ICH+RKIP group decreased significantly(P<0.05),while the number of Arg-1+Ibal1+cells increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Up-regulation of RKIP promotes functional recovery after ICH,and its mechanism involves inhibiting TRAF6/NF-κB signaling pathway.
