1.Three dimensional finite element stress analysis of the post-core crown restored posterior stump of teeth with different adhesives
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(09):-
Objective:To compare the effects on the size and distribution of stress of different adhesives on post-core crown restored posterior stump of teeth dentin, to discover reasonable post-crown adhesive material of posterior stump of teeth post-core crown,by three dimensional finite element analyses. Methods:Establish three dimensional finite element models of maxillary first molar post-core crown by CT scanning, Mimics and Abaqus software, which include post core, crown, tooth root, pericementum, alveolar bone and adhesive material. Divide above models into experimental and control group according to the relative adhesive material. Choose three load spots on the occlusal surface of this model, and exert 80N loading strength on each. Then calculate the peak value and distribution mode of Von mises stress,max-principle stress and shear stress. Results:In the different adhesive material experimental groups, the peak value of the stress on the dentin of the composite resin group was lower than those in zinc phosphate groups. Conclusion:On the condition of this experiment, different adhesives have different effects on the peak value and distribution of the stress on the post-core crown restored posterior stump of teeth dentin.
2.Research advances in herpesviruses glycoprotein N gene and its encoded protein.
Chinese Journal of Virology 2014;30(2):208-212
Glycoprotein N is encoded by glycoprotein N (gN) gene of herpesviruses. The amino acid composition and expression level of this protein vary among difference species of herpesviruses. According to present studies, gN protein is expressed in cytoplasm of host cells, mainly in endoplasmic reticulum. The gN forms a complex with glycoprotein M in host cells. The complex is involved in the processes of viral replication and inter-cellular infection. Moreover, this protein plays a role in immune evasion from host immune system. The study will provide a theoretical basis for further study of herpesvirus gN gene and its encoded protein.

3.Research progression of ?-SYN in Cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2006;0(11):-
?-Synuclein (?-SYN ) .previously identified as a breast cancer specific gene, has a wildly tumor expression profile mainly in advanced stage. As a special chaperone,?- SYN stimulates the proliferation and metastasis of tumor cells through interacting with estrogen receptor and (or) BubR1. Meanwhile, it is also detectable in the serum or urine from tumor patients, which indicates that?- SYN could be potential as a tumor marker for diagnosis and prognosis.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;29(8):767-767
The infratemporal fossa abscess is an irregularly shaped cavity, situated below and media to the zygomatic arch. It consists of masseter and nervus vascularis, etc. Comparatively speaking, the low position of the infratemporal fossa has almost freed the patient from dental, nasal, ocular and aural source of pain. So facial acupuncture is more likely to cause the infection. But it is also possible that the patient get cryptogenic infection of maxillofacial cavity, the treatment of which needs further study.

5.Cauda equina-conus medullaris syndrome as an isolated presenting symptom of intravascular large B-cell lymphoma: Case report and review of the literature
Neurology Asia 2014;19(2):219-225
Intravascular large B-cell lymphoma (IVLBCL) is a rare non-Hodgkin lymphoma with variable clinical manifestations. Although neurological symptoms are common in patients with IVLBCL, isolated cauda equina-conus medullaris syndrome is rarely reported. We herein report a case of IVLBCL whose initial presentation was cauda equina-conus medullaris syndrome with neither dermatological nor hematological manifestations. A 54-year-old man without known immune-compromised state presented with progressive ascending numbness and weakness of bilateral legs and urine incontinence for 2 months. Lumbar-sacral magnetic resonance images showed gadolinium-enhanced conus medullaris and cauda equina nerve roots. Cerebrospinal fluid analysis revealed lymphocyte predominant pleocytosis and elevated protein level without malignant cells. Focal seizure and mental status changes followed several weeks later. Brain biopsy led to the diagnosis of IVLBCL. Conclusions: IVLBCL should be included in the differential diagnosis of patients with isolated cauda equina-conus medullaris syndrome. A survey of previously published cases in the literature also showed that early initiation of chemotherapy has better outcome.

The current teaching material system of laboratory medical science is based on the idea of"superimposed single-subject"and causes severe conflict of teaching time restriction and a large quantity of teaching content. In order to enable students to access to more important knowledge and cultivate their creative thinking ability,it is essential to conduct reform on single-subject curriculum model and reconstruct the course system of the laboratory medical. In addition,it is of great importance to re-evaluate,optimize and reorganize the new laboratory medicine courses and make rational use of educational resources.

Expressed emotion was the describing term about the guardian of patients' emotiveness tendency to patients, which reflected attitude, tolerance degree and the coping way in crisis. It was a robust predictor of relapse of schizophrenia.Studies showed that the family intervention for the high expressed emotion guardian of patients could effectively reduce the disease relapse.By summarizing the expressed emotion's concept, assessment tools, influence factors, family interventions, the paper aimed to innovate perfect interventions and promote the patients recovery.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 2001;0(03):-
Objective To study the effeciency of endoscopic balloon dilat ation(EBD) for benign structures of colorectal anastomosis. Methods Fifteen cas es with benign stenosis of colorectal anastomosis(BCAS) were treated with endosc opic balloon dilatation,of which sigmoidectomy was performed in one case, and ant erior resection was performed in 14 case;stapler was used in 13 case, and hand su tura was used in 2 cases.Diameters and lengths of strictures were ranging from 0 .2~ 0.7 cm and 0.5~ 2.0 cm respectively. Results Strictures of all 15 patients were dilated successfully. There were no complications in this series.Follow- u p has been from 3~ 30 months without recurrence of symptoms. Conclusion EBD is safe, efficient and well tolerated, and should be considered as the first choice o f treatment of BCAS.
