ObjectiveTo prepare colloidal gold immunochromatographic test paper for rapid detection of Legionella pneumophila(LP)and test its performance to ensure that it meets the national clinical diagnostic standards.MethodsLP colloidal gold immunochromatographic test paper was prepared based on double antibody sandwich ELISA,and tested for the cross reactivity,anti-interference,sensitivity,hook effect,stability and other aspects.ResultsLP colloidal gold immunochromatography test paper showed no cross reaction with 22 common pathogens in respiratory tract such as Moraxella catarrhalis,and was not affected by internal and external interferences in respiratory tract;The minimum detection limit for LP was 2.00 × 105cfu/mL,with good sensitivity and no hook effect;Under the conditions of accelerated aging at 45 ℃,simulated high temperature transportation and frozen transportation,the repeatability and stability of test paper were not affected,and the stability was good in the same batch and between different batches.ConclusionThe prepared LP colloidal gold immunochromatographic test paper realized rapid detection of LP,which was simple to operate and had good application prospect and popularization value.

OBJECTIVE:To promote standardized management of PIVAS.METHODS:The experience of the management of PIVAS in our hospital was summarized to explore the suitable management model of PIVAS.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The efficiency and quality of PIVAS management is improved and the management of PIVAS is standardized by establishing operational procedure,management criteria,management group and evaluation standard.

Hepatitis B surface antibody (HBsAb)is formed in response to hepatitic B virus (HBV)infection,which is a typical character-istic of virus clearance.It is theoretically impossible to detect sequential expression of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg)and HBsAb in the same patient.In recent years,however,cases of coexistence of HBsAg and HBsAb have been frequently reported.Clinically,coexis-tence of HBsAg and HBsAb is commonly seen in patients with chronic hepatitis B and those injected with hepatitis B vaccine or given high-dose monoclonal anti-HBs.The mechanism of this special phenomenon remains unclear.The relevant research findings in China and the rest of the world are summarized.Analysis shows that coexistence of HBsAg and HBsAb may be related to HBV S gene mutation,decreased binding force of HBsAb,etc.

Glycoprotein N is encoded by glycoprotein N (gN) gene of herpesviruses. The amino acid composition and expression level of this protein vary among difference species of herpesviruses. According to present studies, gN protein is expressed in cytoplasm of host cells, mainly in endoplasmic reticulum. The gN forms a complex with glycoprotein M in host cells. The complex is involved in the processes of viral replication and inter-cellular infection. Moreover, this protein plays a role in immune evasion from host immune system. The study will provide a theoretical basis for further study of herpesvirus gN gene and its encoded protein.

Tibetan Medicine (TM) has become important source of feature industry in several main Tibetan regions with its unique cultural and natural resources. This article argued that the researches on TM basic theories are weak;ecological environment for TM is fragile;safety evaluation ability is relatively insufficient;standardization system for researches on TM is needed; reasonable talent team supporting the development of TM industry is required;The combination of production, learning and research is not close;innovation ability is low;guiding principles for the evaluation of new TM do not exist. All of these are main factors that restrict the development of TM industry. Therefore, the main measures for the promotion of TM are:improve research level of TM theories;strengthen the protection of TM resources;promote national standard construction of TM;improve collaborative innovation ability of TM;enhance talent team construction;formulate appropriate policies and create good marketing environment.

Objective:To study B cells proliferation and activation induced by tumor derived-autophagosomes ( TDA). Methods:Splenocytes of mice were incubated with 10μg/ml TDAs in vitro ( with the 10μg/ml whole cell lysate as the control).At the 3rd day,the expression of MHCⅠ,Ⅱand co-stimulate molecules including CD86,CD40 were detected by flow cytometry,and B cells proliferation was detected at the 5th day.B cells were selected from spleen of mice using anti-CD43 dynabeads,and incubated with 10μg/ml TDA in vitro ( with the same concentrated whole tumor cell lysate as the control).At the 7th day,IgM in the supernatant were tested by ELISA.Results:When compared with whole cell lysate stimulated B cells,TDA efficently stimulated B cells division in vitro ( TDA group:28.6%, Whole cell lysate group:4.4%) , and significantly up-regulated the expression of MHC class Ⅰ,Ⅱ and co-stimulatory molecules (CD86 and CD40) on B cells,and enhanced the levels of total IgM secretion in vitro.Conclusion:Tumor-derived autophagosomes ( TDA) ,as a vacuole antigen vector, could stimulate B cells proliferation, activation, and increased IgM secretion in vitro.

Objective To investigate the effect of binding pancreaticojejunostomy (BPJ) on the prevention of the pancreatic leakage after pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD). Methods The clinical data of 108 patients who underwent PD, including 26 cases of BPJ since 2001 and 82 cases of other type of pancreaticojejunostomy from 1993 to 2000,were retrospectively analyzed. Results The frequency of pancreatic leakage in this series was 13.9%. No pancreatic leakage occurred in BPJ group, whereas the frequency of pancreatic leakage in end-to-end invaginated pancreaticojejunostomy group and duct-to-mucosa pancreaticojejunostomy group was 24.6%(14/57) and 4.0%(1/25),respectively. The frequency of pancreatic leakage in BPJ group was significantly lower than that in end-to-end invaginated pancreaticojejunostomy group(P0.05). Conclusion BPJ may be effective in the prevention of the pancreatic leakage after PD.

Objective To explore application value of 16 detecter spiral CT angiography for dissecting aneurysm of aorta .Meth-ods Retrospectively analyzed 9 cases of patients with the dissection of superior mesenteric artery in admission from January 2010 to December 2012 ,the cases were diagnosized by 16 detecter spiral CT angiography for dissecting aneurysm of aorta .post-process-ing techniques such as maximum density projection ,multi-plane reorganization and curved surface reconstruction and volume were used analyzed and diagnosized .Results These pathological changes such as superior mesenteric artery sandwich of true ,false cavity and inner diaphragm ,broken mouth position ,sandwich cumulative range and whether merger thrombus ,branch vascular involve-ment could be displayed by 16 detector CT vascular imaging and post-processing technology .Conclusion 16 layer detector CT ima-ging and post-processing techniques of blood vessels could clearly show the mesenteric artery sandwich ,which might be play an im-portant role for timely and accurate diagnosis .

OBJECTIVE:To improve the management of dispensing room in PIVAS in order to provide reference for standardized disposition of drugs.METHODS:The condition of the management of dispensing room of PIVAS in our hospital was introduced in respect of staff management,material management,disposition management,environment and equipment management.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The quality and efficiency of disposition of intravenous drugs are improved through improving management of above four aspects to guarantee the medication safety of patients.

OBJECTIVE:To strengthen the clinical rational use of drug and to ensure safety of drug use.METHODS:The irrational medication orders of PIVAS in our hospital from Mar.to Aug.in 2009 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:Of total 859 339 medication orders,771 irrational medication orders accounted for 0.94‰,including excessive dosage,irrational compatibility and improper solvent selection,etc.CONCLUSIONS:Pharmacists can correct irrational medication order to improve rational use of drug by PIVAS.Moreover,PIVAS plays an important role in training clinical pharmacists.
