1.Discussion on the necessity of providing leadership course for health service management students
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2012;(12):1212-1214
Effective leadership is crucial for health organizations' performance and numerous western universities thus offer leadership courses or modules to their students. However, such education practice has not started in China. In order to optimize knowledge and skills of health service management practitioners,to content with requirements of health service organizations,to cope with dynamic organization environment,to implement health reform successfully and to realized sustainable development of health organizations,it is necessary to provide leadership course for students of health service management at Chinese universities.
2.Problems and countermeasures of teaching of interventional therapy in hepatobiliary surgery
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(33):71-72
Hepatobiliary surgical intervention technique is a treatment and diagnostic technology developed relatively rapid in recent years,it is responsible for diagnosis and treatment of important organs such as hepatobiliary pancreatic disease, and with characteristics of minimally invasive, video, safe, simple, quick recovery, less complications, patients easily accepted and so is widely used in clinical. With the popularization and rapid development of this technology, the demand for physician intervention greatly increased, setting off a wave of interventional study. Our hospital has carried out hepatic artery embolization imaging technology and chemotherapy, interventional radiology treatment of biliary tract, portal vein involvement of hepatobiliary surgical intervention since 1980s,the cumulative number of cases of hepatobiliary surgical intervention reached million and attracted many national hospitals to send officers to learn the technology. In the teaching process,we accumulated some valuable experience.
3.Tissue Culture of Thickstemen Gentian(Gentiana crassicaulis)and Plant Regeneration Through Somatic Embryogenesis
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(10):-
Callus of Gentiana crassicaulis was initiated from hypocotyl and cotyledon on MS medium supplemented with 2mg/L 2.4-D and 0.5 mg/L BA.Induction frequencies of callus were 100%.Somatic embryos were formed on MS medium containing 2mg/L BA,3mg/L ZT, 1mg/L NAA,3mg/L GA,three time MS organics and vitamins,6% sucrose and 500 mg/L LH and three time FeSO4 (Na2EDTA) .40% Callus produced somatic embryos. It developed into complete plants on hormon-free MS medium.
4.Method of information system risk analysis and its application
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2009;25(10):693-696
Based on computer and network technologies, the information system has grown into an important part for normal operation of hospitals, pushing up the importance of its risk analysis and defense. This article briefly described general methods and processes of risk analysis for information system, brought forward methods of risk classification and level-defense to identify and manage risks effectively, highlighted the importance of risk analysis,after-defense evaluating and tracking. This method is called into play to identify risks exposure of the information system of Beijing Red Cross Blood Center, contributing to a risk response table, developing a sustained improvement process for risk identification, control, appraisal and tracking, with defense carried out in specific system upgrading projects.
7.Research advances in herpesviruses glycoprotein N gene and its encoded protein.
Chinese Journal of Virology 2014;30(2):208-212
Glycoprotein N is encoded by glycoprotein N (gN) gene of herpesviruses. The amino acid composition and expression level of this protein vary among difference species of herpesviruses. According to present studies, gN protein is expressed in cytoplasm of host cells, mainly in endoplasmic reticulum. The gN forms a complex with glycoprotein M in host cells. The complex is involved in the processes of viral replication and inter-cellular infection. Moreover, this protein plays a role in immune evasion from host immune system. The study will provide a theoretical basis for further study of herpesvirus gN gene and its encoded protein.

8. Effect of RNA interfering Kvl. 3 channel expression on regulatory T lymphocytes in rats
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2019;35(7):945-949
To investigate the changes in activation and proliferation of Tregs after targeted RNA inter-ference of Kvl. 3 channel genes and in vitro administration of eplerenone (EPL). Methods After lenti-virus vector was transfected to regulatory T cells (Tregs) of rats, qPCR and whole-cell patch-clamp methods were used to detect gene knockout efficiency, and EOSA method was used to detect cytokine secretion IL-10 and TGF-p levels of Tregs group,Tregs + EPL group,RNAi-Tregs group, and RNAi-Tregs + EPL group. Results Lentivirus vector was successfully transfected into Tregs cells, and the mRNA level and current density of Kvl. 3 channel was 78% and 71.3% respectively; compared with Tregs group, extracellular and intracellular TGF-p levels in RNAi-Tregs group were significantly reduced (P < 0. 01), and extracellular and intracellular TGF-(3 levels in Tregs + EPL group were also reduced (P < 0. 05 ) ; compared with RNAi-Tregs group, extracellular and in-tracellular TGF-fJ levels in RNAi-Tregs + EPL group showed no change. However, IL-10 levels in Tregs group,Tregs + EPL group, RNAi-Tregs group, RNAi-Tregs + EPL group showed no significant change. Conclusions Kvl.3 channel mediates the activation and proliferation of Tregs cells, while EPL can reduce the activation and proliferation of Tregs cells by directly inhibiting Kvl.3 channel and reducing the secretion of TGF-fi levels, further indicating that EPL is a specific blocker of Kvl. 3 channel.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2017;26(5):458-461
ObjectiveTo explore the relationship of rejection sensitivity, social inhibition and negative affect in army recruits.Methods358 recruits were measured with rejection sensitivity questionnaire, type D personality scale, and positive affect and negative affect scale.Results(1)The score of intimates' rejection sensitivity was highest(9.33±3.88),peers' rejection sensitivity was in the middle(8.59±3.27),teachers' rejection sensitivity was lowest(6.79±2.90),with statistical significance(F(2,355)=53.76,P<0.01).(2)Rejection sensitivity had significantly positive correlation with social inhibition(r=0.346,P<0.01).Negative affect had significantly positive correlation with rejection sensitivity (r=0.233,P<0.01) and social inhibition(r=0.351,P<0.01).(3)Social inhibition partially mediated the relationships between rejection sensitivity and negative affect(the value of mediating effect was 45.7%).ConclusionRejection sensitivity has direct effects on negative affect and indirect effects through social inhibition.
