In recent years,modern library develops quickly,the reader urgently demands for information as well as innovative knowledge,this presses for library to put knowledge management and knowledge service in practice.This paper expounds the content and characteristic of knowledge management and knowledge service.Subsequently,some practical tactics about how to implement knowledge service and knowledge service of libraries are discussed.

Objective: To establish a RP HPLC method for determination of geniposide in Longdanxiegan Oral Liquid. Methods: A Nova Pak C 18 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol water(20:80). The detection wavelength was 240nm. Results: The linear range of geniposide was 0.569～1.707?g, r=0.9998. The average recovery was 98.67%, RSD=1.54% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is convenient, rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality control in production of Longdanxiegan Oral Liquid.

Objective To investigate the effect of intmopemtive intravenous penehyclidine hydrochloride on pulmonary function in patients undergoning thoracotomy.Methods Sixty ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients aged 30-64 yr scheduled for elective radical esophagectomy for cancer were randomly divided into 2 group(n=30 each):penehyclidinc hydrochloride group and control group.Penehychdine hydrochloride 0.01 mg/kg(in nolmal saline 2 ml)was injected iv 20 min after opening the thoracic cavity in penehyclidine hydrochloride group.The equal vohlme of normal saline was injected iv in control group.Anesthesia was induced with fentanyl 2μg/kg,propofol 0.4μG/ml and rocuronium 0.6 mg/kg.The patients were tracheal intubated and mechanically ventilated.Anesthesia was maintained with remlfentanyl 0.1μg·min-1,propofol 2.0-2.5 μg/ml and intermittent iv injecfion of rocuronium.The use of remifentanyl and pmpofol was stopped 5 min before operation.Dynamic lung compliance (Cd) and peak airway pressure were monitored and recorded immediately before penehychdine hydrechlofide administration (T0) and at 3 min(T1),5 min(T2),10 min(T3),30 min(T4),1 h(T5),2 h (T6)after penehyclidine hydrochloride administration.Results There was no significant difference in Cd and peak airway pressure among different time points in control group(P>0.05).Cd was significantly higher,while peak airway pressure lower at T1-6 than at T0 in penehychdine hydrochlofide group(P<0.05).Cd wag significantly higher,while peak airway pressure lower at T1-6 in penehyclidine hydrochloride group than in control group(P<0.05) .Conclusion Intraoperative intravenous penehyclidine hydrochloride can improve the pneumodynamics and is helpful for ventilation in patients undergoing thoracotomy.

Objective To establish the quality control standard for Anzhongtongbian capsules. Methods Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Cortex magnoliae officinalis in Anzhongtongbian capsules were identified by TLC method. The content of emodin was determined by HPLC. Results The Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Cortex magnoliae officinalis in Anzhongtongbian capsules could be identified by TLC. The linear range of emodin was 0.08～0.24 mg (r =0.9999). The average recovery was 98.86% and RSD=1.11% (n =5). Conclusion This text method is simple and dependable, the exclusive is strong, good in reappearance, and available for the quality control of the preparation.

Pancreaticoduodenectomy,which is also known as Whipple surgery,is a complex of high-risk surgery,while the majority of patients have postoperative complications.As a serious complication,pancreatic fistula has been prevented and treated by a variety of methods.Currently,the main methods include improved surgical methods,somatostatin analogues,the use of support tube and medical adhesive,and so on.However,prevention and treatment of pancreatic fistula remains to be controversial.Here,the author will review the research progress of pancreatic fistula.

Along with the degree of population ageing worse off continuously, the demand for medical service is growing. The current system of pension service and medical service are discrete and separate, and integrating pen-sion service with medical service is the best choice for China. However, there are some problems with the model for integrating pension service with medical service. These problems include the lack of funding, negative participation and imperfect methods of service delivery; high toll levels and single, rigid service contents; and bull management and policies hard to enforce. China should improve the service delivery model, identify service content according to the demand for service object, and improve the mechanism of government management.

Objective:To promote the development of private pension institutions and social welfare in China. Methods:33 private pension institutions and 165 elderly people are followed with questionnaire. Results:The number of institutions, beds and occupancy in Hefei has increased annually since 2001. 94% of pension institutions are in the mid-range level of 500~1000 yuan;27. 27% of pension institutions belong to self-constructed housing, 69. 7%rented housing, 3. 03% modificated housing. 21. 21% of pension institutions’ investments scale is more than 10 million yuan. Conclusion:Private pension institutions face some problems, such as structural imbalance in terms of supply and demand, shortage of funds, and lack of human resources. Suggestion:We should reasonably adjust the level and function of institutions, increase the support for funds, and cultivate professional teams.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of procedure for prolaps and hemofrhoids (PPH) in treatment of mixed hemorrhoids combined with non-functional obstructed defecation syndromes (ODS).Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with mixed hemorrhoids combined with non-functional ODS treated by PPH were retrospectively analysed.All these patients were followed up for 12 months,the treatment outcome was observed.Results Eleven cases were basic cured,apparently effective in 12 cases,and effective in 12 cases,invalid in 15 cases,the total effective rate was 70％ (35/50),inefficacy patients were mainly combined with rectocele.None patients had serious complications such as death,anastomotic infection and pelvic sepsis.Conclusion PPH convenient operation,small trauma,for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids combined with internal rectal prolapse is safe and effective,but the effective is poorer in treatment of mixed hemorrhoids combined with rectocele.

OBJECTIVE:To provide a new idea for enhancement of core competitiveness of pharmaceutical enterprises in China and supply advice for building virtual marketing network.METHODS:The concept and theory of virtual management and virtual marketing network were interpreted and analyzed according to the status quo of pharmaceutical enterprises in China.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:Virtual marketing network is a new idea for the development of pharmaceutical enterprises.Enterprises should establish a standard cooperative relation with the dealers in order to prevent risks and promote core competitiveness of enterprises.
