1.To observe the curative effect of Weifuchun combined Shenqifuzheng pills in the treatment of chronic atroph-ic gastritis

Objective To observe the curative effect of Weifuchun combined with Shenqifuzheng pills in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 85 cases patients were divided into the control group of 42 cases and the treatment group of 43 cases.The control group were treated with omeprazole enteric -coated capsules and colloidal bismmth pectin,while the treatment group were treated with Weifuchun and Shenqifuzheng pills.The course of treatment was two months.The patients were treated by endoscopy and pathological review after the treatment,then the datas were comparedwith that before treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 67.44%,which of the control group was 40.48%,the was statistically significant difference between the two groups (χ2 =6.22,P <0.05).The symptom scores of stomach tingling,stomach fullness,facial darkness,anorexia and melena in the two groups had statistically significant differences (t =6.14,P <0.05).Conclusion Weifuchun combined with Shenqi-fuzheng pills have good curative effect in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.It should be popularized in clinic.
2.Relationship Between Histone Modifications and Gastrointestinal Cancer

Objective To review the relationship between histone modifications and gastrointestinal cancer.Methods Literatures on histone modifications and the relationship between histone modifications and gastrointestinal cancer were collected and reviewed.Results Histone modifications played an important role in the establishment of gene silencing during tumorgenesis.DNA methylation and histone modifications might interact with each other and form a complex network to establish and maintain gene silencing.Restoring gene function silenced by epigenetic changes in cancer had the potential of 'normalizing' cancer cells,which was named epigenetic therapy.Epigenetic therapy was very promising in prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal cancer,but many unsolved issues remain which need to be addressed in future studies.Conclusion Histone modifications are associated with the pathogenesis of gastrointestinal cancer.Restoring gene function silenced by epigenetic changes may have a great role in the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal cancer.

4.Research progress of relationship between inflammation anti heart failure

Accumulating studies have proved that systemic inflammation is one of the important pathophysiologic mechanisms of heart failure. This article focuses on the sources of inflammation mediators and the causes of inflammation activation in heart failure including hemodynamic changes and oxidative stress, Toll-like receptors, microbial antigens and microorganisms, endotoxin hypothesis and neurohormonal activation. Furthermore, the effects of inflammation mediators such as cytokines and chemokines on heart failure are introduced. All lead to the conclusion that heart failure is a process with complex inflammation.
5.Color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of malignant mullerian mixed tumor

Objective To investigate the correlation of ultrasonographic characteristics and pathologic features for malignant mullerian mixed tumor(MMMT)and determine the diagnostic value of ultrasonography.Methods The uItrasonographic features of 10 MMMTs were analyzed retrospectively and the sonographic findings were compared with histological results and discussed the correlation.Results The morphologic features of US and histology were well associated.Large,solitary lesion,ill-defined irregular shape,honeycombed heterogenous echo-pattern,scattered cystic areas and increased irregular peripheral/internal color flow were typical US findings.Logistic regression analysis showed the type of tumor liquefaction to be the most significant independent predictor of vascularity.Conclusions Ultrasonography is helpful for the diagnosis of MMMT,the uhrasonographic characteristics of MMMT are well correlated to its pathologic features.
6.Anaesthesia of thiopental sodium on nitride oxide synthases activity and nitride oxide dynamic change of rat brain

AIM To investigate the effects of thiopental sodium on nitric oxide synthases (NOS) activity and nitride oxide (NO) in different rats cerebral synaptic membrane. METHODS Forty SD rats were divided randomly into five groups. The animals were injected introperitoneally (ip)thiopental sodium 30 mg?kg -1 or normal saline 10 ml?kg -1 (control group ) respectively. These rats were immediately decapitated before (induction group) and after (anaesthetic group) having disappeared righting reflex, and when righting reflex appeared again (recovery group), and completely conscious (awake group). In order to prepare synapsis, brain tissues were dissected on ice, then homogenized and centrifuged. NOS activity and NO was estimated by spectrophotometry. 7.Effects of VEGF/bFGF sustained release microspheres combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on survival of uhralong random pattern flaps in rats

Objective To explore the effects of VEGF/bFGF sustained release microspheres combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on survival rates of uhralong random pattern flaps in rats.Methods Modified McFarlane flap rat models were randomly divided into 4 groups,VEGF/bFGF microspheres + hyperbaric oxygen group,VEGF/bFGF microspheres group,hyperbaric oxygen group and control group.At the end of 7 days,survival rates of flaps were calculated (Survival rate =Survival area/total area × 100%).The tissue samples were taken from middle portion of flaps to detect the neovascularization.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the differential expression of VEGF.Results Seven days after the random pattern flap operation in rats,the survival rates of VEGF/bFGF microspheres combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy experimental group,VEGF/bFGF microspheres experimental group,hyperbaric oxygen therapy experimental group,and control group were (89.54 ± 3.23) %,(73.54 ± 4.57) %,(71.89 ± 2.26) %,(50.36 ± 2.37) % respectively.The neovascularization counts of each group in part Ⅱ were (35.14 ± 4.21)/mm2,(23.34 ± 2.53)/mm2,(25.22 ±2.73)/mm2 and (17.37 ± 5.73)/mm2 respectively.VEGF cumulative absorbance in VEGF/bFGF microspheres + hyperbaric oxygen group,VEGF/bFGF microspheres group,hyperbaric oxygen group and control group were 78.39 ± 9.12,52.42 ± 13.59,49.84 ± 12.93,29.24 ± 10.35 respectively.In each experimental result group,there were significant difference between the combination group and the other groups (F =189.956,P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between VEGF/bFGF microspheres experimental group and hyperbaric oxygen therapy experimental group.Conclusion VEGF/bFGF sustained release microspheres combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can promote flap neovascularization,increase the flap blood supply and then improve the survival of random pattern skin flaps.
8.Performance Verification of Chemiluminesent Micropaticle Immunoassay for the Four Blood Index

Objective To evaluate the analytical performance of ARCHITECT-i2000SR chemiluminescence analyzer in detec-tion of HBsAg,HIV-antibody,TP-antibody and HCV-antibody.Methods Validated the precision,carryover,ference interval of alpha-fetoprotein and linearity performance of ARCHITECT-i2000SR.The same specimens were tested by both CMIA and ELISA,and the results were compared and analyzed.Results The precision,carryover and ference interval of alpha-feto-protein of HBsAg,HIV-antibody,TP-antibody and HCV-antibody were within the range provided by the manufacturer for ARCHITECT-i2000SR.The theoretical and measured values of HBsAg were:Y = 1.102X - 6.678 6 (r = 0.995 5,P <0.05),the range of linearity 1.08~208.6.The sesult was very good for the four blood index by both methods.Conclusion The basic performances of ARCHITECT-i2000SR were consistent with the data provided by the manufacturer,so it canbe used to inspect the clinical samples and the sasults were credible.
9.Effects of Hedgehog on proliferation and apoptosis of breast cancer cells and its influence in Cx32 and Cx43 expressions

Objective:To study the effects of Hedgehog signal transduction pathway on the cell proliferation, apoptosis and connexin 32 (Cx32)and connexin 43 (Cx43)membranous distribution of breast cancer cells,and to explore its mechanism in the cell proliferation and metastasis of breast cancer.Methods:The breast cancer MCF-7 cells at logarithmic growth period were divided into cyclopamine groups and blank control groups. The MCF-7 in cyclopamine groups were treated with 5,10,20,30 and 40μmol·L-1 for 24,48 and 72 h;MTT assay was applied to detect the inhibitory rate of proliferation of MCF-7 cells. After the MCF-7 cells were treated with 0 (negative control group)and 25μmol·L-1 cyclopamine for 48 h,flow cytometry was employed to determine the apoptotic rate and to analyze membranous distribution of Cx32 and Cx43 in the MCF-7 cells.Results:Compared with blank control group,the inhibitory rates of proliferation in cyclopamine groups were increased (P<0.05), and the inhibitory effect of proliferation was increased with the increasing of cyclopamine doses and prolongation of treatment time.After treated with 25μmol·L-1 cyclopamine,the apoptotic rate of MCF-7 cells was higher than that in blank control group (P<0.05).The positive expression rates of Cx32 and Cx43 48 h after treatment were higher than those in negative control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Hedgehog signal transduction pathway can inhibit the apoptosis and mediate membranous distribution of Cx32 and Cx43 in breast cancer cells.
10.The biomechanical characteristics of the pharynx in patients with aspiration after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Objective To explore the biomechanical characteristics of the pharynx in patients with aspiration after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Methods Clinical data on NPC patients with dysphagia admitted between July 2011 and June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.Twenty-three patients were found who had received videofluoroscopic swallowing studies (VFSSs) and whose pharyngeal pressure and upper esophageal sphincter (UES) relaxing were tested using high-resolution solid-state manometry (HRM).The cases were divided into an aspiration group and a non-aspiration group according to the VFSS results.Differences in biomechanical parameters between the 2 groups when taking food of different viscosity were compared.Results Patients with aspiration had significantly higher UES residual pressure when taking thick liquids (20.1± 14.3 mmHg) and paste (18.0± 14.3 mmHg) than patients not aspirating (9.3±9.2 mmHg and 7.2±8.9 mmHg for thick liquid and paste respectively).But no significant difference in average pharyngeal pressure between the two groups was observed.Conclusion Aspiration after radiotherapy may be correlated with increased UES residual pressure.
