Objective: To study the pharmacological action and clinical curative effect of Linglongqingre microenema. Methods: The actions of relieving fever and calming hypnotism. anti convulsions of Linglongqingre Microenema on rabbit, mouse and rat were observed. Also children's fever illess was treated to judge preliminary curative effect. Results: Linglongqingre Microenema has obvious action of relieving fever, more effective than Chaihu injection, as same as Antipyrine (80mg/kg) on subcutaneous injection. It was used to treat children's feverillness on 38 cases, markedly effective rate 60.53%, total effective rate 86.84%. Among them body temperature of one third case fell over 1.5?C in two hours. Conclusion: Linglongqingre microenema is a new quick effective pharmaceutical preparation which is suitable for emergency treatment of traditional Chinese medicine

Objective:To investigate the current status and influencing factors of stroke patients. Methods:Using stratified sampling method, 458 stroke patients was investigated for the health behavior from October to December, 2015. Based on PROCEDE-PROCEED model, logistic regression analysis was conducted with the health behavior level of the subjects as the dependent variable, and the characteristic factors in the chi-square test as the independent variables to analyze the factors which influence the health behavior level of stroke patients from predisposing factors, enabling factors and reinforcing factors. Results:The health behavior score of stroke patients was (14.5±3.9), which was at medium level. The score of each dimension was nutrition (0.80±0.25), disease management (0.60±0.26), interpersonal relationship (0.57±0.33), and medication compliance (0.49±0.41). The multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the predisposition factors including age ( OR=2.03, 95% CI=1.08-3.80) and history of hypertension( OR=2.35, 95%=1.16-4.76), the enabling factors including the allocation of social resources ( OR=1.73, 95% CI=0.89-3.36), and the reinforcing factors including family support ( OR=2.03, 95% CI=0.99-4.17) were important factors which affect the health behavior of stroke patients. Conclusion:The health behavior level of stroke patients need to be improved. The relevant community resource allocation system continuously, and focus on the impact of family environment and particularly the elderly and patients with a history of hypertension should be attentioned when improving the health behavior of patients.

One hundred and thirty seven pafients diagnosed by coronary angiography were recruited in the study and divided into coronary heart disease group(CAD)and control group.Relationship between serum apolipoprotein M levels and the severity of stenosis of coronary arteries was analyzed. In covariate analysis, serum apolipoprotein M levels were significantly lower in CAD group than those in control group adjusted for sex, age, body mass index(BMI)(P<0.05).By stepwise muhiple regression, serum levels of apolipoprotein M were correlated positively with BMI(r=0.65,P<0.01),and correlated negatively with total cholesterol(TC)(r=-0.53,P<0.01)and low density lipoproteins(LDL-C)(r=-0.42,P<0.01).Serum levels of apolipoprotein M were correlated negatively with the score of coronary stenosis(r=-0.62,P<0.01).The results suggest that apolipoprotein M might be related to the development of coronary artery disease.

Objective To investigate the effect of the balloon Bionic midwifery on the delivery outcomes and to analyze the clinical value. Methods 1 683 parturients from June 2014 to May 2015 were selected. They were randomly divided into observation group (832 cases, applied balloon Bionic Midwifery) and control group 851 cases. We compared the labor, the postpartum hemorrhage, the outcomes of pregnancy and the rate of survival of neonates of the two groups. Results The first and second stage as well as the total stage of labors of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.01);Also,the rate of cesarean delivery and the hemorrhage together with the asphyxia of neonates were lower than the control group (P<0.01).However,the rate of vaginal delivery was higher than the control group (P <0.05).The differences between them had a great statistical significance. Conclusions The balloon bionic midwifery technology has an advantage in reducing the rate of cesarean delivery and the maternal pain of pregnant women as well as the maternal complications. It is an effective and safe midwifery technology. So it has a great value of spreading in clinical trials.
