Objective To investigate the timing and role of systemic retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy in patients with ovarian cancer. Methods From Jan. 1987 to Feb. 1994, 50 patients with ovarian cancer, who underwent retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy on second-look laparotomy (SLL), were retrospectively studied. Results The median age was 49 years. Overall survival at 3 and 5 years were 72% and 62%, respectively. Twenty of 50 (40%) women were found SLL(+),and the rates of positive SLL were related to International Federation of Gynecology Obstetrics (FIGO) stage, with 16% in stage ⅠandⅡ, 64% in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ (P

Objective To explore the current status of clinical ability in higher vocational college nursing students, and the necessity of action oriented practice examination model in higher vocational college nursing teaching. Methods From January to December 2015, a total of 30 higher health vocational colleges which set nursing major in 17 provinces (municipality directly under the Central Government) were investigated. Totally 409 nursing interns were investigated by self-designed Clinical Practice Questionnaire Survey for Higher Vocational College Nursing Students, and 83 nursing staff were interviewed on the need of the abilities in nursing students. One investigation unit in each province or city was contacted, who was responsible for the release, recycle and mail of the questionnaires. The differences in the status score and the demand score of nursing students were compared, and the correlation among various dimensions were analyzed. Results There were statistical significance in the differences of scores in professional ability, method ability, social ability and each dimension of nursing students' clinical abilities (P<0.01). The result of correlation analysis indicated that there was no correlation between method ability and professional ability (P>0.05), on the other side, all the other dimensions were positively correlated (P<0.01). Conclusions The clinical ability in higher vocational college nursing students are correlated with professional ability, method ability and social ability. Thus, action oriented practice examination model formed according to that result have relatively feasibility.

Objective:To analyze the research hotspots of shared decision making in the field of nursing abroad in recent 10 years, and explore the current status and trends in this field. Methods:The subject terms of related literature from 2010 to 2019 included in Web of Science were taken as the research object. Bicomb and gCLUTO were used to perform word frequency analysis and graph clustering analysis, and the clustering results of the visualized hill map were interpreted by combining professional knowledge. Results:Finally, a total of 734 articles were included and published in 297 journals. A total of 30 high-frequency subject words were extracted, accounting for 39.69% of the total frequency. Through co-word cluster analysis, it was found that the research hotspots included five aspects, namely hospice in nursing homes, pediatric ethics, tumor decision making assistance, chronic disease management, and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) collaboration. Conclusions:The research hotspots of shared decision making in the field of nursing abroad in the past 10 years show different characteristics of multi-population, multi-disease, and multi-level. This helps to understand the current research status and development trend of this field, and provides a reference for the development of nursing shared decision making research in my country.

This paper reviews the application status of wearable devices in the fall of the elderly, including sensing fall situations, predicting fall risk, identifying fall behavior, and real-time positioning technology. This paper also puts forward suggestions for the development of wearable devices for fall management in the elderly, so as to provide a reference for the development of smart aged care applications.

Objective:To study the urinary iodine levels of children in Jiangxi Province and provide a basis for prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders and scientific iodine supplementation. Methods:From March to July in 2022, a systematic sampling method was used in 99 counties (cities, districts, abbreviated as counties) in Jiangxi Province. One township (street) was selected from each county in five directions: east, west, south, north and middle. One primary school was selected from each township (street), and 40 non boarding children aged 8 - 10 (half male and half female) were selected from each primary school. One random urine sample was collected to test urinary iodine, and the distribution of urinary iodine in different regions, genders, and ages were compared. Results:A total of 19 842 urine samples were collected from children, with a median urinary iodine level of 181.90 μg/L. The median urinary iodine levels of children in different cities ( H = 1 014.05, P < 0.001), genders ( Z = 6.44, P < 0.001) and ages groups ( H = 29.82, P < 0.001) were compared, and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion:The urinary iodine level of children in Jiangxi Province is at an appropriate level, but the distribution of urinary iodine is uneven among different regions, genders, and ages, indicating that scientific and precise iodine supplementation is necessary for the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders.

Objective: : To observe the short-term efficacy and toxicity of apatinib monotherapy as well as docetaxel plus cisplatin in advanced gastric cancer. Method: : According to inclusion and exclusion criteria, 108 patients with advanced gastric cancer in the 105th Hospital of PLA were selected. According to random table grouping method, there were 54 cases in group A and 54 cases in group B. Patients in group A received continuous oral administration of apatinib alone, while group B received docetaxel plus cisplatin chemotherapy, with 3 weeks as a cycle and 4 cycles for a course. The efficacy and side effects were evaluated 3 months later. Results: : In groupA, there were 4 cases of CR, 25 cases of PR, 18 cases of SD and 7 cases of PD; the ORR was 53.7% and DCR was 87%. In group B, there were 2 cases of CR, 19 cases of PR, 21 cases of SD and 12 cases of PD; the ORR was 38.9% and DCR was 77.8%. The ORR and DCR in group A were significantly better than those in group B (P<0.05). The main adverse reactions were gastrointestinal reaction, myelosuppression, hypertension and hand-foot syndrome, all of which were grade 1 to 2; The incidence of bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reaction in group A was lower than that in group B (P<0.05), while the incidence of hand-foot syndrome and hypertension in group B was lower than that in group A (P<0.01). Conclusion: :The short-term efficacy of targeted therapy of apatinib alone was better than that of docetaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy, and the toxicity and side effects of both regimens were controllable;Apatinib can be used as the primary regimen for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.
