Modern Clinical Nursing 2014;(5):74-76,77
Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing combined with KAP model on health education to the parturients from suburbs. Methods According to problems in 200 pregnant women from suburban areas, health education was performed to them using evidence-based nursing and KAP model. The rate of access to knowledge, confidence about laboring, spontaneous participation in action to promote delivery, natural birth rate, episiotomy rate, breastfeeding rate and rate for satisfaction with midwives were compared between pre-and post-health education. Results After intervention, their access to knowledge, confidence about laboring, spontaneous participation in action to promote delivery were obviously improved than those before intervention(P<0.05). The rate of natural birth, cesarean delivery, forceps delivery and satisfaction with midwives were 66.0 %, 30.0 %, 1.0% and 94.4 %, respectively. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing and KAP model is effective in the health education to pregnant women from suburbs.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2010;25(8):645-648
Objective To analyze clinical manifestations, histology, immunohistochemistry (IHC), surgical treatment and prognosis of colorectal stromal tumours. Methods The clinical and pathological data of 30 cases of colorectal stromal tumors were analyzed retrospectively. According to Fletcher proposed approach for defining risk group in GIST, these cases were grouped into VLR, LR, IR and HR.Cox multiple regression multiple factor analysis method was used to evaluate impact factors for prognosis. Results Radical resection was achieved in all 30 cases. Tumors located in the colon in 4 ( 13% ) cases, in the rectum in 20 (67%) cases, and within the anal canal in 6 (20%) cases. C-kit expression was positive in 86. 7% cases as determined by IHC. Postoperatively, 29 cases were followed-up from 4 to 130 mos. The Fletcher proposed approach for defining risk group in GIST was closely related to the survival rates ( B =4. 226,P =0. 02). The 3- and 5-year survival rate was 73% and 53% respectively. Conclusions Surgical resection and molecular target treatment is the treatment of choice for colorectal stromal tumors. The Fletcher's classification of malignancy risk group for colorectal stromal tumors is statistically related to the modus operandi and patients' survival rate.

Chinese Journal of Neurology 2021;54(4):424-428
Dipeptidyl-peptidase-like protein 6 (DPPX) antibody-associated encephalitis, mediated by DPPX antibodies in serum and/or cerebrospinal fluid, is a novel autoimmune encephalitis. It presents with multifocal and diverse neurological disorders characterized by the triad of prodromal weight loss and/or gastrointestinal symptoms (diarrhea predominately), cognitive-mental dysfunction, and central nervous system hyperexcitability. Brain magnetic resonance imaging shows non-specific abnormalities. Immunotherapy can result in clinical improvements, but the disease is prone to relapse.

Objective To study the effects of collaborative care model on the negative mood and the quality of life of lung cancer patients. Methods Sixty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each. The control group only received usual care, the observation group Was treated with collaborative care, encouraging patients and their families to participate in health care.Using SDS、SAS、activities of daily living(ADL)scale and St.George's Respiratory Question-naire(SGRQ)to evaluate the effects ofthe patients in both groups on admission and one months after the discharge. Results One months after the discharge, the scores of anxiety and depression among the observation group were lower than those of the control group;ADL grade and quality of life score in the observation group compared with the control group were significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Application of collaborative care management can improve the state of anxiety and depression, reduce hospitalization time and medical costs as well as improve quality of life.

Journal of Kunming Medical University 2014;(1):155-157
Objective Through comparing the traditional teaching rounds model with innovation model, explore appropriate teaching rounds model for Radiotherapy. Methods From September 2009 to June 2010, 82 students of Kunming Medical University were randomly divided into two groups, 41 students in test group with innovation teaching rounds model, and 41 students in control group with traditional model. The results of the two groups were compared. Results The differences of survey and test scores were statistically significant ( <0.01) between the test and control groups. Conclusion Test group could effectively improve the clinical thinking, practice operating capacity and teaching quality, mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm for learning. The teaching rounds model needs further exploration, improvement and evaluation.

Objective To explore the optimal method of treatment for radiation proctitis by keeping coloclysis with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), including administation temperature, infusion time, dosage and catheter depth. Methods The orthogonal experimental design was adopted. Sixty-three patients with radiation proctitis were randomly divided into 9 groups, and they were under enema for 6 weeks according to different test conditions. TCM syndrome score, radiation injury effect and Karnofsky scores were set as evaluation indexes. An orthogonal design and analysis of variance were conducted for optimization. The best technical schemes for traditional Chinese herb in treating radiation proctitis were obtained. Results The obtained optimum methods are:drug temperature of (39±0.5)℃, infusion time of 30 minutes, dosage of 100 mL, catheter depth of 20 cm. Conclusion The optimal scheme of enema for the treatment of radiation proctitis is reasonable and feasible.

Objective To explore the value of 64-slice CT coronary artery angiography in detecting anomalous origin of left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery (ALCAPA) in infants. Methods Ten children aged from 5 months to 2 years and weighed from 5.5 to 10.0 kilograms with surgical confirmed ALCAPA were underwent contrast-enhanced retrospective ECG-gated 64-slice CT, and the data were retrospectively analyezd. Scanning were performed with 80 kV tube voltage, 150 mA tube current, 0.35 s rotation time, 0.625 mm slice thickness and 0.2 pitch. Results The heart rate ranged from 110 to 150 beats per minute. All images were good enough for diagnosis. The radiation dose was 1.11-1.62 mSv. The left coronary arteries were found to originate from the posterior-right sinuse in 4 patients, from posterior-left sinuse in 4 parients, from posterior-right wall and inferior wall above the pulmonary sinuses in 1 patient, respectively. Conclusion The 64-slice CT coronary artery angiography can reveal the location of the ectopic ostium and the course of left coronary artery in ALCAPA infants with low radiation dose.
