1.Examination and analysis of spectrum ECG and ECG 、vectorcardiogram in patients with coronary heart discase

Objective: To explore the significance of examination of spectrum ECG in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: Spectrum ECG and ECG、 vectorcardiogram examination were meanwhile executed in 254 patients with coronary heart disease. Results: Diagnose coincidence rate of CHD was 66.9% by spectrum ECG and ECG、 vectorcardiogram examination. Conclusion: Spectrum ECG is a new detect method for electrocardiogram information.
2.Effect of Yinaotongluo Capsule on diffuse weighting image and energy metabolism of ischemia-reperfused rats

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Yinaotongluo Capsule on diffuse weighting image and enenery metabolism of ischemia-reperfuing rat.MethodsMagnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI) and 1H and magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS) were performed in different brain regions in focal cerebral ischemic-reperfusion injury model rats. ResultsYinaotongluo Capsule could significantly reduce the area and the intensity of infarction of rats by DWI 3 h and 5 d after treatment compared with the model group.The result of 1H MRS examination demonstrated Lac peak was lower and NAA peak higher than that of the model group. ConclusionYinaotongluo Capsule can effectually improve enenery metabolism during cerebral ischemia and reperfuing, so that to reduce the neuronal dysfunction and death in infarcts at the late stage.
3.Effect of Naoshuning on MMP-2/9 protein expression in traumatic brain injury rats

Objective:To explore the effect of Naoshuning on the protein expression of Matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs) in experimental injuried brain tissue of rats. Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the changes of protein expression of MMPs. Brain tissue water content,permeability and ultramicrostructure of blood-brain barrier(BBB) were also observed. Results:Compared with the sham group,the brain tissue water and EB content of injured side and the level of MMP-2 and MMP-9 protein expression in brain tissue around contusion in model group increased obviously(all P
