Objective To investigate the HBV- positive pregnant women about the knowledge of the route of hepatitis B transmission, hepatitis B hazards, health care during pregnancy, announcements of child- care to explore targeted and effective health education model with self- designed question-naires. Methods Nurses in obstetrics department carried out this questionnaire investigation in the outpa-tients of HBV- positive pregnant women, after that the results underwent statistic analysis. Results The overall knowledge of HBV- positive pregnant women in announcements of child- care, health care during pregnancy and hepatitis B hazards was not very well, and the announcements of child- care was the lowest, followed by health care during pregnancy and hepatitis B hazards. The route of hepatitis B transmission was better, but still not satisfactory. The education should highlight these areas. Well- educated women were better than those who lack education. The age between 20 to 30 years old was better. Conclusions The HBV-positive pregnant women is lack of heath knowledge, so we should gave health intervention in a multi- level, multi- stage standardized and a variety of ways.

Objective:
To explore the effect of social support and rumination on posttraumatic growth of patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).
Methods:
A total of 1 152 patients with HIV from Shanghai Public Clinical Center were investigated using General questionnaire, Perceived Social Support Scale, Event Related Rumination Inventory and Posttraumatic Growth Inventory by cross-sectional survey method from January 2018 to October 2018. The path of social support and rumination on post-traumatic growth was established by correlation analysis and structural equation model.
Results:
The total score of posttraumatic growth in patients with HIV was (47.93±23.55) points, which was at the low-middle level. Correlation analysis showed that posttraumatic growth was positively correlated with comprehension of social support (

Objective To develop the clinical practice guidelines for the management of medication adherence to highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) in China. Methods The development methods included qualitative interview of 31 stakeholders, questionnaire survey of 423 PLHIV, adaptation of 30 clinical practice guidelines related to AIDS care, and overviews of reviews of 44 systematic reviews/Meta-analysis. Results 10 clinical practice guidelines and 10 systematic reviews/Meta-analysis were included. The clinical practice guidelines for the management of HAART were formed. Conclusions The formed clinical practice guidelines showed better applicability and higher general quality. It is recommended to use the guidelines in AIDS care.

OBJECTIVETo study the effect of chromomycin A(2) in inducing apoptosis of HepG2 cells and explore the molecular mechanism.
METHODSHepG2, MCF-7, A549, and 7901 cells were exposed to chromomycin A(2) and the changes in the cell viability were detected using MTT assay. The changes in the chromatins were observed with laser scanning confocal microscope after incubation of the cells with chromomycin A(2) (60 nmol/L) for 24 h. The changes in cell morphology were examined with a phase-contrast microscope, and the apoptotic cell populations, fluorescent intensity of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and mitochondrial membrane potential were determined using flow cytometry.
RESULTSChromomycin A(2) significantly inhibited the proliferation of the cells in a time- and dose-dependent manner, and caused changes in the cell morphology and cell apoptosis. Exposure of the cells to chromomycin A(2) resulted in chromatin condensation, ROS generation, and reduction of the mitochondrial membrane potential.
CONCLUSIONIncreased ROS and mitochondria damage may importantly contribute to chromomycin A(2)-induced apoptosis in HepG2 cells.

Objective? To explore peer supporters experience for people with acquired immunodeficiency syndromes(AIDS). Methods? By purposive sampling, 6 peer supporters with AIDS who enrolled in the peer support program of Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center from May of 2017 to January of 2018 were selected as the interviewees in this study. Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted and the Claizzi seven-steps method was used to analyze the data. Results? Three themes about the AIDS peer supporter experience could be concluded: peer support has its own advantages, peer support has mutual benefits, peer support could bring about negative effects. Conclusions? Strengthen the positive role of peer support, reduce the possible negative impact, and standardize peer training to ensure the quality and effectiveness of peer support.

Objective To explore the construction and practical effects of a multidisciplinary collaborative nursing management model of"organization-training-emergency response-integration-quality control"for pan-vascular disease patients in integrated wards. Methods On the basis of literature research and expert meetings,a multidisciplinary collaborative nursing management model for patients with pan-vascular disease in intergrated wards has been formed. It includes the implementation of accurate dynamic and intelligent overall allocation of beds in the hospital, the formulation of multidisciplinary training programs, the establishment of an emergency and critical case treatment guarantee mechanism, the construction of a standardized path for the joint management of multidisciplinary nursing teams, and the establishment of an intelligent and homogeneous nursing quality control chain. From July 2022 to December 2023,the program was implemented in the cardio-cerebrovascular ward of a tertiary A hospital in Zhejiang province, and indicators such as the average length of stay, cure and improvement rate, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation success rate were collected, and the satisfaction of patients with pan-vascular disease was investigated. Results During the application of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing management model for patients with pan-vascular disease,5416 patients were admitted, with an average length of stay of 6.11±0.73 days,a cure and improvement rate of 98.06%(5 311/5 416),a cardiopulmonary resuscitation success rate of 94.12%,and no adverse events. The overall satisfaction score of patients improved from 92.74±1.68 points in the 4th quarter of 2022 to 98.21±0.55 points in the 4th quarter of 2023(P<0.001).Conclusion The construction of the multidisciplinary collaborative nursing management model in the integrated pan-vascular ward has explored a new path for the hospital to cultivate cross-professional nursing personnel, promoted effective resource integration, and optimized the health management path, effectively improved the utilization rate of existing resources in the hospital and patients'medical experience.
