The etiology and pathogenesis of intracranial aneurysm (IA) remains unclear.In recent years,with the deepening of the studies,the hemodynamic factor and its caused vascular wall changes in the roles of occurrence,development and rupture process of IA are receiving increasing attention.

Objective To investigate the value of combination detection of CA15-3,CEA,COX-2 on early diagnosis of breast carcinoma.Methods 68 breast cancer patients,61 benign breast disease patients and 68 healthies were selected.Serum levels of COX-2 were detected by ELISA technique,CA15-3 and CEA levels were detected by electroche-miluminescence technique.Results Serum levels of CA15-3,CEA,COX-2 in breast carcinoma group were (34.67±13.20) U/ml,(7.38±3.87) ng/ml,(43.25±10.87) ng/ml.Their levels were higher than those in benign breast disease group and healthy group,the differences were significant (P ＜ 0.01).In combination detection,the sensitivity was 84.9 ％,and accuracy was 91.2 ％,which were higher than single tumor marker used in breast cancer diagnosis.Conclusion The combined detection of CA15-3,CEA,COX-2 could increase the diagnosis rate of breast carcinoma.

Vascular endothelial cadherin (VE-cadherin) is a transmembrane adhesion protein of specific expression on vascular endothelial cell surface. It mediates the adhesion between adjacent endothelial cells. It plays important roles in maintaining vascular integrity, regulating permeability between endothelial cells, leukocyte extravasation, and intracellular signal transduction. In addition to its adhesion properties, VE-cadherin also participants in regulating various intracellular processes, such as cell proliferation, apoptosis as well as modulating the function of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor. Consequently, VE-cadherin is essential for angiogenesis and postnatal neovascularization during embryogenesis. It plays important roles by participating in angiogenesis in the processes of atherosclerosis of various aspects.

Intracranial aneurysm is one of the common diseases in neurosurgery. The mortality and disability are higher after its rupture. Creating a good aneurysm model is the basis in the study of the etiology and pathophysiological mechanisms of intracranial aneurysm. Rabbits have been widely used as aneurysm models by the domestic and foreign researchers. This article mainly presents the methods of how to create aneurysm models in the necks of rabbits and their application prospects.

Objective To estimate abortion ways and announcements of early-staged gestation termination in lactation scarred uterus. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical date of 312 early-staged gestation termination cases in lactation scarred uterus. These cases were divided into three groups based on abortion ways: induced abortion group (group A,92 cases), drugs abortion group (group B,98 cases), misoprostol combined uterine aspiration group (group C,122 cases). The abortive efficiency,operation time, operative bleeding, colporrhagia time, postoperative infection and drug adverse reaction were observed and compared. Results Complete abortion rates in group A (97.8%,90/92) and group C(99.2%,121/122) were significantly higher than that in group B (77.6% ,76/98),colporrhagia times in group A [(5.9 ± 1.1) d] and group C [(5.6 ± 1.2) d] were significantly lower than that in group B [(12.4 ± 1.8) d],postoperative infection and drug adverse reaction rate were lower in group A and group C, with significant difference compared to group B (P ＜ 0.05). The operation time was shorter, bleeding was less,third-grade pain rate was lower in group C, there was significant difference between group A and group C (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Misoprostol combined uterine aspiration terminated early-staged gestation in lactation scarred uterus is effective and safe, makes the operation easy and simple, decreases the blood loss. The influence to mother and infant is smaller, it is the best abortion style.

Intracranial aneurysm is a complicated disease caused by multifactors. Its mechanisms of the formation and rupture remain unclear. Cytokines are the general designation of the protein with bioactive small molecules secreted by the activated cells. They transmit information between the cells and regulate the physiological and pathological processes of cells.Several cytokines are involved in intracranial aneurysm formation and rapture. This article emphatically elaborates the roles of cytokines in the formation of intracranial aneurysms.

Src family kinases (SFKs) are the largest non-receptor tyrosine kinase family and play key roles in the regulation of cell morphology,proliferation,growth,adhesion,and motility.The activation of src kinases couples with many signals input on cell surface,including growth factor,cytokine,immune cell receptor,G protein-coupled receptor,integrin,and other cell adhesion molecules.In addition,as an important molecular switch connecting many extracellular and intracellular important signaling pathways,src kinases also play an important role in the occurrence of cerebrovascular diseases.

Objective:To explore the status and characteristic of psychology for primipara and gravida with second child so as to improve psychological status of them and take them keep positive mentality in whole gestation.Methods: 176 gravidas randomly were selected in this study, and a self-designed questionnaire of psychology was applied to evaluate and compare the psychological status and self-care capacity between primipara and gravida with second child by using method of questionnaire survey. The primipara and gravida with second child were implemented hierarchical management depended on their differently psychological problem, and personalized intervening measurement was adopted to enhance their self-care capacity.Results: The psychological enduring capacity, self-care capacity and the ability of deal with problem about interpersonal relationship of gravidas with second child were obviously better than that of primiparas, while the neglect degree for antenatal care of them was higher than that of primiparas.Conclusion: The whole society should pay attention to the process for gestation of pregnant woman, and give them higher social support so as to promote the maternal and child health and effectively decrease the occurrence rate of delivery risk.

Objective To study the ultrastructure of ovary lymphatic stomata in human and compared with the animals′. Methods The morphology of human ovary surface was examined using scanning electron microscopy and the lymphatic stomatas were counted by the ELESCOPE computer image processing system. Results The human ovary epithelium was composed of cuboidal and flat cells. There were lymphatic stomatas not only among the cuboidal cells, but also among the cuboidal and flat cells. The stomata were usually circular in shape and about 1 80?0 82??m in diameter, 6 27?2 65??m in circle. Lymphatic stomata in external surface of ovary mucinous tumor was also found. Conclusion There are ovary lymphatic stomatas in human. These stomatas connect lymphatic vessels in ovary with the peritoneal cavity. They also present morphological basis for early\|metastasis of ovary tumor. [

Objective To investigate the expressions of human papillomavirus (HPV) 16E6 and E-cadherin in different cervical tissues.Methods Immunohistochemistry expressions of HPV16E6 and E-cadherin were analyzed in 30 normal cervical tissues,34 cervical intraepithelial neoplasias (CIN),and 60 squamous cervical cell carcinomas.Results The differences in positive expression rates of HPV16E6 and E-cadherin were statistically significant among normal cervical tissues,CIN Ⅰ,CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ,cervical squamous cell carcinomas (x2 =40.166,P =0.000;x2 =31.295,P =0.000),respectively.The abnormal expressions of HPV16E6 and E-cadherin expression were significantly related to clinical pathological stage,tumor size,histological grade,invasion depth of squamous cervical cancers (P ＜ 0.05),but not correlated with age (P ＞0.05).The expressions between HPV16E6 and E-cadherin protein were negatively correlated (rs =-0.647,P =0.000).Conclusions There may be relationship between HPV16E6 and E-cadherin,and the abnormal expressions of two proteins may be associated with poor prognosis of cervical carcinomas.
