Objective:To observe the effect of combining intraosseous infusion (IO) and hyperosmotic salt fluid in resuscitation of haemorrhagic shock. Methods:Twenty rabbit models of haemorrhagic shock were established. The blood pressure, heart rate, biochemical indexes, artery blood gas analysis, etc . were compared at 3 different time points after infusion between IO and peripheral intravenous infusion groups. Results:The resuscitative effect through IO with hyperosmotic salt fluid was the same as that of the peripheral vascular access. Conclusion:The combination of intraosseous infusion and hyperosmotic salt fluid is effective for resuscitation of haemorrhagic shock.

Objective To investigate the anticancer mechanism of Herba Hedyotis Diffusae on PG cell by observing the action of Herba Hedyotis Diffusae in inducing apoptosis of PG cells. Method After treating PG cells with different doses of drug containing serum of Herba Hedyotis Diffusae, FCM was used to detect the apoptosis of PG cell. Result After treating PG cell with Herba Hedyotis Diffusae, typical apoptosis characteristics could be seen and apoptosis rates were increased with the relation of dosage-effect, which were 6.86%, 9.77% and 11.69%, respectively. Conclusion Inducing the apoptosis of tumor cells maybe part of the anti-tumor mechanism of Herba Hedyotis Diffusae.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2010;38(1):125-128
The nafion/carbon nanoparticles (CNPs) composite film modified glassy carbon electrode was pre pared by dropwise method, and the electrocatalyst of H_2O_2 at Nafion/CNPs modified electrode was investiga ted.The results show that electrocataytic activitie for detection of H_2O_2 at the modified electrode is very good. The biosensing application of CNPs was demonstrated through fabrication of an electrochemical biosensor. The biosensor was constructed by encapsulating glucose oxidase in the Nafion/CNPs composite film. The biosensor had good electrocatalytic activity toward oxidation of glucose. The glucose biosensor shows a linear range from 2.0 × 10 ~(-6) to 6.0×10~(-3) mol/L with a detection limit of 1.6×10 ~(-6) mol/L.The biosensor shows high stabili ty, good reproducibility and can avoid the commonly coexisted interference. In addition, real rat serum samples were analyzed by this biosensor with satisfactory results.

AIM: To develop a simple, convenience, and inexpensive method on primary culture model of pancreatic islets in rats for the study of anti-diabetic drugs. METHODS: The pancreases of SD rats were separated from the pancreatic duct with cold Hank' s solution and picked. Then the pancreases were cut into pieces and repeatedly digested by collagenase at 37℃ for the short durations of the experiment. The isolated islets were identified by dithizone staining and the viability was evaluated by trypan blue staining. Pancreatic islets were incubated in RPMI 1640 or DMEM for 14 - 16 h, then they were transferred to new culture plates with the same medium mentioned above. Determination of insulin content of su-pernate and cell lysate and the experiment of insulin secretion by stimulation of glucose and implantation of micewith STZ-induced diabetes were used for evaluated the function of islets. RESULTS: The viability of isolated pancreatic islets was more than 95% and the purity of cultured islets was about 85% . The insulin synthesis, secretion and sensitivity of islets stimulate by glucose which were cultured in RPMI 1640 were higher than that in DMEM. The levels of blood glucose recovered to normal in type 1 diabetic mice after islets implantation. CONCLUSION : The islets got in this study have higher purity and viability with the normal biological activity for about 7 days by this method and they can be used as a cell model for the study of diabetes in vitro .

Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2021;36(1):70-73
Characterized by dihydropyrimidinuria, dihydropyrimidinase (DHP) deficiency refers to a rare disorder of pyrimidine degradation, with high phenotypic heterogeneity. The disease-causing gene is DPYS, and less than 40 cases were reported worldwide.Urinary gas chromatography/mass spectrometer (GC/MS) can screen clinically suspected patients, and gene sequencing is the main means of the diagnosis of the disease. This article reviews the pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, genotype and recent research progress of the disease.

Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(04):-
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of oral nutrition supplementation for maxillofacial tumor patients before operation. Methods: 60 patients who suffered from maxillofacial neoplasm were divided into two groups. In observation group, on basis of routine diet, oral nutrition supplements (Fortisip) had been added for 5~7 days before operation. In control group, only routine diet had been supplied. After operation, the two groups were all supplied with tube feeding. The blood routine test, plasma total protein, albumin, pre albumin and lymphocyte count were measured in all patients. Results: Every biochemical item reduced significantly after operation and no statistical significance was found between groups. But the absolute decreasing values had significant difference between the groups. Conclusions: Oral nutrition supplements (Fortisip) contains balanced nutrients and tastes well. It is safe and effective to use a nutritional supplement, being helpful to prevent malnutrition and to improve the immune function in perioperative period of patients with maxillofacial neoplasm.

OBJECTIVE:To assess the cost and therapeutic effects of Chinese traditional medicine and western medicine in treating varicocele sterility. METHODS:165 patients with sterility were randomly divided into 2 groups. Chinese traditional medicine group included 110 cases who took Zhang's varicosity prescription, while the western medicine group included 55 cases who took human chorionic gonadotropin, clomiphene citrate, zinc gluconate, ATP and vitamin AD,Vitamin E,Vitamin C,for 3mo~9mo normally. The therapeutic effects and adverse effects of two groups were monitored and evaluated with cost- effectiveness analysis. RESULTS:The total effective rates of Chinese traditional medicine and western medicine were 81.82%and 50.91% respectively, while the costs were 3 688.2 Yuan and 2 399.2 Yuan accordingly, C/E were evaluated to be 45.08 and 47.13 respectively and ?C/?E was 41.7. CONCLUSION:Zhang's varicosity prescription is the better choice for treatment of varicocele sterility

Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride in Baishi Shuitiao Powder simultaneously. Methods:A reversed phase ion pair HPLC method was adopted. An Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 (150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)column was used, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid (50 :50) (0. 2 g do-decyl sodium sulfate added to 100 ml solution), the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1, the detection wavelength was at 345 nm, the injec-tion volume was 10 μl, the column temperature was at room temperature. Results: A good linear correlation was observed within the range of 1. 11-22. 16μg·ml-1 for palmatine hydrochloride (r=0. 9996) and 2. 11-42. 24μg·ml-1 for berberine hydrochloride (r=0. 9998). The average recovery was 98. 94% with RSD of 2. 43% for palmatine hydrochloride and 101. 3% with RSD of 2. 05% for berberine hydrochloride (n=6). Conclusion:The method is rapid, simple and accurate, and can be used for the content determina-tion of palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride in Baishi Shuitiao Powder.
