Objective To evaluate the change of left ventricular(LV) function by real-time three dimensional echocardiography(RT-3DE) and to explore the clinical value of change of serum adiponectin level in patients with metabolic syndrome (MS).Methods One hundred and twenty patients were divided into MS group and control group according to the diagnostic standard of the nternational Diabetes Federation.Transthorasic 2D ultrasound and RT-3DE examination were performed in all study objects, and serum adiponectin levels were measured.Results Parameter index [including Tmsv16-SD, Tmsv12-SD,Tmsv16- Dif, Tmsv12-Dif, Tmsv16-SD (％), Tmsv 12-SD (％), Tmsv16-Dif (％), Tmsv12-Dif (％)] of 17segment time to minimal systolic volume in MS group was more than that in control group (all P ＜0.05).Some regional systolic index of LV and serum adiponectin level were less than that in control group (all P ＜0.05).Compared with the control group, E/E' was lower (P ＜ 0.05).There were significant relations between serum adiponectin level and E/A of mitral valves, E'/A' of mitral annulus and E/E'(r = 0.368,0.493,and -0.347 respectively, P ＜0.05).Conclusions RT-3DE can rapidly evaluate LV systolic and diastolic synchrony in MS patients.E/E' show an excellent correlation with serum adiponectin level,and it may be a new promising method for routine evaluation of LV diastolic function.

s: The horse mushroom (Agaricus arvensis Schaeff ex Fr.) is one of most excellent edible mushroom,and was cultivated in world at resent year.But up to now,the breeding systems and life-cycle of horse mushroom has been poorly know.In this study,the random amplified polymorphic DNA was employed to analyse the mating reaction between self-fertile homokaryonic isolates by paired.The results demonstrated: (1) the mating reaction happened and the heterokaryonic offspring formed when the intercompatible self-fertile homokaryonic isolates were paired;(2) perhaps the horse mushroom is possessed of double breeding systems-homothallism and heterothallism;(3) RAPD is very effective method for verifying artificially synthesized heterokaryons and monitoring the transmission of genetic loci in mating of fungi.

Objective To explore influencing factors for complete resection and operation time of endoscopic submucosal dissection( ESD) for colorectal tumors. Methods This retrospective study included 95 consecutive colorectal tumors in 88 patients whose pathological diagnosis was adenoma and carcinoma, treated with ESD at the Department of Endoscopy of the First Hospital of Jilin University from January 2013 to December 2014. Multiple logistic regression analysis was conducted on the factors related to complete resection and operation time. Results Average tumor size was 28. 7±14. 1 mm(range,8?80 mm), and the average procedure time was 80. 72±63. 90 min. The rate of complete resection was 92. 6%(88/95),and the rate of incomplete resection was 7. 4%(7/95). Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that fibrosis (P=0. 012,OR=52. 473, 95%CI:2. 571?1140. 438) contributed to incomplete resection. Objective To investigate the expressions of apoptosis associated protein 3 (APR3) and nuclear factor 3 of activated T-cell (NFAT3) in the tissue of epithelial ovarian tumors and its correlation with the clinicopathological features.Methods 92 patients with epithelial ovarian tumor were collected,23 cases with malignant tumor,24 cases with borderline tumor,45 cases with benign tumor.The expressions of APR3 and NFAT3 were detected by immunohistochemical methods,and the differences of different types of epithelial ovarian tumor were compared.The correlation of the expressions of APR3 and NFAT3 with the clinicopathological features of epithelial ovarian tumor was analyzed.The correlation of the expressions of APR3 with the expressions of NFAT3 in epithelial ovarian tumor was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of APR3 in patients with malignant epithelial ovarian tumors (78.26％) was significantly higher than borderline tumors (41.67 ％) and benign tumors (22.22 ％),the differences were statistically significant (x2 =5.864,7.632,all P ＜ 0.05).The expression of APR3 in patients with malignant epithelial ovarian tumors was significantly correlated with differentiation,clinical stage,lymph node and abdominal organs metastasis and ascites (x2 =7.425,7.262,8.421,5.031,all P ＜ 0.05).The positive expression rate of NFAT3 in patients with malignant epithelial ovarian tumors (56.52％) was significantly higher than borderline tumors (29.17％) and benign tumors(17.78％),the differences were statistically significant (x2 =6.829,7.547,all P ＜0.05).The expression of NFAT3 in patients with malignant epithelial ovarian tumors was significantly correlated with differentiation,clinical stage,lymph node and abdominal organs metastasis (x2 =5.253,6.367,8.021,all P ＜ 0.05).The expressions of APR3 and NFAT3 in patients with malignant epithelial ovarian tumors were positively correlated (r =0.032,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The expressions of APR3 and NFAT3 in the tissue of malignant epithelial ovarian tumor obviously increase,are significantly correlated with differentiation,clinical stage,lymph node and abdominal organs metastasis and are positively correlated,and it may be correlated with the development and progression of malignant epithelial ovarian tumor.
