Objective To investigate the effect of standard remnant liver volume (SRLV) on liver insufficiency after hepatectomy in cirrhotic patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods Sixty-seven HCC patients with liver cirrhosis were involved in this study. The following parameters were obtained in all cases:total liver volume (TLV),resected liver volume by surgery, body surface area (BSA),remnant liver volume (RLV)and SRLV.Compared analysis of relationship between liver insufficient and the parameters as well as the age of patients, duration of operation and blood lose etc.was carried out,in order to establish the security threshold of SRLV.Results According to the postoperative liver function, the patients were divided into 2 groups:Group A,52cases with mild liver dysfunction; Group B,15cases among them 12 with moderate and 3 with severe liver insufficiency.Statistical analysis showed that the difference of TLV,duration of operation,intra-operative blood lose and age between Group A and B were insignificant(P>0.05).However,that of RLV and SRLV were significant(P<0.05).The average SRLV in Group A was 562±89 ml/m2 and 410±87 ml/m2 in Group B (P<<0.01).The security threshold of SRLV was 438 ml/m2 calculated by receiver operating characteristic (ROC)in our patients. Then randomly selected sixty HCC patients, the incidences of moderate and severe liver insufficiency postoperative in the SRLV≤438 ml/m2 and SRLV>438 ml/m2 patients were 92.3%and8.5% (P<0.01).Conclusions It is suggested from our present study that SRLV is a good predictor for post-operative liver function reserve in patients with cirrhotic HCC.Its security threshold is 438 ml/m2,and the risk of occurring hepatic failure will be high postoperatively when patient,s SRLV is less than this value.

7. Effect of light quality on growth and triterpenic acid content of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2013;44(24):3546-3550
Objective: To study the effect of light quality on the growth as well as triterpenic acid content and component of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium. Methods: Light-emitting diode (LED) was used as sources of light, the growth index, content and component of triterpenic acids in G. lucidum mycelium cultured under different LED conditions were investigated along with culture time. Results: The growth rate, morphology, biomass, total contents and components of triterpenic acid in G. lucidum mycelium varied under different lights. The mycelium cultured under blue light maintained stable growth during the whole period; Under red light, both growth rate and biomass of mycelium were the highest in early time, subsequently, decreased sharply and grew slowly. Under green light, both growth rate and biomass of mycelium were the lowest in early and medium phases, while increased significantly later, especially dry matter. Triterpenic acids were highly produced on the day 7 of cultivation, while decreased in content and increased in types. Green light and blue light had a distinct advantage of improving the type and content triterpenic acids in G. lucidum. Conclusion: Light quality affects the growth as well as the content and component of triterpenic acids in G. lucidum mycelium, and blue light irradiation is the best for the steady growth and triterpenic acids accumulation.

Objective To study the different biomechanics surgical effects of posterolateral fusion , the transverse fusion and the interbody fusion. Method Scan CT was followed with preprocess of images. The Mimics , HyperMesh and Geomagic Studio Reverse engineering softwares were used to establish the modles of lumbar fusion , then the finite element computation was conducted by using the Abaqus finite element software. Result The EF of each lumbar modle was established , the EF of the interbody fusionwas rised evidently. After the fusion , the stress of the adjacent lumbar were also rised, among them the stress of the upper adjacent segment in tnterbody fusion was the most in extension and rotation , with statistical significance ( P < 0 . 05 ) . In the antexion the stress of the transverse fusion was the most, and the new type of posterolateral fusion least, three of them all hadstatistical significance (P<0.05). In the lateral flexion, they had no statistical significance (P>0.05). About the under adjacent sengment, in the extension and antexion, the stress of the interbody fusion was the most, and the new type of posterolateral fusion was the least, the three of them all haved statistical significance (P<0.05, respectively). In the rotation and lateral flexion, with no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion After the fusion, the EF of the lumbar and the stress of the lumbar disc are all established, the interbody fusion is most, while the others are lower.

Chinese Journal of Clinical and Experimental Pathology 2015;(9):1026-1030
Purpose To investigate the clinicopathlogic characteristic, diagnosis and histogenesis of pancreatic solid-pseudopapillary tumors ( SPPT) . Methods Combined with relevant literature, the clinical history, histopathological features and immunohistochemi-cal characteristics were analyzed in 11 cases of SPPT. Results There were 10 female patients and only 1 male in total 11 cases, aged from1 7 to 60 years (mean 33). The sizes of tumors were from 3. 2 to 10. 0 cm. Histologically, they were composed of papillary and microcysticsolid structures. Pseudopapillary with a fibrovascular core was remarkable. Immunohistochemically, the tumors expressed EMA (1/11), vimentin (10/11), NSE (11/11), Syn (7/11), CgA (1/11), CD56 (11/11), CD10 (11/11), PR (9/11), CD99 (9/11),α-AT (11/11),β-catenin (11/11), E-cadherin (11/11), Cyclin D1 (11/11), c-Myc (11/11). 6 patients were followed up for a period of 20 to 112 months, and they were all alive and had no recurrence and metastasis. Conclusions SPPT is a tumor with low malignancy of the pancreas that most frequently affect young females. SPPT may be derived from multipotent stem cells and closely related withβ-catenin signaling pathway. Pathological morphology and immunohistochemistry are very important to the diag-nosis and differential diagnosis of SPPT.

Objective To explore the effect of the self-made pelvic bag on patients with unstable pelvic fracture. Methods Toally 24 patients with unstable pelvic fracture from January 2013 to June 2014 were set as control group and used conventional nursing.Toally 30 patients from July 2014 to December 2015 were set as observation group. The self-made pelvic bag was used in the observation group for pelvic fixation and suspension traction. The degree of pain was compared between the pre-and post-use of the bag.Result The pains after using pelvic bag in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.001).Conclusions The self-made pelvic bag can be effective for the pelvic fixation and suspension for the patients with pelvic traction. At the same time it can relieve the pain.
