The medical care insurance system has been gradually adopted in Chinese society, whose steady movement is dependent of the benefit balance among all stakeholders of the medical insurance system.Based on Rolles's social justice theory, this article analyzed the equality in the medical insurance payment approaches of prospective payment system and post payment system, pointing out their respective influences on each stakeholder in the medical insurance system.

Objective To investigate the expression and the effects of X-chromosome linked inhibi- tor of apoptosis (XIAP) associated factor 1 (XAF1) on apoptosis and cell proliferation in SMMC7721 hepatocellur carcinoma (HCC) cell line. Methods The expression of XAF1 mRNA and protein in hu- man SMMC7721 cell line were detected by semi-quantitative,RT-PCR and Western blot.Plasmid con- structs expressing sense and antisense XAF1 were generated and transfected into SMMC7721 cell line to establish stable transfectants.Cell proliferation and apoptosis were detected by MTT,flow cytometry and TUNEL.Results XAF1 mRNA and protein were detectable in SMMC7721 cell line but lower than that in normal liver cell.Stable expression of XAF1 significantly inhibited cell proliferation and increased spontaneous apoptosis in SMMC7721 cell (P<0.05).Over-expression of XAF1 in stable transfactants increased the sensitivity of SMMC7721 cell to chemotherapeutic drugs such as 5-fluorouracial and hydroxycamptothecin. Conclusions Over-expression of XAF1 induces apoptosis and inhibits SMMC7721 cell growth.XAF1 may be a promising candidate for HCC gene therapy.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(24):-
Objective To comparison of the quality of life in children with migraine and quality of life in children with primary epilepsy(EP)or Tourette's syndrome(TS).Methods There were 239 children with moderate migraine, the time of which lasted from 6 to 36(12.14?4.67)months,headache index 4-20(9.98?3.74).There were 250 cases and 424 cases with EP or TS,respectively, both team members were under good control with single drug therapy, the diagnosed according to the international classification of headache disorders-Ⅱ.The pediatric quality of life inventory, version 4.0,age 8-12 years, and child report forms were used to evaluate the quality of life in children with migraine and the other two kinds of samples by Bonferroni and Mann-Whitney tests. Results The scores of quality of life in children with moderate migraine were lower than those in children with EP(total score 69.06?10.48 vs 81.26?13.80;physical function scores 67.43?14.37 vs 83.14?14.70;psychological function scores 69.92?10.56 vs 80.26?14.32;emotional function scores 66.76?14.09 vs 80.90?18.93;social function scores 76.81?14.67 vs 83.36?17.40;school function scores 66.20?13.62 vs 76.52?13.80).The scores of quality of life in children with moderate migraine were lower than those in children with TS(total scores 69.06?10.48 vs 79.18?11.45;physical function scores 67.43?14.37 vs 81.52?12.61;psychological function scores 69.92?10.56 vs 77.90?12.28;emotional function scores 66.76?14.69 vs 74.07?16.34;social function scores 76.81?14.07 vs 89.06?16.23;school function scores 66.20?13.62 vs 70.35?16.96).Two sets of data between children with moderate migraine and those with EP,TS showed statistical significance(Pa

Journal of Forensic Medicine 2014;30(5):357-359
OBJECTIVE:
To analyze the features of orbital fracture and to discuss its forensic expertise points.
METHODS:
One hundred and thirty cases of simple orbital fracture from 2010 to 2012 collected from one public security bureau were retrospectively analyzed such as age, gender, tools, position and morphology of the fracture, periorbital and orbital compound injury and the follow-up results after 6 months.
RESULTS:
In the 130 cases, the wounded were mainly young men and hit by fist. The fracture of simple medial orbital wall accounted for up to 81.5% in all cases. In the periorbital and orbital compound injury, laceration and contusion of eyelid and ethmoidal cellules and maxillary sinus always occurred. After 6 months follow-up, there were 30 cases of comminuted fracture remained enophthalmos compared with the uninjured side.
CONCLUSION
It is inappropriate to judge the fracture of simple medial orbital wall as minor injury. We should judge the degree of simple orbital fracture after the injury is stable. Detailed ophthalmology inspection is necessary for forensic expertise of simple orbital fracture.

Objective To evaluate the development of immature oocytes after freezing-thawing by conventional cryopreservation method for mature oocytes. Methods Immature oocytes were collected from stimulated ovaries of intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)cycles.Immature oocytes were in vitro matured directly or after slow freezing-fast thawing and immunostained for tubulin and chromatin and at last visualized by confocal microscopy. Results No statistical difference was found in maturity rate between freezing groups and the controls. There was a statistically significant increase in abnormalities of chromosome(23.7% vs. 50%)and spindle(28.9% vs.53.9%)in the GV freezing group compared with the GV control(P

Objective To compare the effects of vitrification with slow-freezing on the developmental ability of day 3 cleavage stage embryos. Methods Patients who had no less than 4 high quality embryos were included in this study. These embryos were cryopreserved using the methods of vitrification or slow-freezing.In the eryopreserved embryo transfer cycles, the embryos which were cryopreserved using one of the methods were chosen randomly. The developmental ability of embryos was compared between these two groups. Results A total of 80 patients were included in this study with 160 embryos. In the group of slow-freezing,73(91%)embryos were survived and achieved 15(38%)clinical pregnancies.Among these,3 were twins and the implantation rate was 25%(18/73).In the group of vitrification,71(89%)embryos were survived and achieved 19(48%)clinical pregnancies.Among these, 9 were twins and the implantation rate was 39%(28/71),which was significantly higher than the slow- freezing group(P
