Objective To study the effect and the possible mechanism of delavirdine on muhidrng resist-ance-aasociated protein 2(MRAP2)-mediated multidrug resistance in LLC/cMOAT cells. Methods MTT assay was used to determine the effects of delavirdine on proliferation of LLC/CMV and LLC/cMOAT cells. The inhibitory effects of vincristine (VCR),cisplatin (DDP),adriamycin (ADM) and etoposide (VP-16) used alone or in combi-nation with delavirdine on the proliferation of LLC/CMV and LLC/cMOAT cells were evaluated by MTT assay. The cell cycle distribution, the apoptosis rate of the cells treated with different concentration of delavirdine and the intra-cellular concentration of ADM were determined by flow cytometry (FCM). Results Delavirdine at the concentration of 4 μmol/L and below showed no significant cytotoxicity to LLC/CMV and LLC/cMOAT cells. The resistance of LLC/cMOAT cells to VCB, VP-16, ADM and DDP were 9.58,1.11,2.98 and 3.96 folds of that of LLC/CMV cells. When 2 μmol/L delavirdine was added, the resistance was 5.21 and 2.55 folds respectively;when 4 μmol/L dela-virdine was edded,the resistance was 7.56 and 3.03 ,while 2,4 μmol/L delavirdine made no significant changes to the chemosensitivity of LLC/CMV cells to VCR and DDP(P>0.05). Cellular cycle analysis demonstrated that 0,6, 12,24 hours after co-cultured with delavirdine the amount of cells at G1 phase increased from(38.92±0.15)% to (56.87±2.23)%,(65.36±2.76)% and (74.77±5.06)%. The cell apoptosis rate increased from 1.77% to 17.45% and 28.52% when treated with delavirdine at 2,4 μmol/L and VCR for 24 h. When treated with 2,4 μmol/L delavirdine, ADM accumulation in LLC/cMOAT cells was enhanced significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion DLV can partially reverse the multidrng resistance of LLC/cMOAT cells, and the reverse effect correlates to the concentration. The possible mechanism may involve the growth arrest at G1, increasing of intracellular drug concen-tration and promoting apoptosis.

Objective To establish the quality control standard for Anzhongtongbian capsules. Methods Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Cortex magnoliae officinalis in Anzhongtongbian capsules were identified by TLC method. The content of emodin was determined by HPLC. Results The Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Cortex magnoliae officinalis in Anzhongtongbian capsules could be identified by TLC. The linear range of emodin was 0.08～0.24 mg (r =0.9999). The average recovery was 98.86% and RSD=1.11% (n =5). Conclusion This text method is simple and dependable, the exclusive is strong, good in reappearance, and available for the quality control of the preparation.

Sleep disorders is a common complication of stroke.It not only affects the somatic rehabilitation and mental health of patients,but also aggavates hypertension and diabetes,and even induces cerebral infarction and recurrence of cerebral hemorrhage.Using polysomnography to conduct nocturnal sleep monitoring for stroke patients with sleep disorders can objectively reflect the sleep quality of the patients.Continuous positive airway pressure treatment may effectively correct sleep disorders and promote functional recovery of the patients.

Geographic distribution of Polyporus umbellatus was predicted by using distribution records. Based on 42 distribution records from 12 provinces and bioclimatic data (1950-2000), georaphic distribution of P. umbellatus was modeled using Maxent. The results showed thatthe Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve analysis method was used to assess the accuracy of MAXENT model and the area under ROC curve (AUC) value of MAXENT was 0. 960 which suggested that the result of assessment was dependable. The geographic distribution pattern of were divided into three distribution block based on distribution values of 0.5-0.8: small area of Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning and Hebei province, the board area of Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan, the southeast area of Tibet and the most area of Shanxi and Shannxi, the southeast board area of Shannxi, Gansu and Ningxia. Jackknife Test showed that average precipitation in warm seasons had the greatest contribution to the distribution gain of P. umbellatus, followed by mean temperature of driest quarter and annual mean temperature. The object suggests the potential distribution areasof P. umbellatus which is useful for the habitat conservation and introduction of P. umbellatus.

Objective To discuss the intervention effects and mechanisms for Rapamycin on renal interstitial fibrosis in rats.Methods A total of 72 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,normal group(n =24) ,model group(n =24), treatment group (n =24).The model group and treatment group received adenine 200 mg/kg daily,and the treatment group was also given Rapamycin 5 mg/(kg·d) at the 8th day,the normal group was just given the same amount of normal saline for 6 weeks.In the end of the 2nd,4th and 6th week,8 rats in each group were sacrificed respectively.The expression of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF), transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) and neutrophils gelatinases related apolipoprotein (NGAL) in each group were observed.The software of image analysis system was used for semi-quantitative analysis.Results HE and Masson staining results showed that the renal tubular were progressive swelling, and changed with interstitial fibrosis,atrophy and even necrosis in model group from 2 weeks to 6 weeks.The pathological changes of kidney were more ease in the treatment group compared with those in model group.Immunohistochemical staining results showed that HGF expression levels of renal interstitial tissue in model group and treatment group at the 2nd week were significantly higher than those of normal group(P ＜0.05), and were significantly decreased at the 4th week and 6th week (P ＜ 0.05);HGF expression levels of renal interstitial tissue in treatment group were significantly higher than those in model group (P ＜ 0.05).NGAL expression levels of renal interstitial tissue in model group and treatment group at the 2nd week were significantly higher than those in normal group(P ＜0.05) ,and were significantly decreased at the 4th week and 6th week(P ＜ 0.05);NGAL expression levels of renal interstitial tissue in treatment group were significantly higher than those in model group (P ＜ 0.05).TGF-β expression levels of renal interstitial tissue in model group and treatment group at the 2nd,4th,and 6th week were significantly higher than those in normal group (P ＜0.05) ,while TGF-β expression levels of renal interstitial tissue in treatment group were significantly lower than those in model group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Rapamycin could improve the rat kidney tissue pathology, relieve renal tubular expansion, and slow progression of renal interstitial fibrosis, and has certain protective effect to the kidney.

Expressed emotion was the describing term about the guardian of patients' emotiveness tendency to patients,which reflected attitude,tolerance degree and the coping way in crisis.It was a robust predictor of relapse of schizophrenia.Studies showed that the family intervention for the high expressed emotion guardian of patients could effectively reduce the disease relapse.By summarizing the expressed emotion's concept,assessment tools,influence factors,family interventions,the paper aimed to innovate perfect interventions and promote the patients recovery.

Complement system is an important constituent in immune system.Membrane attack complex (C5b-9)is the final ingredient in the complement activation.Recently,a few studies showed that C5b-9 deposition was found in the diabetics with chronic complications,indicating that complement activation might be involved in the pathogenesis of diabetic complications.Our aim is to summarize some newly published works and show a prelimimary work we did in this area.We hope that more attention should be paid to the role of autoimmune mechanism in diabetic complications.

Objective To investigate autonomic nervous system(ANS)function of hyperthyroidism and hyperthyroidism by analyzing the heart rate variability(HRV)of patients with the diseases.Methods 12-synchronous dynamic 24-hour monitoring and man-machine dialogue were performed in 49 patients with hyperthyroidism,25 patients with hypothyroidism and 40 controls after removing interference,and 24-hour electrocardiogram wag analyzed.Heart rate variability indicators observed included 24-hour time-domain indexes[standard deviation of all experimental time RR(SDNN),root of mean square standard deviation from adjacent RR interval(RMSSD)]and 24-hour frequency domain indicators[very low frequency power(VLF),low-frequency power(LF),high frequency power(HF),low frequency power/high frequency power(LF/HF)].Results Indicators of time domain in hyperthyroidism group,such as SDNN[(69.65±13.55)ms]and RMSSD[(12.98±3.20)ms]were obviously lower than those of the control group[(136.07±11.95),(29.70±5.85)ms],the differences being statistically significant (P＜0.01).Indicators of frequency domain HF[(5331±15.84)msz]were lower than those of the control group [(223.38±50.09)ms2],butVLF[(1823.55±238.13)ms2],LF[(501.88±92.47)ms2]and LF/HF(5.89±1.15)was higher compared with that in the control group,repectively[(325.68±60.47)ms2,(405.60±5 1.41)ms2,2.14±0.56,P＜0.01).Among time domain indicators in hypothyroidism group,SDNN[(77.00±15.48)ms]and RMSSD [(14.80±2.58)ms]were also obviously lower than those in the control group(P＜0.01),the difference being significant statistically(P＜0.01).Frequency domain index HF[(57.88±12.20)ms2],VLF[(251.48±24.67)ms2],LF[(128.68±43.78)ms2]also obviously lower than those in the control group(P＜0.01),but LF/HF,being 1.83±0.63,was in a normal range and did not significantly changed(P＞0.05). Conclusion In patients with hyperthyroidism both sympathetic and vagus nerves are hyperdynamic,while in patients with hypothyroidism,vagus nerves are hyperdynamic,while sympathetic nerve hypodynamic.

Objective To evaluate the serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D 3 level in newly diagnosed type 2 diabe-tes,and its relationship with function of islet beta cell .Methods 60 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients and 48 normal glucose tolerance healthy control cases were selected .The level of serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 of two groups were measured using the way of high performance liquid chromatograph .The difference was compared between two groups.Insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) and islet beta cell secrete index(HOMA-β) was used to respectively es-timate insulin sensitivity and islet beta cell function in type 2 diabetes group .The correlation was analyzed between 25-hydroxy vitamin D 3 and fasting blood glucose ,HOMA-IR,HOMA-β.Results The level of serum 25-hydroxy vita-min D3 (28.68 ±1.61) ng/mL in type 2 diabetes group was significantly lower than that of control group (41.30 ± 1.12)ng/mL(t=3.47,P<0.01).There is negative correlation between 25-hydroxyl vitamin D3 and fasting glucose (r=0.48,P<0.05).There was positive correlation between 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 and HOMA-IR(r=0.52,P<0.05).There was no correlation between 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 and HOMA-β(r=-0.06,P>0.05).Conclusion The level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D 3 was significantly low in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients .Low serum 25-hydroxyl vitamin D 3 level affects islet beta secretion cell function ,the supplementation of vitamin D 3 may be a simple and effective method to reduce the ocurrence of type 2 diabetes .
