1.The effect of psychological capital on nurses′job performance and satisfaction:the mediating role of positive emotion
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;(26):2011-2015
Objective To explore the effect of psychological capital on nurses′job performance and satisfaction and the mediating role of positive emotion. Methods 523 nurses employed in eight hospitals in Anhui province were selected through multistage sampling and interviewed using questionnaires . Structural equation modeling was used to test the proposed relationships. Results Nurses′psychological capital was significantly positive correlated with positive emotion (r=0.473), job performance (r=0.505) and satisfaction (r=0.358), all P<0.01. Nurses′positive emotion was also significantly positive correlated with job performance (r=0.343) and satisfaction (r=0.452) , all P<0.01. The mediating test showed that nurses′positive emotion acted as a partial mediator between psychological capital and job satisfaction while medium effect accounting for 61.5%(0.24/0.39) of the whole effect. Nurses′positive emotion also played a role of being a partial mediator between psychological capital and two aspects of job performance, professional development ability and scientific research innovation ability, while medium effect accounting for 10.0%(0.06/0.60) and 12.9%(0.08/0.62) of the whole effect, respectively. Conclusions Psychological capital affects nurses′job performance and satisfaction and suggests nurses′positive emotion play a role of being a partial mediator in this relationship.

6.ADR Reports in Our Hospital:Analysis of 174 Cases
China Pharmacy 2007;0(35):-
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristics and regular pattern of the adverse drug reactions (ADR) occurred in our hospital.METHODS:A total of 174 ADR cases reported by our hospital from May 2006 to June 2008 were categorized and analyzed statistically.RESULTS:The ADR were induced by 16 categories(83 kinds) of drugs, predominantly by the antimicrobial agents(12 kinds,60 cases) and Chinese drugs preparations(17 kinds,66 cases). The ADR of 57 cases(26.89%) manifested chiefly as lesions of skin and its appendages, followed by gastrointestinal lesion(39 cases,18.40%).CONCLUSION:Timely ADR reporting is conducive to ADR incidence reduction and clinical rational drug use.
7.Determination of the Dissolution of Zaltoprofen Tablets
China Pharmacy 1991;0(05):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for determining the dissolution of Zaltoprofen tablets.METHODS:The content determination was conducted by UV spectrophotometry with detection wavelength of 330 nm.The paddle method was applied to calculate dissolution with phosphoric acid buffer solution (pH 6.8) as solvent and rotation speed of 100 r?min-1.After 30 min the sample was collected.RESULTS:The method showed a good linear relationship in the range of 2.5~30 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 100.36% (RSD=0.54%).The dissolutions of 3 batches of samples were all above 80%.CONCLUSION:The method is simple, accurate, and reliable for the determination of the dissolution of Zaltoprofen tablets.
8.Experience of Pharmaceutical Care of Our Hospital under New Medical Reform
China Pharmacy 2007;0(32):-
OBJECTIVE: To implement the policy of New Medical Reform, and to promote pharmaceutical care of our hospital. METHODS: The policy of New Medical Reform was carried out and specific implementation methods for the improvement of pharmaceutical care of our hospital were analyzed. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Prescription evaluation was applied to provide pharmaceutical care in the clinic indirectly. Clinical pharmacists went into the wards to provide direct pharmaceutical care. They supervised the utilization of antimicrobial drugs, carried out pharmacy propaganda and wrote Clinical Drug News. ADR monitoring was also carried out. The policy of New Medical Reform was implemented through above methods to promote pharmaceutical care of our hospital.
9.The enhancing effect of Polyporus Umbellatus Polysccharide on immunological functions of mice
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(03):-
In this report we studied the effect of Polyporus Umbellatus Polysaccharide on immunological function of mice. The results show indicate that Polyporus Umbellatus Polysaccharide is able to enhance the proliferation responses of T cells and B cells to mitogen ConA and LPS, and also specific antibodyforming cells against SR BC and DTH induced by allogeneic splenocytes as well as the killing activity of function CTL. These results suggest that Polyporus Umbellatus Polysaccharide might function in its anti-tumor effect by enhancing the immune function.
