Objective:To summarize the drug repercussion data in outpatient pharmacy and analyze the reasons to provide sugges-tions for the improvement. Methods: The information was collected from the hospital information system ( HIS) during January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2015, including drug name, category, quantity, amount, reasons for drug repercussion and the other statisti-cal data. Results:During the three years, the number of prescription drugs, amount of money and varieties of drug repercussion were increased. The most common reasons for drug repercussion were the other reasons, withdrawn by doctors and the request of patients. The sum of drug repercussion was positively correlated with the drug price and the amount of drug repercussion. Conclusion:The op-tion simplicity for drug repercussion in HIS is the main reason for drug repercussion bythe other reasons. The occurrence of drug re-percussion should be intervened by such methods as gradually improving the HIS, establishing intervention measures, enhancing the professional quality of pharmacists and so on.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(08):-
Aim To investigate the transcytosis mechanism of chlorogenic acid(CGA)by using Caco-2 and MDCK(Madin Darby canine kidney) monolayers models.Method ① Caco-2 and MDCK cell models:Caco-2 cell(105 cells/cm2) and MDCK cell(5?104 cells/cm2) were inoculated in Millicell-CM culture plate inserts, and the TEER of cell monolayer were detected to make sure the models are available for experiments.② Permeating experiments: to measure the value of OD of CGA and calculate the cumulative amount.Result CGA could be Absorbed and secreted on two monolayer models.Verapamil could inhibit the secretion at lower concentration of CGA on MDCK monolayer model.P-pg could partly act on the secretion of CGA on Caco-2 and MDCK cell models. Conclusion CGA can secrete and Absorb at the same time across Caco-2 and MDCK cell monolayers,P-pg partly involving in the secretion of CGA.

BACKGROUND:Previous studies demonstrated that ischemia can be compensated by establishing collateral circulation and microangiogenesis, and exercise training can ameliorate blood supply of ischemic lower limb. However, whether exercise training accelerate establishment of collateral circulation remains poorly understood.OBJECTIVE:To explore the mechanism of exercise training on accelerating microangiogenesis of rat ischemic lower limb.METHODS:Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the exercise training, model and sham-surgery groups. All animals were established left lower limb ischemia models except those in the sham-surgery group.Rats in the exercise training group were forced running 30 minutes per day at 1 week after model preparation and those in other groups were performed daily activities. The adductor of ischemic lower limb was obtained for the examination of microvessel density and the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor.Simultaneously, bone marrow-derived endothelial progenitor cells were harvested for detection of microangiogenesis.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Number of endothelial progenitor calls, expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor,as well as microvessel density of the exercise training group was obviously greater than those in the model and sham-surgery groups(P<0.01).Compared with the model and sham-surgery groups,in vitro vasculogenesisof bone marrow-derived endothelial progenitor cells in the exercise training group was increased(P<0.05).These findings demonstrated that lower limb ischemia increases microangiogenesis, and exercise training enhances this effect.

Clinical Medicine of China 1999;0(02):-
Objective To evaluate the effects of percutanenous intrapulmonary injecti0n 0f IL-2 plus radiotherapy for lung cancer. Methods Twenty-two patients with inoperable non small cell lung cancer received percutanenous intrapulmonary injection of 100U ? 6 in 6 weeks; and radiation dose was 60 Gy/6wks. Results The total effective response rate (CR+PR) was 95. 4 % with the complete response rate (CR) of 40. 9 %. Couclusion Percutanenous intrapulmomary injection of IL-2 plus radiotherapy could improve the control rate of the patients with lung cancer.

[Summary] The study summarized surgical cooperation key points during percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic lumbar discectomy combined with radiofrequency in 60 cases, including preoperative preparation, intraoperative care, and maintenance and sterilization of instruments after the surgery. All the 60 operations were successfully completed, without complications such as intraoperative dural rupture and nerve root injury.Postoperatively, an instant relief of low back pain was obtained and the lower limb straight leg raising test showed negative immediately. The preoperative preparation and proficiency with special surgical skills are conducive to successful operation and improvement of surgical outcomes.

A new chromene (1) and six known compounds identified as 6-hydroxymellein (2), 6-hydroxy-5-methylmellein (3) nectriapyrone (4), chermesinone A(5), chermesinone B(6), and pomopxanthone A(7), were isolated in our investigation of the cytotoxic constituents from the fermented rice substrate of endophytic fungus Phomopsis sp. HCCB03519. The structures of these com pounds were elucidated through spectroscopic data analysis. All compounds exhibited inhibitory activities against cancer cell lines. Compound 7 showed stronger inhibition against cancer cells than the positive control 5-Fu.

Chinese Journal of Nephrology 1997;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the antiproliferative effect of HMG CoA reductase inhibitor on ADPKD cyst-lining epithelial cells and its possible mechanism. Methods Cell viability was assayed by MTT. Membrane-bounded p2lras was detected by immunoblotting. The expression of c-jun and c-fos was examined by immunocytochemistry. Results After ADPKD cyst-lining epithelial cells were exposed to HMG CoA reductase inhibitor, proliferation was markedly inhibited( P

Objective:To explore the prevention effect of forced-air warming to the upper body on hypothermia during thoracoscopic surgery in the lateral decubitus position. Methods:A total of 82 patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery in the lateral position from December 2018 to July 2019 in Jiangsu People's Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were divided into upper body group and lower body group according to the random number table method. Each group was 41 cases. Patients received forced-air warming on the upper body or lower body in the upper body group and lower body group, respectively. The bladder temperature was measured as core temperature at operation room, intubation, start of the surgery, 30 min after surgery, 60 min after surgery, 90 min after surgery, 120 min after surgery, end of the surgery. The incidence of intraoperative hypothermia, perioperative adverse complications and vital index at leaving the room were compared between upper body group and lower body group. Results:The core temperature at start of the surgery, 30 min after surgery, 60 min after surgery, 90 min after surgery were (36.70±0.12), (36.65±0.16), (36.30±0.18), (36.32±0.19) ℃ in the upper body group, and (36.42±0.13), (36.32±0.17), (36.17±0.14), (36.21±0.15)℃ in the lower body group, the differences were statistically significant ( t values were 2.743-10.362, P<0.05). However, there was no statistically significant in the core temperature at other time points between the two groups ( P>0.05). The incidences of intraoperative hypothermia and perioperative shiver were 12.2%(5/41), 4.9%(2/41) in the upper body group, and 31.7%(13/41), 21.9%(9/41) in the lower body group, the differences were statistically significant ( χ2 values were 4.556, 5.145, P<0.05). There was no statistically significant in the other perioperative adverse complications and vital index at leaving the room between two groups ( P>0.05). Conclusions:Forced-air warming was more effective on the upper body in resistive body core temperature. Besides, the incidences of hypothermia and shiver on the upper body is lower.
