Abnormal cell signal transduction is associated with the occurrence and development of human diseases. Some virus pathogenicity and infection mechanism are due to virus antigen protein acting on the host cell signal transduction pathway, leading to host cell signal transduction disorder. Hepatitis C virus (HCV) is a major pathogen of chronic hepatitis C, which causes cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. But the pathogenesis of HCV and persistent infection mechanism remain far from clear. HCV pathogenesis may be related to the HCV protein expression interfering host cell signal transduction pathways. The studies of hepatitis C virus proteins acting on host cell signal transduction pathways, not only help to clarify the impact of its pathogenic mechanisms, but also benefit to new drug design and development for new treatment methods. This article summarizes the recent progress in research on the effect of hepatitis C virus protein in cell signal transduction pathways in the past few years.

Objective To observe the role of programmed cell death 5(PDCD5) gene combined with cisplatin for inducing the ap-optosis of human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells and to investigate its possible mechanism .Methods The PDCD5 recombinant plas-mid was transiently transfected into A549 cells by lipofectamine .Its transfection efficiency was detected by RT-PCR .The expressions of trasfected PDCD5 protein ,Bcl-2 and Survivin protein were examined by Western bolt .The apoptosis of A549 cells by single PDCD5 and its combination with cisplatin was measured by the MTT method and the flow cytometry .Results PDCD5 recombinant plasmid was transfect into A549 cells successfully .The Western blot results showed that the expression of PDCD5 protein in the transfection recombinant plasmid group was higher than that in the blank control group and the transfection empty plasmid group ,while the expres-sion of Bcl-2 and Survivin protein was lower than that in the other two groups ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) . The MTT and flow cytometry results demonstrated that the cell apoptosis rate in the transfection recombinant plasmid group was higher than that in the blank control group and the transfection empty plasmid group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion PDCD5 gene may pro-mote cisplatin induced A549 cells apoptosis .

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;31(3):169-173
Objective We sought to investigate the attitude to the evaluation of nursing undergraduate innovative talents quality by post audience and undergraduate nursing students and to provide reference for the cultivation of innovative talents and quality standard construction. Methods Using convenient sampling method,we selected the medical staff, patients and junior undergraduate nursing students as the research object.A questionnaire survey on the nursing undergraduate innovative talents quality evaluation was carried out. Results The attitude to nursing undergraduate innovative talents quality evaluation from high to low was physicians, nurses, hospital patients and junior undergraduate nursing students.Different populations had different expectations for nursing undergraduate innovative talents. Conclusions To cultivate the nursing undergraduate innovative talents,we should not only focus on the ability of nursing scientific research and innovation, but also should be based on the moral and occupation quality.Only giving full consideration to demands and expectations of the nursing undergraduate innovative talents by all post audience, can we evaluate the talent quality more professionally, scientifically and systematically.

Objective To observe the effects of Xinshuaiheji (XSHJ) on cardiac function, plasma angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ) and histomorphology in rats with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction. Methods A model of heart failure (HF) induced by myocardial infarction (MI) in rats was made, 10 days after MI, rats were treated for 4 weeks with bidist Water, Captopril, high dosage of XSHJ, low dosage of XSHJ. The effects of Xinshuaiheji on cardiac function (stroke volume, SV, cardiac output, CO, cardiac index, CI ) and AngⅡ were observed. We also observed and compared the changes of heart weight/body weight ratio (HW/BW), ratio of ventricular wall thinning in MI. Results After treatment with XSHJ, the cardiac function (SV, CO, CI) of HF rats improved (P

Objective To study the cellular apoptosis and telomerase activity in bladder cancer before and after treatment with cell wall skeleton of bacillus Calmett Guerin(BCG CWS) and interleukin 2(IL 2). Methods The cellular apoptosis and telomerase activity of 33 cases of bladder cancer tissues were detected by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP biotin nick end labeling(TUNEL) and telomeric repeat amplification protocol(TRAP) assay both before and after treated with BCG CWS and IL 2. Results The apoptosis index for bladder cancers before and after treatment with BCG CWS and IL 2 was (35.6?12.7)% and (79.1?11.3)% respectively, the apoptosis index being obviously increased after the treatments, P

Objective To evaluate the late complications of continent ileocolic reservoir with an unaltered in situ appendix conduit and the management. Methods Thirty patients with bladder cancer who had undergone the surgery of continent ileocolic diversion with an unaltered in situ appendix conduit were followed up for 108 to 126 months (mean 118 months). The long-term post-operative complications were documented. Results The complications occurred as follows:urinary pouch superdistention in 5 cases, calculus formation in the urinary pouch in 6,difficulty with catheterization in 4,uerteral obstruction in 3,hemorrhage of the pouch in 1 and mild hyperchloremic acidosis in 1.These complications were managed accordingly and good results achieved. Conclusions Although continent ileocolic diversion with an unaltered in situ appendix conduit has a long-term efficacy, the complications occur frequently. The procedure needs further improvement.
