2.The effect of psychological capital on nurses′job performance and satisfaction:the mediating role of positive emotion
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;(26):2011-2015
Objective To explore the effect of psychological capital on nurses′job performance and satisfaction and the mediating role of positive emotion. Methods 523 nurses employed in eight hospitals in Anhui province were selected through multistage sampling and interviewed using questionnaires . Structural equation modeling was used to test the proposed relationships. Results Nurses′psychological capital was significantly positive correlated with positive emotion (r=0.473), job performance (r=0.505) and satisfaction (r=0.358), all P<0.01. Nurses′positive emotion was also significantly positive correlated with job performance (r=0.343) and satisfaction (r=0.452) , all P<0.01. The mediating test showed that nurses′positive emotion acted as a partial mediator between psychological capital and job satisfaction while medium effect accounting for 61.5%(0.24/0.39) of the whole effect. Nurses′positive emotion also played a role of being a partial mediator between psychological capital and two aspects of job performance, professional development ability and scientific research innovation ability, while medium effect accounting for 10.0%(0.06/0.60) and 12.9%(0.08/0.62) of the whole effect, respectively. Conclusions Psychological capital affects nurses′job performance and satisfaction and suggests nurses′positive emotion play a role of being a partial mediator in this relationship.

4.Clinical analysis of 206 late-stage burned patients complicated with stress ulcer
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(18):2777-2779
Objective To explore the clinical features, treatment methods and effects of late-stage burned complicated with stress ulcer. Methods The clinical data of 206 burned patients were retrospectively analyzed, and the clinical features, treatment methods and effects of burned patients complicated with stress ulcer were analyzed. Results In 206 patients, there were 42 late-stage burned patients complicated with stress ulcer(20.4%),of which 34 cases were cured(81.0%),8 cases died(19.0%) (3 cases died of stress ulcer bleeding,5 cases died of stress ulcer bleeding complications). Conclusion The probability of late-stage burned complicated with stress ulcer is high and dangerous. For the patients with late-stage burned patients complicated with stress ulcer, early enteral nutrition, gastric mucosal protection, wound sepsis to prevent wound infection, the treatment measures should be effectively put into practice, which will be good for making patients stable, and then the patients can be cured.

6.Research progresses of regulatory T cells in asthma
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;41(1):22-25
Asthma is severely harmful to the health of the children with respiratory tract infection, but its etiology and pathogenesis is not yet entirely clear.Currently,it is considered that Th1/Th2 cell function imbalance is the immunological basis.Regulatory T cells (regulatory T cell,Treg) is one of the hot spots in recent years, regulating the immune system negatively. The decrease in the number of cells leads to immune suppression dysfunction, and creats the conditions for the development of the disease for asthma.Recent studies have found that Treg cells play an important role in the regulation of Th2 cell activation, which not only completes the traditional theories of Th1/Th2,but also provides a new method for preventing and controlling asthma by clinical use of Treg cells.

8.Analysis in factors influencing satisfaction degree of patients receiving introvenous infusion in outpatient department and its nursing countermeasures
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(9):67-68
Objective To investigate factors influencing satisfaction degree of patients receiving introvenous infusion in out-patient department in order to perfect nursing quality and improve the satisfaction degree of patients. Methods 900 patients receiving introvenous infusion in out-patient department were investigated with self-designed questionnaire and the results went through analysis. Results There were 886 effective responding questionnaires out of 900 with effective rate of 98.4%. The result indicated that the major factors which influenced degree of satisfaction with infusion included operation technique, service attitude and health education of nurses. Conclusions Increase of nurses' diathesis, enhancement of service quality, establishment of concept of "patient as center" are the preconditions to improve the satisfaction degree of patients receiving introvenous infusion in out-patient department.
9.Effective observation on treating wheel viral enteritis by zedoary turmeric oil and glucose injection
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(7):1126-1127
Objective To observe the therapetic effects of rotavirus enterocolitis by zedoary turmeric oil and glucose injection. Methods 120 cases were divided into therapatic group and control group at random, with 60 cases in each group. In the control group, ribavirin was used, while in the therapetic group, zedoary turmeric oil and glucose injection was added, without antibiotics in both groups. If dehydration were found,ORS or rehydration by vein would be used to rectify the disorder of water and electrolyte. Results In the therapetic group, it took much shorter time to stop diarrhea than the contrast group( P < 0.05 ). The difference between total disease processes of these two groups is extremely significant(P< 0.01 ). Conclusion Using zedoary turmeric oil and glucose injection with ribavirin to treat rotavirus enterocolitis has good therapetic effect.
10.Project management strategy for a research hospital
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2010;23(4):232-234
According to the research demands of the Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, we adjusted the strategy for project management of the hospital. We prioritized clinical researches, creating favorable atmosphere for the projects and the research talents to develop. We increased program budget, trained applicants, and standadized the management. Meanwhile, it was important to attend to the relationships between the following factors:the quantity of support and the quality of project, the strict regulation criteria and the free research atmosphere, and the short-term goals and the long-term effects.
