1.The effect of psychological capital on nurses′job performance and satisfaction:the mediating role of positive emotion
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;(26):2011-2015
Objective To explore the effect of psychological capital on nurses′job performance and satisfaction and the mediating role of positive emotion. Methods 523 nurses employed in eight hospitals in Anhui province were selected through multistage sampling and interviewed using questionnaires . Structural equation modeling was used to test the proposed relationships. Results Nurses′psychological capital was significantly positive correlated with positive emotion (r=0.473), job performance (r=0.505) and satisfaction (r=0.358), all P<0.01. Nurses′positive emotion was also significantly positive correlated with job performance (r=0.343) and satisfaction (r=0.452) , all P<0.01. The mediating test showed that nurses′positive emotion acted as a partial mediator between psychological capital and job satisfaction while medium effect accounting for 61.5%(0.24/0.39) of the whole effect. Nurses′positive emotion also played a role of being a partial mediator between psychological capital and two aspects of job performance, professional development ability and scientific research innovation ability, while medium effect accounting for 10.0%(0.06/0.60) and 12.9%(0.08/0.62) of the whole effect, respectively. Conclusions Psychological capital affects nurses′job performance and satisfaction and suggests nurses′positive emotion play a role of being a partial mediator in this relationship.

5.Effects of nursing intervention in rebleed after endoscopic varix ligation
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2010;35(1):149-151
Objective: To discuss the effects of nursing intervention in the rebleed rate of the cirrhosis patients after endoscopic esophageal varix ligation.Methods:60 cirrhosis patients with endoscopic esophageal varix ligation were randomly divided into intervention(n=30)and control group(n=30).Both groups received usual care and the intervention group did additional nursing intervention as psychological nursing health education relaxation training, effective coping strategy, familial and social support system.Resets:The rebleed rate was significantly lower.the time of hospital stay shorter and the hospital expense less in the intervention than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The nursing intervention in the patients with endoscopic esophageal varix ligation can obviously decrease the rebleed rate, abate reduce their economic burden and improve their quality of life.
6.Project management strategy for a research hospital
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2010;23(4):232-234
According to the research demands of the Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, we adjusted the strategy for project management of the hospital. We prioritized clinical researches, creating favorable atmosphere for the projects and the research talents to develop. We increased program budget, trained applicants, and standadized the management. Meanwhile, it was important to attend to the relationships between the following factors:the quantity of support and the quality of project, the strict regulation criteria and the free research atmosphere, and the short-term goals and the long-term effects.

8.Modified Ober's Operation for Treatment of Gluteus Maximus Paralysis Following Poliomyelitis——A Report of 78 Cases
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(04):-
This paper is to report the therapeutic results of 78 cases of gluteus maxi-mus paralysis resulting from poliomyelitis with the modified Ober's operation. 64 cases out of the 78 have been followed up for 2 years and 9 months on average. The whole course of the treatment was completed in 52 cases. Among them, 10 of the 14 cases walking with 2 crutches preoperatively could walk with only one after operation, 23 of the 25 cases walking with one crutch. before operation could walk with a limping leg but no crutch, and all the 13 cases walking with hand stabilization of the knee before operation could walk independently after operation. After the reconstruction, the strength of the muscle reached grade II in 37 cases, grade II+ in 16, and grade III in 11.In addition, the details of the modified Ober's operation were introduced, and the problems of the indications and staging of the operation and the mechanism of therapeutic efficiency were discussed.
9.GARLIC AND GASTRIC CANCER-THE EFFECT OF GARLIC ON NITRITE AND NITRATE IN GASTRIC JUICE
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(01):-
It was found that the inhabitants in Cangshan County, Shandong Province usually take fresh garlic as daily food, e.g. in Shenshan People's Commune each person takes about 20 grams of fresh garlic every day. The mortality from gastric cancer for the inhabitants in Cangshan was found to be significantly lower than that in Qixia County where the inhabitants rarely take garlic. It was also found that the nitrite concentration in gastric juice of the inhabitants in Cangshan was significantly lower than that in Qixia. The reduction rate (%) of nitrite concentration in gastric juice after the introduction of 10 grams of fresh garlic in the form of homogenate was significantly larger than that of control test (p
10.GARLIC AND GASTRIC CANCER Ⅱ. THE INHIBITORY EFFECT OF GARLIC ON NITRATE-REDUCING BACTERIA AND THEIR PRODUCTION OF NITRITE IN GASTRIC JUICE
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(03):-
This paper reported that the nitrite concentration, pH value, total living bacteria and the percentage of nitrate-reducing bacterium strains in the gastric juice of the residents in Cangshan county who usually take garlic were significantly less than those in Qixia county who rarely take garlic. It was also shown that garlic homogenate, ethyl ethanethiosulfonate (an active principle of garlic) all could inhibit the growth of nitrate-reducing bacteria and their production of nitrite in vitro. This may be considered as a protective factor against gastric cancer.
