1.Elaboration of statistical software PhamaSoft seroing to the control of manufacture process
Pharmaceutical Journal 2003;327(7):22-25
Statistical process control is a complicated and time consuming work. Therefore, it requires the assistance of a computer package capable of performing statistical analysis and process control. Such a software has not been commercially available in Viet Nam, so far. PharmaSoft TD has been designed and established for Vietnamese pharmaceutical manufactures. Pharmasoft TD is an advanced statistical process control toll running in Microsoft Windows. Functionally, it allows users to perform Dixon test and test of normality, to create his tograms control charts (both Shewhart and cusum), to generate process capability analysis…At the end, PhamaSoft TD can export to windows-supported printers all accepted Shewharts to be used in statistical process control

2.Retrospective evaluation of the manufacture process of Oroken 200mg tablets
Pharmaceutical Journal 1999;370(8):16-18
GMP requires that all procedures should be properly validated...To ensure that processes and procedures remain capable of achieving the intended results, they should routinely undergo critical approvals. To obtain this purpose, the retrospective validation is proceeded with data provided from at least 10 batches. According to a C. Estampe study, we carried out a retrospective validation with Oroken 200mg tablets produced at the Saint Genis-Laval factory of Rh«ne-Poulenc Rorer (French).

4.Some epidemiological features of silicosis among workers who manufacture the construction material
Journal of Practical Medicine 2002;435(11):73-75
The methods used descriptive epidemiology, investigation of working environment, clinical examination, chest X-ray, and examination of respiratory function and silicosis. The target groups are 1204 workers producing constructional materials. The finding indicated that the dust concentration with free silic is higher than that of maximum acceptance. The prevalence of silicosis is 7.8% with the categories from 1/0p to 2/1q. There are also 77 cases which suspected to be suffered of category 0/1p (6.4% of 1204 studied workers). Base on the above data it is recommended that the designing, installation of exhausting apparatus at the workplace and use of individual protecting equipment (mask...) are necessary and most effective in silicosis prevention

6.Study on technique of manufacture of ketoprofen gel
Pharmaceutical Journal 2003;9(6):12-14
Ketoprofen gel is a medical product used to treat musculoosteoarthropathy. Establishing process to make up gel product achieve pharmaceutical quality criteria by formula to create gel product, optimized formula by defined experimentation, investigated about abilities released ketoprifen through membrane compared profenid gel, investigated upset ability of product, then estimated pharmaceutical effect of gel. Initially we investigated stabilization of the products in natural environment, and predicted life-span of the drug is 27 months similar a imported product

7.The effect of evidence-based evaluation and economic evaluation for price control of medical disposable materials.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2010;34(3):221-223
Evidence-based evaluation and economic evaluation could be identical to the products which should be priced by bidding or which should be listed individually through evidence-based evaluation. Meanwhile, economic evaluation is helpful to price listing individual products in a reasonable range. It will be extremely grateful if all colleagues can be a part of the program and set up a standard pricing rationale in science.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(15):2989-2992
Huge amount of data becomes available from the pharmaceutical manufacturing process with wide application of in- dustrial automatic control technology in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) industry. The industrial big data thus provides golden op- portunities to better understand the manufacturing process and improve the process performance. Therefore it is important to implement data integration and management systems in TCM plants to easily collect, integrate, store, analyze, communicate and visulize the data with high efficiency. It could break the data island and discover useful information and knowledge to improve the manufacturing process performance. The key supporting technologies for TCM manufacturing and industrial big data management were introduced in this paper, with a specific focus on data mining and visualization technologies. Using historic data collected from a manufacturing plant of Shengmai injection of SZYY group, we illustrated the usefulness and discussed future prospects of data mining and visualization technologies.

OBJECTIVETo assess the health safety of copper, steel and plastic water pipes by field water quality investigations.
METHODSFour consumers were randomly selected for each type of water pipes. Two consumers of every type of the water pipes had used the water pipes for more than 1 year and the other 2 consumers had used the water pipes for less than 3 months. The terminal volume of tap water in copper and steel water pipes should be not less than 0.1 liter, whereas that in plastic water pipes should be not less than 1 liter.
RESULTSThe mean values of the experimental results in the second field water quality investigation of the copper and steel water pipes met the Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water Quality. The items of water sample of the plastic water pipes met the requirements of the Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water Quality.
CONCLUSIONCopper, steel, and plastic pipes can be used as drinking water pipes.
