Objective To evaluate the clinical application of segmental RAE for treating renal arteriovenous malformation(RAVM) and fistula (RAVF).Methods 4 cases of RAVM or RAVF were treated by segmental RAE,Embolic material was permanent embolism.Results 4 cases RAE operations were performed successfully,After 12～14 months follow-up,3 cases were no evidence of recurrence,1 case clinical symptom was relieved.Conclusion Segmental RAE is an effective and safe approach to the treating RAVM and RAVF.
