Threading the conventional lag screw from the inferior aspect of the ramus means of fixation of condylar fractures. One of disadvantages of this technique is it takes long distance to arrive the screw at the fracture area. The perforation of the buccal or lingual cortical plates prior to emerging from the stump of the distal segment the fractured area is the potential complication of this technique. This report introduces our clinical experiences of the lag screw plate the overcomes the disadvantage of the traditional lag screw for fixation on condylar fracture.]]>
