1.Using virtual application structure to enhance the quality of university information service
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
At present, most applications remain in the Service is a single application system with unique hardware system and every deployment of an application system needs to add new hardware device and will bring a lot of additional costs. Application systems will be migrated to the virtual application structure which will effectively improve equipment utilization, reduce purchase costs and operating costs and at the same time,it will bring many benefits to the deployment and operational management and disaster recovery, etc.
2.Localization of Hospice Care:From the Perspective of Chinese Traditional Morality
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
Chinese traditional morality is rich in the moral thoughts in promoting the development of hospice care, such as social morality, professional codes of conduct and family virtues. This paper attempts to explore the importance of filial piety in traditional Chinese morality, and comes up with the suggestion that we should absorb the essence and discard the dross in traditional filial piety to advance the localization of hospice care in China.
3.On the Introduction of ′Good Death′ Concept into the Teaching of Hospice
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
The concept of ′good death′ is one of the core concepts of hospice. To help medical students build up this concept benefits the development of hospice in China. Therefore,it should be introduced in many aspects in medical ethics teaching.
4.Ethical Considerations on Promotion of Healthy China
Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(2):147-150
Through analyzing the historical background and the ethical wisdom of Healthy China Strategy, this paper pointed out that the promotion of Healthy China Strategy cannot be well developed without theoretical navigation and conceptual remodeling.Researchers and scholars in the field of medical ethics should engage in as facilitators rather than bystanders, providing theoretical and educational support to achieve the goal of improving the health and well-being of all people in China.
6.Effect of Shenkangwan on TGF-?1/Smad signaling pathway in rat diabetic nephropathy
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(16):-
Objective To explore the mechanism of Shenkangwan in preventing the development of diabetic nephropathy(DN)through TGF-?1/Smad signaling pathway. Methods The diabetic rat models were established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ)in male Wistar rats and randomly divided into 3 groups:model control group,Capoten group and Shenkangwan group.Another 8 normal Wistar rats served as normal control. After the rats had been treated for 8 weeks, the mRNA expressions of fibronetin(FN)and TGF-?1 were detected by RT-PCR and the protein expressions of Smad 2,Smad 3 by immunohistochemistry in the renal tissues. Results During the past 8 weeks, the blood glucose of the rats in the model control group was all over 16.7 mmol/L and they exhibited the symptoms of diabetes mellitus, such as excessive thirsty, extreme hunger, frequent urination and unusual weight loss. The mRNA expressions of FN and TGF-?1 in rat renal tissues of model control group were significantly higher than those in the rats of normal control group(P
7.Assessment of fetal lung volumes using three-dimensional ultrasonography
Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2009;18(11):963-965
Objective To build a nomogram of normal fetal lung volumes (left, right and total)throughout gestational age estimated by 3-dimensional ultrasonography. Methods Left and right lung volumes were assessed in 324 normal and singleton fetuses of gestational age 16-37 weeks by 3-dimensional ultrasonography using the technique of virtual organ computer-aided analysis(VOCAL) at a rotational step of 30 degrees. The relationships between left, right, and total lung volumes, and gestational age were assessed by correlation and regression analysis. Results The right, left, and total lung volumes were highly correlated with gestational age (P<0.001),and the correlation coefficient was 0.966,0.973 and 0.990respectively.The best-fit exponential curve regression equations of left lung volume was:y=0.207exp~(0.143X);right lung volume was:y=0.301 exp~(0.14X);total lung volume was:y=0.508 exp~(0.142X).Conclusions A nomogram of fetal lung volumes estimated by 3-dimensional ultrasonography from 16 to 37weeks gestation is described, and reference values may be useful for the prenatal prediction of pulmonary hypoplasia.
8.Clinical observation of telmisartan and isosorbide mononltrate injection joint treatment on intensive pulmonary heart disease and heart failure
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(1):81-82
Objective To observe the effect of telmisartan and isosorbide mononitrate injection joint treat- ment on intensive pulmonary heart disease and heart failure. Methods 60 patients suffering from intensive pulmonary heart disease and heart failure were divided into observe group and control group randomly, patients in observe group were on the basis of the routine treatment given telmisartan and isosorbide mononitrate injection in 5 days period of treatment, while the control received only routine treatment, clinical effect of the two groups was observed and com-pared. Results Obvious effective rate was 74.3% and total effective rate was 92.7% which in control group were 46. 6% and 68. 3% ,respectively. There were significant difference in obvious effective rate and effective rates between the two groups(P <0.01). Conclusion The effect of telmisartan and isosorbide mononitrate injection joint treatment on intensive pulmonary heart disease and heart failure is excellent with less side-effects and safe medicament.
9.The Prevention and Treatment of Injuries in Chinese Female Football Players
Chinese Journal of Sports Medicine 2001;20(1):61-63,84
For the purpose of preventing and treating the injuries in female football players, we investigated the incidence and the types of injuries, and analyzed the causes that lead to the injuries in 175 players from 8 female football teams. The results were as follows: (1) The incidence of injuries was 235.4 %, including 41.8 % of acute and 58.2 % of chronic injuries. (2) The main injures included contusion (46.5 %), sprain (22.8 %), muscle torsion (11.5 %), and abrasion (10.9 %). (3) The injuries usually occurred in ankle (22%), knee (14.8 %), thigh (14 %), head and neck (9.5 %), leg (8.5 %), foot (7.4 %), lumbar (6.6 %). (4) The major causes of injuries included: inadequate training (33.3 %), disobeying training principles (25.2 %), man-made factors (24.2 %),and others (17.5 %). In accordance with the causes, 93 players from Guangdong, Henan, Shandong, Bayi female football teams in 1997 were taken as the treatment group with various prevention and treatment measures, while 58 players from Beijing, Hebei, Shanxi female football teams were taken as the control group. The incidence of injury in 1998 was 105.4 % in the treatment group, while 229.3 % in the control group (P<0.05). As compared with the incidence of injury in 1997 (235.4 %), the incidence of injury in the treatment group was also statistically lower (P<0.05). It was concluded that the measures of prevention and treatment in the study were effective.
10.A STUDY ON RIGHT VENTRICULAR EJECTION FRACTION IN EARLY DIAGNOSIS OF COR PULMONALE
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(01):-
The values of right and left ventricular ejec-tion fraction (RVEF, LVEF) of 10 normal sub-ject and 44 patients with chronic obstructive pul-monary disease (COPD) were measured with thenon-multigated equilibrium method with NuclearMultiple Function Instrument. The results showthat, the mean RVEF in cor pulmonale was signifi-cantly lower than that in normal subjects. UsingRVEF
